The last two days I've been here to get my oil changed and still have not gotten it changed. Nobody at the back. Door is locked. Hours say open from 7 to 7. Not correct. They open when they get ready or have two techs back there. Called front to be transferred. No one answers the phone. So frustrated. I was going out of town, so I just went somewhere else. Something really need to be done to improve this department.

They do a fairly good job most of the time. I did have a problem buy a battery for a friend's car. The brand new battery would not start the vehicle. I guess they got some bad ones. Better than some places and they took care of problems right away.

I call before I went to see if they had the same brand of tire I already had.,to match. I waited on them to get started. There were 5 guys standing around one car..I asked them when were they going to start on my car..they finally started working on my card put the two tires on the on the back and rotate them to the front. After they got them on I went in to pay for my tires and then she quoted me a different price than what she did on the phone come to find out they were two different tires than what I asked for so now they having to take the two tires off and put two more tires on did I ask for. Now it has been two and a half hours to put on two tires so if you want to go to Walmart to put tires on make sure that you look and listen real close because you don't know if you going to get the right tires or not. The manager end up giving me the balance are the tires free since it was since I had to wait as long as I did you think twice before buying tires at Walmart.

Went in for an oil change, the next day I noticed I had a leak. Took it to a local mechanic shop. They told me my oil plug was stripped and had a hole in my oil pan. The person who changed my oil at Walmart never said anything! Just messed my car up and sent me on my way. Even had the nerve to put a note on my receipt “leaking when brought in” which was a lie! They will NEVER get their hands on my car ever again!!!

The always seem short staffed. They staff is always short and curt. They mark off all items on the check list on the receipt, but they don't do it. They NEVER call when finished??? Since they closed down for covid I started going somewhere else. I am glad I did!!

Convenient for getting car serviced while doing regular household shopping. Service is slow and waiting area is yucky. The services offered are very limited now. I mainly get things done here if I am doing other shopping. I prefer doing business with a local shop that offers more services.

Guys In shop are great. Batteries are terrible. They put a brand new battery in my friends truck then when it didn't work said to take it to an auto parts store to read out

I bought tires on Wednesday, 1st they did put the quoted tires on my truck; secondly, one of my tires was flat the next day, and i noticed one of the tires did match the others. I took the truck back they wouldn't swap out the tires for correct ones.

Last time I had my passenger rear tire worked on they broke the stud, now they will not work on it cause of stud broken. Will not use them again

Service was slow and it seemed like the technicians didn't know what they were talking about everyone was looking for someone else to do some work and nobody was on time nobody knows how to do anything it was crazy everyone there was looking to somebody else to fix the problem but it's a job they should know how to do
