I witnessed management treating their employees terribly. I saw one employee crying their eyes out and having a mental breakdown because of how management was treating them. I think they said the name secilee. I also over heard a couple employees whispering about how they found bed bugs but to be quiet so guests don’t find out. This place is very shady and is under some terrible management! Sounds like the owner needs to clean house! Also there was one guy employee that had an awful attitude and spoke to me as if I wasn’t human. I wish I got his name but he worked front desk. Highly do not recommend stay anywhere else!!

The breakfast provided is either scrambled eggs or these horrible omelets you can buy in third world countries There is no Milk for breakfast only coffee or Juice. If you’re a diabetic you are going to be disappointed one of the early morning employees is just rudeRooms: The rooms are Tiny. You almost have to step in the hall to change your mind

My son stayed here and I came to visit him while he was in town. I haven't stayed at this location overnight, but I will say that everything looked very clean and well maintained. Just like the many other Hampton Inn hotels that I have stayed, friendly folks no robots. If you are wanting some of the free full breakfast bar you better get yo butt up and get down there or the biscuits will get hard. 5 thumbs up, well, at least 2, but 5 stars!

The hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The lobby was clean with a refreshing smell. The complimentary breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful.Highly recommend the stay if you're looking for a hotel in the area!!!

I arrived Friday 10-21-2022 checked out Sunday 10-23-22 at 11:00am. Over all I enjoyed my stay, the employees were very accommodating. The Sunday breakfast sausage was of poor quality. The other food was fine. They fixed the two problems I had with my room. The location was near stores to get necessary items. Other than that enjoy your stay.

My family and I stayed at Hampton Inn Magnolia while visiting family from Florida for Thanksgiving. The experience was awesome. The room was very clean and housekeeping was awesome with removing trash daily and bringing new towels. The location is perfect as it is near Walmart and places to eat. We felt safe here and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Arkansas.

Came down for a family reunion.Great service from hospitality to customer service. Very clean rooms. I always do an initial cleaning for us. We would’ve liked a king size bed we got two doubles which was good. They were clean and pretty comfy worked out great. Great place, great location. Did not get a chance to try breakfast. Hampton is always our first choice as Hhonor members. Next time we go for family business this will be our choice hotel.

Before we even arrived, I had to call the hotel to receive assistance with my reservations. Lexi was extremely helpful over the phone. When we arrived and checked in the environment was very welcoming. Each employee that we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds, the lobby, and the rooms were very clean. I was very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

Very nice hotel! Room was a bit small, but a good price for a very clean, comfortable bed and room. Be sure to try Flying Burgers and Seafood across the highway. Nice selections!

Stayed here with my family for one night. The hotel was clean and centrally located. It looked updated in the lobby and has a small, yet nice breakfast area. We got the two Queen room. It was nicer in person than the pictures. The TV was on the smaller side, but it swiveled. The beds were okay and the pillows are super soft. The only thing I was recommend is more than one waffle maker in the breakfast area. The one waffle maker they have makes 4 mini waffles, but takes 2.5 minutes. The other breakfast items offered were Turkey sausage, oatmeal, muffins, toast, egg white omelette with bell peppers, and a egg/meat/cheese topping on half a muffin. There was also a cereal dispenser and juice machine. The breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful when items would run low. We would stay again.

Overpriced!! Room too small! Single queen bed (no king rooms) with a walkway to the bathroom! No indoor pool or hot tub (outdoor seasonal pool which was closed). However, room was clean, included microwave & refrigerator and the bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The only reason we stayed here was because they have large vehicle (ie. semi truck/rv) parking. $100 room at best but we were paid $150 plus $20 in taxes! Quality Inn probably has bigger rooms for $100 with about the same amenities! If you don't need large vehicle parking, go down the street to the Holiday Inn...I think you would probably get what you expect at that rate!

The stay was horrible! I have always stayed in Hilton properties and never once been dissatisfied until now. First there was a bug in the bed so they moved us to a room that had a toilet that did not even flush. Then we get a 250 charge on our card the next day and they said we were smoking in the room and they found ashes, which did not take place. So I asked them for a picture of the so called ashes because surely if they found them and want to charge a customer, who by the way is an honors customer, they would surely have taken pictures for proof. I still haven’t received any pictures of these so called ashes. Why you ask? Because no smoking was done in the room!!

