We took our calf to the large animal facility off Strawberry today for castration, and WOW! The care and compassion that Dr. Glover and his amazing assistant Kaitlin showed today was top notch! The doctor even took the time to educate us and explain everything as he was performing the procedure. I definitely recommend this veterinary clinic!

If I could give a negative I would. Rushed my dog up there with a puppy hanging halfway out of her and they turned me away...it was 5:15 and they close at 5:30...Went to Hughes and they got me right in and helped her . .no problem...but the puppy had passed...smh

Our little dog broke her leg it was almost time for their clinic to close and we live 20 minutes away. I called them and they said bring her in they would stay late to see her. They took great care of her and got her splinted and pain meds. Wouldn’t take my pups anywhere else.

I called another vet to get my puppy in to be seen because I suspected she had parvo, but that vet wouldn’t see her. So I called providence, when I told them I suspected she may have parvo they said to bring her in immediately that they would work her in. I brought her to them and she tested positive for parvo. We went over treatment options and since I couldn’t afford for her to stay in the vet for treatment they explained to me how to insert the IV and how to treat her from home. We did exactly what they said and after 4 days she was up and back to her old playful self. I won’t ever take any of my pets anywhere else to get treats. They helped save my sweet Isabella’s life. And for that I will forever be thankful

Brought our mini Aussie in on Monday, she was diagnosed with parvo. Dr. Mauldon asked if we would like to try a new treatment. Brought my pup home Wed. by 930 am. And she has not slowed down since. This is an awesome group of Vets. Don't want to go back but if I need a vet I will be knocking on the their door. Highly recommended.

I liked the old vet he seemed to care, but brought in a stray puppy we found and he tested positive for parvo and was throwing up and had diarrhea, the new vet gave him oral antibiotics (that he just threw up) and DEWORMER, and paid $200 ( he died ), most likely will not go back. And yes I'm aware how serious parvo is but brought another dog to a different vet that also had parvo, and they gave us SHOTS of antibiotics and IV fluids, she was back on her feet and playing around in 3 days, for $175.

So great to have a emergency after hours clinic in the state for our pets. They have very nice and comforting receptionist and vet staff here. Building is nice. I was not expecting the $1000 deposit up front though. Luckily I had someone help me come up with the money that night or I would have been out of luck. Outside of the high price this seems to be a good clinic.

But today the compassion shown to me while losing my sweet Rowdy will never be forgotten. They go above and beyond to provide the best care and are always there when I need them the most. Never had any problems until our last visit a few weeks ago. The reception lady was really cold, snappy and unkind and the Dr and his assistant made fun of our cats name in kind of a rude way. Maybe it was an off day. Gladly took our money however.

Very good care, they are absolutely the best vet I have been to . Not only do they care about your pet they get to the bottom of things fast testing . They called me and save me money on some test which worked out great ,it paid for the antibiotics that my dogs needed. Thank you all for your kindness and professional help. Love this place Providence Veterinary is the greatest, please take your pets to them if you want the very best for your pet 🐕🐶😊

Friendly staff and fair prices. They are patient and knowledgeable and quick to share info on basic care to more advanced needs for older pets. We have had a great experience with boarding our dog when on vacation. Always well taken care of! Would recommend!

I brought my fur baby in at 0800 Saturday morning, without calling, and without an appointment.. they immediately worked me in. They are always so kind to me, and my animals. I can not stress how amazing they always are. Missy and Glenda are always so sweet and accommodating. They know me the minute I walk in, and always greet my pups and I. They’re always nice and reassuring when I’m concerned with anything. My dogs and I absolutely adore DeAnn, she’s so great with my animals... even whenever they are being sassy, and scared. They end up tackling her with and hugs and kisses, which is huge! The Dr’s are always so kind, take their time to listen to me, and listen to my animals( which isn’t always the case with others). They always make sure that I truly understand what they’re thinking, and what’s going on with my animals. Can not stress how thankful I am for this entire group. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nelson and all the staff are very compassionate and thoughtful. They've been a great help to my dogs and to me. Dr. Nelson listens and never rushes. He and his assistant, Emily, in particular, are the most understanding and kind people I've ever met in a veterinary office. I'm so grateful for them. The front office staff, Missy and Glenda are wonderful and always make the process as easy as possible.

I love this place they have helped me with my cat and dog. They only thing I have a problem with is the older woman at the front desk I've came In 3 times in one day cause our dog was hit by a car.. she has been rude to my husband and then rude to me. I just don't understand how everyone who works here can be so sweet and helpful but got a rude secretary.

Dr. Wilborn is so very knowledgable, patient, and kind. I felt she really cares about the well-being of my pet and me. I have been to the Caddo Valley and Malvern facilities for small and large animals. I would recommend them to anyone that needs regular or urgent care. The office staffs in both places are also GREAT!
