Y’all really need to step it up. Telling a customer who asks if an item might be anywhere else, that your store shows as in stock, (although there are none on the shelf, shock) that it “might be in the back” and leaving it as that is basically the laziest, poorest example of customer service I’ve ever seen. Not only that, but the store is always so dirty. Just go ahead and close it down.

They walk around following you asking constantly if you need anything or how you're doing. Very uncomfortable not sure why they do this no other dollar general does this. Asking once is okay but to continue to ask throughout my time shopping I dont want to be bothered. The employees act odd. The store is always cluttered and boxes every where you cant even get down isles because of so much stuff everywhere. I def avoid this particular store if i can.

Over the years I have visited this store many times, and I never know what to expect when I walk through the doors. At times I am able to make a quick visit and obtain an item cheaply, other times I walk in and the employees are reenacting a scene from Mean Girls.

The people who work at this dollar store are extremely friendly and very helpful. No one is ever turned away. I wish every dollar store I the world had employees like they do here.

Very nice and helpful people and you can actually walk around and shop with a great variety and no isles had boxes or anything in the way like most other dollar general stores

I went to pick up a bean bag chair because it was cheaper than Walmart. I took a picture to show my husband. I returned the next day and it had been marked up from 10$ to 15$. When I asked why they denied it ever being marked 10$ so I showed them the picture and they asked me where I got that and that I was wrong! Store #4432

This particular dollar General has increased the isles so as to have more merchandise Wich is good but is just like all the rest of the dollar generals in America only 2 check out lines in Wich only 1 cashier trying to handle multiple customers at a time while other register remains closed

Clerk chased me out of store trying to take my phone. She stood behind my car not letting me leave because I took pictures inside the store. I had to call 911 and talk to the Mansfield police to get her to leave me alone.

Prices are never correct , some foods are expired ,and should be renamed ten dollar general because good luck finding anything close to a dollar worth having .Dollar Tree has better quality .

Store is pretty strange. U can go in there looking for something u expect they should definitely have and they don't have it, but u can also go in there looking for something u think they definitely don't have and they'll have it

There are racks and haven't been put up all in the aisles full of boxes you can't find anything because everything is covered up and none of the workers will help you
