I love Family Market, the store. It's walking distance from home, and they almost always have what I need, So it's very convenient. But the Customer Service is the most unfriendliest i have personally ever experienced. When the Store was on McNeal St. I could honestly say it was the Most Friendliest that I have ever experienced. I don't know why it's so different, but I wish the people from McNeal St. Would teach the people on page about customer service

Family Market is a great place to go when you're in a hurry and need to pick up just a few things. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly. If you ever have any kind of issue, management will always do their very best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. The staff is always eager to help in any way they can. Their prices are slightly higher than places like WalMart, but only because they aren't a mass merchandiser, so they don't get the major bulk discounts of the mass merchandisers.

I use to do all of my shopping here, not anymore! RUDE cashiers!! They and I mean ALL of them are rude, stay on their phones, don't speak to you. I absolutely try my best to not go in there at all. I had to today, was instantly regretting it. RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Food Center cashiers are so so much nicer.

Pretty much the same brands , as far as I know, from the same venders as Food Center. Quality meats at prices way better than WAl Mart. Sometimes good deals on discount meat. Only a few blocks from Food Center. The weekly sales run at the same times at both stores. I make a list from both store adds. They compete heavily on the same items. Whichever has the best deal on an item is who I go with. I will travel from one store to the other depending . What is a couple blocs to save a buck or 2. I may ,sometimes consider Family Market over the other because with a store card, I may receive a discount on gas.

They usually have what I want. They have things you can't get at any Walmart, and at reasonable prices. They take good care of the customers, always with a friendly greeting and a smile. Very helpful workers.

I went food shopping there today because I thought it was a pretty good place but apparently I was wrong. I bought the 12 count of glazed donut for my kids and when I arrived home and opened them they were moldy. Aren't the workers suppose to check for that kind of stuff, that's $6 down the drain.

This is a stress free market. I love shopping 🛒 here.I can always find what I need without a crowd and long lengthy lines. The employees are very welcoming and ready to help. And almost always ask if I need help to my vehicle. They have a great pick 5 selection and have great weekly deals.You might pay a little more for some thing’s but the go in and grab it and be able to get out in just minutes is worth a few extra pennies

Not one employee said hello, our cashier was too busy talking to another employee! Will not be shipping there again! Oh, and when I asked to find a specific item, the Male employee said nothing and went into freezer area!

Customer service is nonexistent. My stepmother came to your store during the winter storm. She asked 3 different employees who were doing nothing but standing around, to please help her get to her truck. All 3 of them told her no. Let me repeat 3 different employees refused to help a lady to her car with her groceries.She did ultimately make it safely to her truck, no thanks to any of you. You should be ashamed of your "Customer service. " And you should know you have permanently lost 7 customers over this and maybe more when this is spread across social media.She is too kind hearted to bad mouth your store, I however am NOT.Customer service did reach out to us after the fact.

Everything about this store is great. You can get groceries. You can get gas. You can get fountain drinks. You can get snacks. You can pay bills. You can rent vaccums. You can get ice. You can get propane. You can get firewood. You could probably do some other things I can't think of. Service is great as well.

The store is always clean and the whole staff is very courteous. This is a family-owned, hometown market that has been growing their business for over 40 years. In spite of the big box stores, they maintain competitive prices, and above average value and quality, especially in the meats and produce departments where most of my family food budget is spent. They have a really nice selection and it's always fresh. And on top of it all, they offer personal service that you don't often find in the large chain stores. Not to mention, you won't have to walk half a mile to get a carton of milk... This is the place to go if you want to get the best prices on what you need in one stop where they'll consistently treat you like family.

I like Family Market! They always have good deals. A lot of the time some checkers not all of them are not very friendly they are so busy talking to each other they don't say a word to you that's my only complaint .

Watch for out of date and unsealed food. I told a girl working there that 8 out of 10 yogurts they had on sale were out of date. ...her response was yeah the guy who stocks it doesn't care when I got home the French onion dip I bought had no seal and had already been used as there was quite a bit missing. I'll be using food center from now on, better selection anyway.

Nice grocery store. I needed to get some hair spray for my mother and the clerks were nice enough to help me. They all deserve a raise and I wish there were more Family Markets outside of Arkansas.

It's not a very big store but I have found several out of date products in the fresh department. And the staff seems more interested in what their co-workers are doing instead of assisting the customers. And the staff is always using fowl language around customers.

I actually didn't even want to put a star, but they make you. Family market is the worst store ever. I have only been in there a handful of times and 95% of the time has been demonstrable. I have had employees almost run me down with pallet equipment, and then give me the dirty look. You have checkers that are of poor taste and down right rude. I have been ripped off. It was only a couple of dollars, but that's not the point is it. I can't even leave the parking lot with out conflict. I am a usual shopper at Food Center, but because of the fire, I have to temporarily find elsewhere to shop. I tried to keep it local, but that is out the door. I will NEVER shop there again. I would rather take my money, not food stamps, to Walmart or Kroger. We are a large family, and we all will not shop there again due to their own problems with you.

These guys have been in Malvern a long time. I hated the other store. I was reluctant to try it when they moved. This store has the friendliest staff ever. They run good sales. Regular prices are fair on most things I buy.

Went to check out meat prices and such. Was surprised to see that most of the steaks looked way past needing to be out. Brown spots on the meat; didn't look appetizing at all. Great prices on hamburger meat though.

Because its competition on that side of town is being remodeled after a bad fire, the prices have gone up and up. Their produce is only fair, both in quality and selection. But their people are very nice.

It's ok, the newest midsize grocery store in Malvern. Decent selection just not a great deal of variety among stocked selections. Parking is usually pretty convenient and you can generally get in and out fairly quick. Also has gas which is the only grocery store in Malvern that you can. The only thing that I really despise about this place is the inattentive I could care less staff, not all of them but still ALOT if 'em. Like you be checking out and want to ask something, you gotta wait until they done talking to there co-worker about a side chick or some bs and then get annoyed when u gotta assert yourself. I don't shop here anymore unless I have to.

Love this place, excellent variety and they have ground turkey meat, which is unusually hard to find in Malvern. Staff have always been incredibly helpful and knowledge about where things are.