So my overall experience was highly pleasant. The front desk worker was polite, friendly, open and talkative. That alone made me feel warm and welcomed. The hotel's location is in a decent area where safety is the least of your concerns. The cleanliness stood out. I didn't spend much time in the lobby so I can't describe it on pure detail. My room felt like I was in the right place. The bathroom... thoroughly clean. Smelled amazing and was easy to maneuver through by being spacious. The room lighting would be my only gripe if any. The bed was one of the best features. Going from place to place, beds weren't the hot topic. This places bed was the focal point. Rest. I got so much rest. That made me realize how awesome this place actually is. I would suggest it to anyone. Worth the stay.

Let the tape measure prove my point here not that anybody carries those around with them. They have no queens. These are all double beds nothing bigger. $200 room on a Saturday night for a hotel that is not full.Rooms: Our suite was spacious and clean. Front counter was pleasant and courteous.Just don’t sell a room for having a queen bed when it is measured out as a double.

We specifically came to Magnolia Arkansas to attend the Magnolia Blossom Festival and Steak Cook-off. There are quite a few hotels in this area, but I prefer Hampton Inn and affiliates if they are available. This location is great! It's very close to downtown, but away from the noise. There are 3 restaurants across the highway (walking distance) and Walmart is a mile away. Our room was very clean. I loved how the bed was against the bathroom wall instead of the outer walls. That way you can't hear every little thing the next room is doing. There's a dorm fridge and a microwave. The tv is just right...not huge and not tiny. There are a couple of things that were annoying. We were on the 3rd floor (out of 3 floors) and the Wi-fi was SO SLOW! Also, if you do not like a firm bed, you will not like the bed. My husband liked it but I didn't. Also, for security reasons, Door Dash cannot bring your food to your room. You must go to the front desk to retrieve it.The employees are all very nice and helpful. If you have the "Hilton Honors" app, you can use a digital key for your room, and check in/check out without visiting the front desk. This is a nice feature. One of the best things I liked was the shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispensers in the shower (and hand soap and lotion at the sink). I forgot body soap so this was a nice surprise. The hotel was full when we were there and we never had an issue with the noise levels. It was very quiet and the whole hotel was very clean and smelled nice.

I’ve stayed at many Hampton’s throughout the south and this one is by far the only one that has been disappointing. The room is probably half the size and much more expensive than any I’ve ever had. No remote for tv and when they brought one, only the channel up down would work. Curtain not low enough to keep the lumens out at night. No king size beds in the whole place. Good thing breakfast was free as it wasn’t worth much. Still wondering why they call it orange juice as it was no more than water with a very slight hint of orange flavoring. But, if chocolate muffins are your thing, you’re in luck. Plenty of those. Oh well, time to stop complaining and go enjoy the day. Two more nights in this place. Hopefully they’ll at least swap us to a room with two beds.

Jordan was friendly at check in. The room are always nice to stay in. Breakfast has always been delicious they do not skimp in this area. And most do right now. I was in an El Dorado hotel last week with nothing to eat not even a piece of fruit or a muffin. So thank you for the tasty breakfast guys. Comfortable beds plenty of towels all the good stuff. This trip surprised me with the blood strips and looked like needle caps. Not exactly the best thing to find in the room you spend over a hundred to stay in. That's why I don't stay in dope motels to avoid nasty things like this. Hopefully everything else gets cleaned as supposed to. Is this an okay find you be the judge?

We stayed weekend of August 17th. The hotel is very nice, the people were especially nice. Our air conditioner decided to malfunction, it was so loud you could hear it down the hall. The stay was still good. The staff was so very accommodating and very nice. They did move us to another room and were very apologetic. Even though the air conditioner decided it was going to act up, the staff still made our stay comfortable!! I will stay again.

Lovely place, surrounded by forest. You may do birdwatching without getting out of bed ;)The hotel is modern-looking, which was a nice surprise, given that we had to drive there through dense forest and rural areas.Rooms are clean and comfortable.Good value for a price.

Checking in was terrible, we had got our cards stolen in la and were traveling with what little casb we had back to Georgia. Booked onlind, they wouldnt take our cards that were secure with our numbers from the bank unless they physically saw them. Funny you can book the room that way but you cannot give your incidental deposit that way. Even after Hilton Honors called them, the front desk lady said it was at her discretion....translation we looked scruffy and not a trustable type.

Fantastic hotel with one of the best breakfast selections I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The pool and weight room were clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Internet could be faster but is suitable for most conference calls and work.

Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well kept, but a little small. Bathroom also clean and neat. Exercise room one of the better ones I've come across, lots of machines and free weights. Breakfast was also very good... hot and cold choices with fresh fruit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was raining like mad and they had umbrella's out for people that forgot theirs. That was really great.I had a bed with one queen bed, it was very small. I stay with Hilton primarily, but in the future when offered a room with 1 or 2 beds, I'll pick 2 to have more room.
