My husband and I stopped in at Love's Travel Stop for some gas, to use the restroom, and eat at Arby's. Everything was very clean and the lady at the cash register was so nice and helpful. I always choose Love's over the rest...I love cleanliness and fast service. Thank you

In Europe it would be 1 star review. It is actually nicely renovated building with nice showers. Cleanliness wishes to be better. In Europe this shower would be rated as an 1-2 stars shower but in US it is not the worst. I cannot not appreciate new building, so 5 star for the building and 1 star for cleanliness makes it solid 3 star shower.

Very filthy; it is a shame because it is a nice building. The microwave were filthy with hair in it, the whole food area was filthy-there was even a hair rolling in the hot dog rolling warmer. The star is for the building.

One of the new style Love’s with an expanded selection of souvenirs and snack and drink options. They have clean bathrooms and a small dog park. The parking lot is a little small and it was really frustrating that they pick the middle of the day to wash the concrete around the gas pumps. Blocking off a third of the pumps really backs up traffic. They should be doing that at night when it’s not busy.

Very clean love’s store with professional and friendly staff, with an Arby’s attached to store that has good food with quick friendly service.The truck parking lot is laid out pretty good and easy to get into spots.Showers are very clean, fresh coffee and good customer service.The truck shop has tree service bays and get trucks in and out pretty quickly.

Nice gas station that has all the things that you would expect at a Love's. They have hot food onsite, restrooms, snacks, drinks, and other things you might need on a road trip. The facility was clean and easy to get in and out of and the staff was nice.

Bathroom and building very clean and nicely renovated. Staff are friendly. Gas station well lit. And this one has a dog park. Not much of a park but having a designated dog area is a plus. Lots of old feces from owners not picking up after their dog even though poo bags are available (and stocked) and a trash can next to the entrance.

Not sure what happened here; this Loves used to be clean and orderly; music in the background was from another guest taking a shower. I was in shower 5, they were in shower 1. That’s how loud it was! Just unruly 😳; management said nothing

Great rest stop! Clean bathrooms, wide selection of products. Gas pumps were all on and fully functional. Logan greeted me on my way in and I’ll be honest, he’s the reason I took the time to review! He deserves employee of the month in my opinion. Customer Service is KEY to running a successful business and there’s something to be said for being greeted with a simple hello. Unfortunately, 13 states into this road trip and I don’t even remember the last time someone greeted me at a gas station. Keep up the good work Logan!

Top notch!!! Clean, well stocked store, friendly staff, clean bathrooms! And the Arbys is on point!!! Tried the french dip for the first time, delicious!!! Fresh, hot, and again great staff!

Very dirty toilet ( womans toilet looks like was never cleaned, stinks of urine, mirrors almost white, have never been washed) everything around trash: floor, coffee stations etc. Dirty shelves with sugar, already moss. I had shower #4 place was a total mess water everywhere, the shower was running. No hot water in shower, in the sink was hot. Black boot prints on the floor. I had to use an extra towel to clean the place up. Won't be back here again.

The Arby’s in this Love’s is one of the best run fast food restaurants I have ever seen. Everyone has professional and courteous attitudes and get the job done with efficiency.

Hopefully you don't stop here if your short on time because this would be the only truckstop I've ever seen where it's a free for all on the parking. This would be the exit out if the pumps with trucks parked everywhere. The employees have absolutely no control over this store.

Store and people was great. Cat scale was used for piles of snow so the end was blocked. Parking is really bad, being downhill most of the trucks are stuck on the frozen snow. No signs warning truck drivers .. May have to call for a wrecker just to get out of the parking spots. Need a few drums of rock salt for drivers to have access to just to leave, then their is the lack of parking control. The entire parking area is blocked with trucks in the driveway. Store could police the parking area, but they would have to come outside. Person at the desk says to call the state police if there is a problem, that troopers were giving out tickets yesterday... state police said it's private property nothing that they can do. So store people will lie to drivers.I lost 3 hours of drive time waiting. At least 1 crash because of parking and blocked parking spots.

I still remember a couple of years ago this place was real nice and now this place went downhill a little with cleaning, yesterday was looking around the store and looking at the snack isle, and I know different people come and go here, but attention to detail is low and needs adjustment. Again, really nice Love's, just need to do better with making it ✨sparkle✨

Extremely clean and well organized store. Great number of fuel pumps and even has a gated dog run area to let your pups stretch their legs a bit. Women's bathrooms were also very clean. Highly recommend stopping at this Love's while on your travels!

I really like loves travel centersand this one is above and beyond! They even have buttons in the bathroom that you can push if the bathroom needs attention. It was very clean inside and the restroom was really clean also. They have an Arby’s as an extra bonus to this great gas station! I was really impressed.

This Love’s truck stop is by far the best one yet. It has plenty of hot showers and very clean!!! They have fresh coffee and fast food also inside is a Arby’s. The parking lot can hold about 60 trucks and they have a Truck repair shop onsite as well

I broke down here on my way to Texas. My good friend Stan was a stranger with a huge heart!! He was my savior at the truck stop. He let me stay the night with him and his wife, took me to get my car towed, took me shopping, and made my whole life at that moment. Everyone at love’s were very understanding and let me hang out while the diesel mechanic checked my car out. Great trip!

RUDE EMPLOYEES WONT LET YOU TRY ON THE HATS TO SEE IF THEY FIT YOUR BIG HEAD!! FOLLOWING PPL AROUND STORE SAYING RUDE REMARKS AND ASSUMING WE WERENT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING. “Don’t try on the hats if you aren’t gonna buy anything” Lady if you see this, I was gonna get some food AND A HAT, but because you wanted to be rude bye. Will never recommend this to anyone. If you wanna be judged for your happy personality then come here perfect place for you.

This Love's is deceptive on gas. They call it "Unleaded" but it's actually E-15 (15% ethanol). There is an E-15 sticker on the pump. Other stations "Unleaded" is 10% ethanol. Buyer beware.

The customer service in the shop was the absolute best experience ever. Cliff, Randy, and Pete exercised amazing teamwork to investigate, evaluate, and communicate the issue that I was having with a drive tire. Cliff took time to investigate the warranty status. Randy effectively communicated the options for repair. Pete worked expeditiously to complete the repairs. They were very detailed and friendly .
