We stopped in for gas and picked up some rope for our trip. When we got to the register, our item wouldn't scan. The cashier ask the man sitting in the floor, what to do. He suggested scanning the bar code. She did, again. Then she keyed in the bar code. Neither worked. She then said she couldn't sell me the item. š What, why? She said, if the item doesn't scan they have no way to ring it up. My question is, why even have a cashier if they can't cashier?

I had 6 lottery tickets, which were worth $70. The employee tried to tell me it was $50.I guess he thought I was a moron. Beware if you buy lottery tickets here.He paid me the $70. Idiot!

I really thought it could never get worse than what it was under the Valero brandā¦ then Circle K bought it and rebranded under their name. Guess whatā¦ it got worse! The management here is without question the problem. Three employees standing outside smoking while one young girl tries her best to wait on three rows of customers, walking back and forth between lines, all while the smokers look in from time to time not giving enough of a shot to do anything different. The place is filthier than before, constantly running out of cups, lids, and straws at the side fountain. The place is really a joke, stop spending your money there if they cannot provide a modicum of service!

Very clean great customer service. I truly do NOT get why people are giving your store and your employees such horrible reviews!!! I have been going in this store for years at all hours and not ONCE has ANYONE EVER treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. I love going into your store!!! The reason I frequent this Rockport Circle K is BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KINDNESS!!!! The world needs more of it!!!!! Thank you.... Circle K Owner for responding to my review. Well when you pay in the pump you expecting you receipt but this gas station don't have paper on their pumps and you have to walk in and as for your receipt and mention that the pump don't have receipts you get attitude rude customer service

I came in and tried to prepay for Diesel and was just treated like I wasn't welcome. Staff were to busy making food for themselves then sat and ate as I stood there. I politely requested assistance, looked around and still no service. I gave a very fair chance and just feel like customer service has gone away completely. So I went to LOVE'S was treated like a customer should be and quickly served me with an upbeat attitude.

I Pre-payed for fuel here, and the pump never came on, the clerk was rude, he just kept saying āit never went throughā but itās 2022, and we have mobile banking now. I showed him online where that specific store number deducted my bank account, but he didnāt seem to care. This store took my money for fuel and wouldnāt let me pump it. I called the customer service number and left several messages with no resolution or call back. Iāve sent messages through the website. I wish I could give 0 stars. If I were to take the storeās product and not pay for it, I would go to jail. Itās not right. Itās very wrong.

Everytime customers come in they are treated like an inconvenience! We have witnessed 4 employees behind the counter ignoring a line of customers. There is one older lady that is always nice, wish we knew her name. Just now a fella dropped his fountain drink and said screw it and left! Very disgusted

Stopped in to use the restroom & get drinks before getting back on the road. I'm local & noticed last time I was there they needed refilled on their bathroom paper towels & it needed cleaning up a bit. Also a friends gas pump overflowed an got gas on the ground. It's supposed to stop automatically but didn't. I hope they get it fixed soon so it doesn't cause any accidents or be harmful to anyone.Good deal on the fountain drinks & slushy. They were about $.89 each for any size. Pretty good deal!

This is the worst gas station I've ever been to. While prepaying for my gas, I purchased some chips and donuts. I was double charged for the chips and not charged for the donuts. When I showed the cashier the mistake, he had no clue how to fix it and called a coworker over to help. They ended up giving me a refund for the donuts, and then charged me for the donuts. Instead of giving me a refund for the chips and charging me for the donuts. When I showed him the second mistake, he asked me to take my goods and leave the store because I was holding up the line that had built up quite a bit since he had started fixing his first mistake. I asked him to just give me a refund for everything and I would go somewhere else and purchase my snacks. He told me I couldn't have a refund and to take my goods and leave the store now. I can't understand what this world has come to. Everybody in line behind me was cheering him on to make me move out of the store because they were in a hurry and they saw ME as the holdup. I ended up leaving the store spending three times the amount I should have for my snacks. I also ended up leaving the store feeling like an uneducated reject that society looks down on. It was the absolute worst feeling in the world, so I refuse to return to this gas station. The counter help is highly under trained and should not be working as a fast-paced convenience store cashier without being trained and prepared. Everybody in the store (employees and customers) during this instance suffered and this was so unnecessary.

This has to be the most INconvenient store I have ever set foot in... 7am they will have 4 people stocking shelves and one cashier with a line 8 deep... management is terrible ... I have a horrible experience every time I go to this store... pump won't read my card I go in for 40$ fuel and they don't have change for a 100$ bill... numerous bad experiences in this place I will NEVER BE BACK.... burn it down and put a Big Red there please!

