With quite a hesitation I booked a room here but it turned out to be good in fact it did exceeded my expectation right from the check in. I arrived pretty late(close to 2:00 AM) and the front desk person was patient enough to allocate a room pretty fast as I was in a desperate mood to sleep.It was only for a night and this property was perfect for my requirement. It was pretty clean and comfortable bed. And the price for night was very fair and it wasn't too much. The breakfast was good as well and they have good amount of parking space even for big trailers. I would strongly recommend this place for someone who is just looking for a crash place for night and headout and especially for the customer service I double recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. We were only there for one night. What I most appreciate was the price. Finally, a property that charged a fair price for a night's stay. It's difficult finding an affordable place that is decent when you're a senior citizen and on a fixed income. So, for us, that was a huge thing. Deeply appreciated.The only thing I would add, is the shower could use a shelf or somewhere to put your soap & shampoo. Or attach a soap dispenser to the wall. Other than that, I was pleased with all the room had to offer. We will most definitely stay there again.

There were holes in the walls, a leak somewhere between the door and air conditioner and the large painting above the bed was mostly disconnected from the wall. While I was in line for check in, the front desk worker was very rude to the lady in front of me. The lady asked how much she paid for her room because she paid online and couldn't remember. The worker said she couldn't give her that information because she would lose her job. Yet when I checked in for my online reservation, I was given a receipt with the amount I paid. While I was getting breakfast the first morning, two front desk workers were talking about the customers. They said they weren't going to put out more food because the customers would take it all. I was very offended. They were not even trying to be quiet in their talking.

The rooms are disgusting!! I don't know how this place has so many positive reviews, unless the people leaving them have no standards of cleanliness!! The room smelled like absolute filth. It wasn't mopped, toothpaste all over the faucet and sink, nothing wiped down, etc. God knows the last time they actually cleaned it. Definitely wish I would not have stayed here. Its bad that I dont even want to go in the room, even after driving 8 hours, it smells so bad! The lady at the desk was nice. That's about the only positive thing I can say.

The lady at the reception, Miss Caroline, was incredibly kind and helpful, the care she showed over the phone was the reason why I chose to stay in that hotel instead of others, because I called other hotels and, as I said, Miss Caroline was the best.It is located about 20 minutes from the center of Hot Springs, the road you drive to get there is very nice.The exterior appearance does not look like a great hotel, but it is clean, safe and pet-friendly, not carpets, but floors.Rooms: Clean and not carpet but floorsNearby activities: 20 min away from down town hot springsSafety: It was safe

I was scrambling to find a place in town where I could bring 2 large dogs. They were able to accommodate me. I requested a non smoking room but the room I was in was smelly, yellow, and quite dirty with stains all over the wall and lack of batteries in the smoke alarm. The door and dresser had been significantly damaged by other dogs. I had just stayed here in March so I knew this was off. I called the front desk and explained the situation and was immediately moved to another room. The second room was fantastic and clean and well worth the money I paid per night. The air conditioner worked quite well, the beds were super comfortable, and it was quiet so i was able to sleep well. The pool was a nice feature. I think if they kept all the rooms up to the same standard as the one I stayed in then this would be a perfect place to stay while I’m in town.

I like that the room had laminated floors because carpet is disgusting and initially I liked the room when I walked in. It wasn’t until I found all the mold in the bathroom and hole kicked into the door that I decided I did not like my room. Then the next day we woke up early for their breakfast, which was bare minimum.

We were welcomed by the delightful hostess at the desk, who assisted us in getting a rollaway delivered to our room. Loved our location near the pool, which was busy (not surprising considering the warm weather). Room was clean and outlets were functional. Overall, great accommodations for the price and not too far from our ultimate destination (Hot Springs).

Water in room never seemed to warm up, even after we let it run for a while. We got in late, so maybe that was a good reason but the desk clerk knew ahead the room had a hot water issue and still placed us in the room. There wS no breakfast items available and we were down stairs to eat within the first 30 minutes of breakfast being available.

Easy enough to get to surrounding stores. This is a DRY county.Housekeeping was super nice. Front office staff was AWFUL. I had to end my trip a day early bc my room was INFESTED WITH GIANT SPIDERS! Ms. Patel the daytime manager yelled at me to hurry up while I was struggling to collect my items. I am disabled and injured and rushing through repacking was so very painful.She was awful, had no compassion, and spoke to me like I was garbage. Rooms were in awful condition, pool is hardly usable and guest laundry is double what it should be.

I absolutely give five stars to the room for my disabled friend. It was super clean, and good equipped. Unfortunately my room was cigarette stinky though all rooms are supposed to be non smoke... as I asked for a replacement the receptionist was super friendly but all was booked... good enough for one night.

My hot water heater has been out for a few days and I decided to go rent a room from the local Super 8 so that I may be able to take a hot bath. It was my 1st time being there as a guest but a relative stayed there a few years back before the remodel. They did a nice job with the remodel.Front desk was clean, smelled fresh in the lobby and courteous clerks both evening & this morning. Due to covid-19 the complimentary breakfast was not available but I'm sure it would have been like any other breakfast available at a similar spot.My room was clean, bath water was super hot (my whole reason of being there) and a fridge & microwave was available in the room. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool. Overall, the room served its purpose for me for the price. The only down side for me was the little hair dryer could not dry my super thick hair all the way, so ladies with thick hair like me might want to bring their own hair dryer.

I've been staying at this hotel at least twice a month for almost 2 years. I had minor problems with the older lady barging in the room without knocking and even asking me when I was going to be checking out. This was before 11am check out by the way. The rooms are generally clean outside of the spills on the walls and stains here and there. A lot of there upgrades were done poorly and you have holes in the shower walls, broken door frames dusty surfaces. Some roo.s you habe to turn the cold water on for hot water and vise versa. Again, no biggie since I generally do a wipe down and clean up when I check into the room anyways. Plus it's the only hotel in malvern that has smoking rooms and not a total crime scene. The last straw was this past weekend when I was rented a dirty room. When I advised Ms Carolyn at the front desk that it was dirty she immediately called the owners (older couple that walks in on people) and they argued with her that it was clean. After about 5 minutes of arguing they advised it would be cleaned in an hour. Ms Carolyn did not accept that and requested they clean it ASAP. The hung up the phone and came to clean the room. I was standing outside the room by my vehicle when they approached. They never greeted me, smiled, apologized or anything. Instead they looked at me with disgust. I even had to use my key to open up the door. Again, no greeting, smile or apology. They begin cleaning the room and mumbling to each other. I requested all clean bedding including the wool cover and duvet. In my mind that should be automatic, especially since we're still in the world of covid. They told me everything will be changed and new. I stayed to watch because I didn't see any blankets or duvets on the cart for them to replace with. I saw them grab the blanket from the previous guest and start to put it on the bed!!!!!! Mind you the bed had toilet paper, candy and trash on it when I was checked in. I immediately stopped them and reminded them I needed CLEAN new bedding. The lady snatched the covers up and stormed off as if I asked for her first-born child. I was in disbelief this was the treatment I was getting over requesting clean bedding. After almost 2 years and thousands of dollars spent my relationship with this location is done. I will never spend another dollar here. With that being said Ms Carolyn at the front desk is AMAZING and I have nothing but love and respect for her. If they ever lose her they're in trouble.

I stayed at this hotel. The room was smoking room although specifically asked for a non-smoking room and was given one. It smelled pretty bad. Beware, Management is not cooperative. I booked three nights and could not stay a third night. I checked early in time and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund for a third night. So, they took my money although I did not stay and officially checkout.
