I thoroughly enjoyed the food I got here. 2 medium pizzas (pepperoni and sausage & the other was diced tomatoes, spinach, and garlic sauce )and some cheesy bread with feta and spinach. On the pizza the toppings were a lil bit sparse, but they were flavorful and the crust was fluffy and tasty. The cheesy bread was also delightful! The bread was browned yet soft and cheesy both inside and out. oh - the spinach had no impact on the flavor. I bet basil would be more impactful if it was an option

No sauce on my pepperoni pizza and the manager argued that he knows for a fact that he put sauce on it. I went back and he didn’t want to hear me out. He cut me off and rung up another pizza without asking me if I’d like another pizza or my money back. I will never come back to this establishment ever again. This is the 2nd time this week that my food has been messed up. Very poor management!!

I ordered online and assume it was ready when I had selected, but I sat, ignored, at the window for about 5 minutes, then still not answered for another 5 or 10 minutes. I ordered square cut on my pizza and it wasn't cut at all. I know staffing is difficult for a lot of businesses, but could you try to hire friendlier people? I'll never get the Brooklyn style again, it was tough and like shoe leather to chew. Everything else was good.

I'm staying at the hotel next door and looking for places to eat and seen this domino's. I read the bad reviews and thought well I will try it and walla my pizza was done just right and it tastes great!Thank you Domino's!

Great pizza and great people who work their. Yes they were late on getting me my pizza, they only had one driver, however, I got free coke.I gave a 4 star just because of the pizza being late. I do love the place and will keep ordering pizza there.

The Malvern location is a disaster. We have lived here for a year and, in over a dozen orders, they have never gotten an order correct. Delivery is never on time and is regularly over 45 minutes past the time they state on the phone or on the app. It's a never ending line of excuses but the problem is persistent. We reluctantly order from there, as we're limited to them for delivery, and consistently are shown that nothing will change despite the staff acknowledgement of the issues. I would not recommend this location under any circumstances. Buy local and pickup, cook a frozen pizza if you don't want to go pick one up, anything but supporting Domino's Malvern.

Ordered extra cheese, got less cheese than what should actual be on a normal cheese. Quality has become much lower over time. Double check your order before you head home.

Normally my order is spot on and taste good. Tonight my sandwich was good and hot as usual. However, the pizza was actually cold, the crust was burnt around the edges, and was completely dried out. When thinking back, I believe this pizza was a left over, or a mistake and rather than throw it out, they tossed a couple of mushrooms on it and sent it to me. I really suspected this considering it only took 5 minutes from the time I ordered online to getting a phone call saying the driver was on the way.

Impossible to see menu for ordering purposes. Everytime I want to see what is on a pizza or what kinds of breads it jumps in my face with "delivery or carry out?" HELLO! I want to see what's on a Hawaiian and compare it to just ham and pineapple. What breads do you have? Do you have vegetarian pizza? Think we'll get from subway tonite

I was supposed to get 2 medium pizzas $6.99 ea. = $13.98($14) tax at 10% would be $15.40. Don't know why I was charged $16.50. Besides that one pizza I order was very disappointingly wrong. I had Ordered Chicken,bacon and ranch. Chicken, bacon and marinara I received was unsatisfactory. I was very disappointed.

Outstanding! Thinking that all of Domino's dough should be the same. This was the best Domino's pizzas we've had far better than home. Ladies and gent's keep doing an outstanding job. Everyone in the area are accustom to your work. However as a visitor I'm telling you all serve a great product...

Ordered a pizza and a pasta. Delivery was very fast and the food hot. The pizza was really delicious but the pasta was lacking some vegetables. I called them to say something was missing from the pasta. Instead of crediting just the pasta they credited the entire meal. This is a well managed Dominos that did the right thing. I highly recommend them.

I just came from this place. I went inside to give my order for Friday. The old man took my order, but he didn't give me the receipt. I was already in my car so I had to go back inside to get the receipt. I wondered in the receipt it was $31.80+. I gave him $40, but I got $4+ for a change only. This old man was NEVER been honest in his job. So you guys, just giving u a head up, to always count your change. I think he intentionally NOT giving me the receipt so I wouldn't know the total amount of my order and just didn't care of my change. I was in a hurry. I had my daughter with me, she was the one who told me to just forget about it coz I went back inside once already. Then I need to go back inside the Dominos for the second time to explain that I didn't get the right change- takes too much time and we're in a hurry.

We have recently started ordering sandwiches from here, very good! However i had them delivered today, the time was supposed to be 11 or a tad earlier, told my employees to take lunch at 11. Order showed up at 11:40, I asked for extra napkins...... not a single napkin!! The driver said, O I forgot , as soon as I got to work, I had to start working..... LIKE WHAT ? REALLY.. you had to work , when you got to work? Should have known all of this before I left such a gracious tip. WORK ETHIC DRIVER!!! The sandwiches are GREAT though.

The worst we have ever gotten from Domino's and never again will we buy from the Malvern Arkansas location! We ordered online and instructions were specific. Half pepperoni half Hawaiian and ranch on the side. They drowned the entire pizza in ranch and no red sauce. Then wanted to argue about it. Gross pizza

Dominos is decent enough pizza. They get your order right about half the time. Sometimes they seem to have trouble understanding just how to top a pizza properly. With a majority of the toppings in the middle of the pie. Their big chunks of Italian sausage are gross and greasy. I'm a lover of Italian sausage and the way they do it is just not right. This dominos could be managed better.

It was good but crust wasn't as I liked. But then again I'm very picky. and didn't give me the mix and match. So sorry can't give 5
