Yet again another example of poor customer service. Checked out with a cashier named Danny. Not a hi, how are you or anything. Didn't even tell us our total. Not a single word word during our transaction. Very Ackward. Hi can go a long way.

They do have some great friendly staff that are very helpful and friendly but some are down right nasty. I think they have more friendly happy to help than bad apples. It is clean but do not carry enough choices, always have equate , but not the name brand. Don't carry new items alot just the same stuff as 5 years ago. Can order online but have to wait for it.

It's the only choice I have to shop in my town. The shelves are always empty or lacking and their produce is not the best . I do LOVE however how their childrens clothing department is coming along nicely. Super cute girl clothes and the quality is better than it ever used to be. Ready for this store to get online grocery pickup!

Bakery is amazing thier strawberry cheese braid triple filled Danish is to die for. We got same thing at michigan walmart and bearly had any strawberry or cream cheese in it. They load it up at this bakery, it is so good and very soft. Amazing job.

I went to buy a tire and right off the tire guy started gripping about it was a 4 hr wait time because their workers didn't show up . I told him we would have to wait because our tire had road hazard on it then they said he couldn't find it on his end any way we waited about an hour they pulled our van in the bay then the guy left a different guy started walking around the van then he came and told us and I quote " I can't get the lug nuts off because the heat swelled them up and they don't have a socket to fit them ". So they said they could replace our tire. Walmart in Malvern has very poor mechanics the lady ahead of us said they put transmission fluid in her engine . She was so upset she was crying. When we got home I got out my 4way took the lug nuts off and changed the tire myself.

Drove 30 minutes to get tires on my vehicle just to be called Jose my name is Joseph not Jose. Then the guy said(after 30 minutes) he could not do it because the lug nuts on my Lincoln are a different size then what it cause for. Other then the guy being racist and not getting the tires the store was clean.

This was a quick trip for some groceries. I like this particular store because there is always plenty of cashiers, everything is organized, and the trips aren’t problematic.

We come to Hot Springs every chance we get! This was a, pretty, good Walmart store. SAM WALTON-"THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONLY BOSS AND HE CAN FIRE EVERYONE, AT WALMART, SIMPLY BY SPENDING HIS MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

Recently this wal mart rearranged their store. I can't find anything. Also other walmarts have 100% more than this one. Customer service is horrible. I had a return an was owed $40. The boy gave me $20. I never moved from counter. He totally ignored what he did I ask for help from 2 other associates who said they couldn't help me. I left my number an was called next day to pick up my money. No apology tho

UPDATE 2022 - The remodel is nice. You definitely need the app to figure out where everything is - LoL 😊ORIGINAL REVIEW - Not too crowded today. Most things in stock, but they are out of small bottles of bottled water. Also, I'm sorry, all you Pumpkin Spice lovers, but it is TOO EARLY! It's still HOT outside - LOL 😊

You absolutely have to use this store. But it's so understaffed it's ridiculous! I couldn't buy meat from the deli during hours due to staffing.You can't find anyone to ask questions because hardly anyone is working. They have done away with checkers and then want me to rate the machine.And now they ask if you want a receipt but you can't get out the door without showing it. So yes, I want my receipt!

We love Walmart but today was very nice. Customer service is always amazing. My son loves dinosaurs and he wanted this so bad but mommy had to say no because um yeah toys are high and I am a single mother.

I called to order a wing tray. I asked if I could pick it up at 1100am the next day. They said they "had" to have 24 hr notice and since it was currently 1pm. 1pm was the earliest pick up time. Our family gathering was pushed back 2 hrs bc of their rules. When my son went to pick up my order at 1pm today, they had forgotten about it.

It's like they ignore the phones & when you do finally get someone to answer they tell you that you're going to have to call bk excuse me that's not cool. Also when you do go in to shop the workers are literally playing around & can't get no help they rather play Marko Pollo screaming it all through the store as they are running, throwing balls from 1 isle to another not caring if it hits the customer R not & lets just say it's a joke anymore to get someone to help

Conveyors at the checkout lines are to small I could only get a quarter of my shopping cart full of groceries on it and like always there's only 2 cashiers checking out and 7 csms standing around
