This has become one of the worst sonics in America. They don't open up til 8 and don't ever have anything. If they do have it the mess it up and send it out anyways. They are sinking their own ship...The owner is trying to block bad reviews and boost the good ones... maybe you try a different approach at the staff since its clearly you that can't even train or run this store correctly 🤔

Placed my order and waited 20 minutes before pushing the call button again to inquire about my order. They said someone would be out shortly, but no one ever came out. 10 minutes later I left , without my order. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I will never visit this location again!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Absolutely rediculous!!! We didn't even get our order after waiting over 25 minutes People left angrily(tires squealing)and after our 25minute wait we left as well very unpleased with the attitude of the employee answering the button on stall #1 it's my strong opinion if anyone is looking to dine out you do NOT go to Sonic in Marianna. They definitely need some better employees, or training or just to close all together from reading the reviews it's clear this isn't the first time.

Stopped here on my way home. They were out of onion rings and I had placed my order on the sonic app and already paid. The manager came out and apologized and gave me a coupon for a free meal the next time I was in the area. I wasn't worried about the onion rings. It was nice to see such good customer service at a fast food restaurant.

Ever since the pandemic, this Sonic has gone down hill. If you want fast food, bypass this place. If you want your order correct, bypass this place. They have selective listening and are too busy inside talking loud and NOT paying attention to what they NEED to be doing. There are times when you will wait AWHILE at the drive through window for someone to take your order. Hate doing a bad review, but the truth must be known.

Worst sonic you can go to, honestly. They take a minimum of 15 minutes even if you only ordered 1 drink and there are only 3 cars there. If you actually order food it's going to be a minimum of 30 minutes.This particular visit all I ordered was a small tots, and it's been 30 minutes, and they won't answer when I press the red button!

No help would not answer booth intercom could not place order and no on line ordering aiavable waited 25 minutes finly someone came out and said they were on break and weren't making burgers so we left !! Sad very sad and slow

Slow as Christmas, three times in a two month period...never received our order,drove away,Placed a two person simple order ...two of the same...when after twenty minutes,received the wrong order,then our order was going to be FREE! As of right now my family and I have been sitting here for 21 minutes waiting for our order and business is very slow. I don’t understand why this Sonic is continually getting worse and worse. I see lots of other reviews saying the same thing on here about the wait. If I owned this business I would definitely be checking this out. Food finally came out and everything is cold and partially wrong. Order was called in at 2:41PM and the food came out at 3:06PM. I love to support local business but when it doesn’t give back then what’s the point in even being here. If the person that owns this sonic in Marianna is the same one that is building the new one in Brinkley then I would strongly suggest a more dedicated and focused crew for that location.

I have tried on more than 3 occasions to place a call on order. They never answer the phone. If it wasn't for my downloading the App I would have had to wait for my food and I was in a hurry.

It was a very cold evening dinner on our route home through Arkansas to Kentucky we stopped for a quick bite,the buyers were made wrong one with no veggies at all no salt was brought when asked for,fries where not fresh,was very disappointed, with the way things are in our economic situation people have lost pride in the simple workmanship, I work fast food as a kid customer service was the most important, now days you are scared to say anything, you send your food back ,who knows what could happen with this rebellious self deserved generation, pitiful.

A++ service here. Very friendly car hops. Only Sonic I can order a cranberry slush and they don't put lime in it without asking me first! But seriously, food is hot and taste fresh made every time, we visit this sonic often and it's always great!!

Heater filter had 1/16 of dust. Reducing heat output making room cool. I cleaned filter 80% improvement.Freezer was clogged with ice. Needed defrosting. Front personel was not wearing masked correctly if at all. Rooms were vary clean.

Every time I go to any Sonic, I always order the green tea. Every time I stop by Marianna Sonic, the green tea is disgusting. The first time, I was already gone before I tried it so I let it go. The next time, I came back the next day and asked if they could replace it. I got an attitude and the same disgusting tea. Today, I was in the area and was really craving some so I decided to give it one last try. It was disgusting again. Can someone from corporate come down and show them how to make it or something? I have been disappointed too many times. I will not be coming back.
