The store would be great but no one cam get over the horrible skunk smell through out store and it's been there for months. Everyone I knows talks about how bad it is. Very disgusting and ruins what would be a good place to shop

The skunk smell when you walk in is terrible!!! Makes you want to turn around and leave!I do like the new addition of meats and vegetables. Some shelves are totally bare, don’t quite understand that.

While the products I wanted were in stock and at a great price, the service was absolutely horrible. The cashier was extremely rude, shouting and getting overly frustrated with customers who just needed help. There was no way for her to call someone up to the register so she walked off from a long line of customers and threw the receipt at the customers that needed help. When she came back to the register, she was bad mouthing her coworkers and the woman that came up to help her was bad mouthing corporate. These people are some of the rudest I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They make my shopping experience the worst part of my day every time I go in there. Its like they don't even know how to work in customer service. Besides the rudeness, the store they work in is also one of the nastiest with product on the floor all the time. This also makes it hard to get in and out. I cannot stand shopping in this store.

I go to dg market quite regularly. One thing I hate is that they are always out if stuff. I have to drive across town to farmers market half the time because dg is out of what I need. Please, stock up on gummy melatonin and no drip nasal spray. Thank you 😊

Y’all got the best people at your registers. Most nice & polite dg people iv ever met. They literally chased down a man that left his stuff at checkout.. didn’t catch him but they tried & showed they cared !

I have tried to do business in the Manila store twice this week. The first time an item I was purchasing rang up wrong. I let the checker know and her only response was 'that's what it rang up'. After I paid, I asked the manager to check and waited 20 min for a refund od the difference. I went in this morning when they opened and same thing ... differeitem. I asked them to check it and they refused! I will drive to Leachville or Monette.

Had great customer service at this store and the cashier was awesome. Very sweet lady I only have a problem when the don't open the other cash register when line is backed up down an aisle almost, but overall it's a great place

It is so cluttered you can't get thru. It is a big mess you can't find anything . Noone to help you, not enough help. Store needs to look neat and it is terrible. Need to get Linda Smith back over and straighten nit out

The store in Manila is cleaner than other dollar general stores. But the shelves are always bare. The Covid was the excuse for this reason. I find it odd that Walmart you can still get everything you need

Employees will not enforce "mask's ". Cannot go in without my shirt or shoes ,but it's ok to kill the employees and other customers by not making them wear mask's. If you cannot wear one then leave the kid's at home and stay 10ft away from me. Don't go by me quickly. Don't get close to me at all! Some of us are caring for other's. It's your right to not wear one ,but I care about other's and respect the people working and the ones we shop for. If you cannot wear a mask, please walk the OTHER WAY WHEN YOU SEE SOMEONE WITH A MASK.

Dollar general in Manila Ar is amazing thow they are very understaffed witch is very visible half shelfs emptied n only has one cashier 90% of the time but the ladies there work really hard they are doing the best they can with what they got to work with employees I give them 10 gold stars⭐️

It's a Dollar general store I got lots of stuff and pretty decent prices. You're not really going to find the best of anything here, but you can find plenty of what you need.
