Update July 2019: Its been a year of using Brandi about 10 times and I couldn’t be happier. Both dogs are always well taken care of and that’s with our big boy developing health issues since we started using Brandi. She’s got our boy taking his meds out of the palm of her hand. She has also expanded her outdoor play area so the dogs have even more room to run. Our dogs’ most recent stay was for 2 1/2 weeks and they came home fat and happy. The kennel is climate controlled so our double coated dogs are just fine staying there. It’s wonderful having a place to take our large dogs and know that they are well cared for. The pups love staying there and get very excited when I tell them they are going to “puppy camp”. We’re supper happy with leaving our dogs here and we plan to leave our pups here anytime we travel.Original review July 2018: My dogs loved staying here. Brandi was great about keeping me updated on how they were doing and sent pictures when she could get them to stay still for them. It's a small kennel, so my dogs weren't over whelmed. Everything was clean and well maintained so there were no worries about leaving them. The kennel is located on several acres and Brandi takes the dogs on walks down to a pond when the weather is nice. It's all convienently located off of 30 between Social Hill and Malvern. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back.

Brandi is amazing with your fur babies! She loves them like her own. Her facility is awesome! The dog runs / kennelsare like miniature suites for your pets!! Plenty of room for them to move! Love how the are not stuck in a little crate like most places! I've used Brandi for years, even before she had a business I trusted her to come to my home and take care of my babies multiple times a day! I even drive down from.Hot Springs just to use her & her facilities! Love knowing my babies are cared for when I'm not home!

Terrible service. I left my Great Dane there for 4 1/2 days and when i picked her up 3 of her paws and legs were so swollen she could barely walk. She was completely lethargic. She had no water in her kennel. She had bleeding cuts and huge scrapes all over her. Brandi said she never seen any of this on her during her stay. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. We have spent 100 dollars in vet fees so far. I’m sure 100 more in a couple of days. I’m just not sure how in the world she didn’t see all these problems seeing as how she said she walked her multiple times a day. She sent me pictures throughout her stay and not one time was she on a leash. I believe she was let out and left. My girl is a baby and doesn’t do well outside. She only goes out to potty and comes right back in. The facility was extremely warm. Arkansas temps in the mid 90s with heat indexes in the 100s. Oh and she dropped weight. Ribs are showing. Spine is showing and is extremely nervous. I could go on forever. I give her 0 stars! I hope she gets shut down. I would post pictures of her injuries if I knew how.

Brandi was awesome with our dog! He has a fear of clippers and she went at his pace to get him adjusted. Great prices as well. Overall was very pleased and will be returning.

Country tails has a very personal and homey feel. Brandi is the best groomer and very accommodating. My experience was excellent. I recommend her to everyone. 🐩🐶🐕🐩

Absolutely wonderful. Brandi is so caring and she knew our older doggie had heart issues so her hair became extremely matted up due to diuretic meds. MoeMoe couldn't even keep herself clean anymore and Brandi was so gentle working with her to shave off all that horrible mess. I've never seen MoeMoe look this pretty because she is part Australian Shepard and Blue Heeler cattle dog. I highly recommend Brandi.