A couple of minutes ago my husband went to this store and a black haired Caucasian lady that was at register wearing a dark gray hoodie. was rude to him. Not only did she treat him poorly but threw the change at the counter and talked to him in a very bad manner... could say in condescending manner. and not the first time she does this to him.. he had complained to me that he though she was just racist or something because of she treated him badly everytime and him being mexican and having an accent it was the first thing that popped in his mind... I blew him off thinking he was just overreacting. But this time must've been worse than other times because he wanted to look for a corporate phone number or a webpage to report her he was very upset. Also a couple people witnessed what she did. And they looked appalled. I've been there a couple of times and she looks like she doesn't want to be there, the other personnel I've encounter while shopping there has been nothing but nice and smiles... unlike her. I recommend giving her training on how to be good at customer service. Since she works with public. Or probably she just needs to find a job that suits her attitude, Considering her demeanor towards custumers specially if the customers are from another race or ethnicity. I'm pretty sure he is not the first person she treats that way.

Very good clean baths. Need to make it to where the toilet in the bathroom stall has a lid though, and a small countertop to the side to put items on for people who are disabled and have hard time reaching things and just for everyday hygiene. It would help keep it more clean I think.

The clerks are always super friendly, there's air, a car wash, And a good selection of snacks drinks and such. Even if the gas is a tad high compared to the stations just down the road. It's right on my way, and I can always count on them

Home of the 89 cent drinks! I love coming to this gas station. Majority of the time whoever's working the c-store counter is friendly. But as with all places where people are paid minimum wage, occasionally you get one that's not. This is the best place to go to get pints of ice cream in the middle of the night because you get a pint of Blue Bell for under $4. They have The frosters, AKA icees. My favorite combination is the blue raspberry and banana. you should try it sometime. The only thing I don't recommend buying here are cigarettes because they are entirely overpriced.

I live in Malvern where this store is located and has never taking advantage of the services . Will be returning because everyone and everything was so nice . They were doing inventory , everyone was busy but they stopped to help me as a customer . I like this store .

If I could give negative stars I would. We are traveling on a huge holiday weekend and there is apparently only one employee that can work a register. Keep in mind it's the Saturday of July the 4th week. The line was 6 deep and the attendant leaves the front register to go to the back of the store with a truck driver and didnt bother to inform anyone if, or when she would ever come back to help us. Another worker who was out gathering garbage came inside when a customer went to tell him no one was in the store because she was out of sight and had been that way for a few minutes. He made the line move to the back of the store while he and the cashier had a few "sassy" words exchanged and he told us all he couldn't help us because he had to take care of garbage. She marched the entire line back to the front mouthing the whole time. The garbage guy went back outside. I just left. Paying customers are money in your pocket, garbage isn't. If he isnt capable of taking money why is he scheduled to work on a huge holiday weekend at a huge store on a SaturdayUseless location. Needs a new plan to make money.

My daughter stopped by and got gas and a drink. The clerk asked her to move to a different register because they had been having trouble. She rang her up and ran her card....the clerk said that the card didnāt run so asked her to run it again. My daughter questioned it because she knew that she has a small amount in her account which would be sufficient for what she owed but not much more. The clerk again told her that it didnāt go thru and she would have to run it again. My daughter then pulled up her account online and saw where the transaction had indeed been processed and even showed the clerk. Clerk still insisted that it didnāt go thru and asked that she swipe her card again which she reluctantly did. Both charges were debited from my daughters account which made her account overdrawn. At this point, it has been 3 full days and several calls on my part to contact the āmanagerā, Stacy, who has told me each time that she would check with their accounting department and call me back...meanwhile, both charges are still on my daughters account. Not once have I gotten a call back. I just now called again and she gave me the number to their card processing services and told me I would have to go thru them because they havenāt received payment at all for my daughters transaction. I told her that wasnāt my fault but that was their service and in the meantime, my daughter is out double the transaction. Her excuse for not returning my calls as she had promised was that sheās been busy....Iām sorry but it was their clerk who convinced my daughter to run her card twice and now it should be up to them to credit back that excess amount regardless if they have been paid from their card service facility.

Cashier is extremely rude and double charged me for multiple items and when I asked them to fix the mistake I was told they couldnāt do anything for me so I in return asked for a full refund but as you could guess was refused so I left the things I paid for on the counter and took a picture of the receipt with the things scanned before leaving and calling my bank to explain my situation and thankfully my bank refunded my money and this location will never get my business again.

Service is a bit slow. When you order bacon you use to get 4 pieces, now you only get two. Eggs, hashbrowns, and two orders of bacon will cost you near $10. Eggs are semi warm, hashbrowns are semi warm, bacon is warm and crunchy. All in all I would order McDonalds and save a few dollars or eat at the Waffle house.

I would give less stars if I could I got 525.01 in. Diesel and was told no free drink with it.... I been coming hear a while now and always been giving a free drink.... (Yes I can aford the .89 for the drink) but if this is true policy I'll just go down the road to J Mart where they care when someone spends almost 2000 a week in there store or where there team members are trained on the same policy the same each sift.... Also never seen any of the workers at J Mart hanging with friends while there is nasty bathrooms and no paper towels so long corner store on 98B off of 30 exit y'all ant never got no food anyway
