I was trying to purchase an incubator, in which the store was out of stock. Online was no different. Maybe he can get one soon, for his birthday. A lot of times we purchase dog food, the next you go they don’t have the first brand you brought. Then you have to try something else. Kinda of aggravating.

Great prices and selection but I hope you don't require any help from employees. One walking around don't she doesn't know anything, one at the register laughing bc everyone is outside and the two hens outside gabbing over a grill tell you oh well when you leave $300 worth the items bc nobody will help after 30 mins of waiting

Sometimes, their prices are a mystery. Staff is lacking. (Don't often answer phone) And, if you buy something that doesn't suit your purposes it is hard to return it.However, they do take your car battery for some discount on the new one... that being said, you might get more at a recycler in town, maybe call the dump and ask where to take metal, then call the place they will direct you to and ask if they take batteries and for how much.

I really like shopping in Atwoods, aka redneck walmart.The go to place for hardware, diy supplies, some western wear, some tack, plants, firearms n ammunition etc., etc., etc.

Dropped by to get more potting soil and plants. Horrible rude clerk Lorana must have been having a bad day and it showed. She rang up one of my plants up twice, so I told her she did. She snapped at me “She knew what she was doing.” l had 2 with the same planter so they would all be the same price. I thought maybe they had to keep inventory for each kind of plant. She could have been a little bit nicer to explain. What is wrong with these people that are so RUDE and work in the public. We shop at Atwood’s often for home and my husband work. Honestly, after this ordeal I would rather go out of town to shop at Atwood’s. I like doing business in my hometown but not at this store. Very dissatisfied.

Great place they have almost everything, I’m from Houston Tx. And was surprised of their products they sell and excellent customer service. And the prices are great compare to ACE almost by half on some stuff.

I love the selection of everything here and most of the prices, not all but most lol. With that being said, The cashier that checked me, my brother-in-law, and my 4 & 7 year old out was not friendly at all. She didn't greet us she didn't say the usual did you find everything OK, she was to busy talking with her co-worker about her shift the night before and cutting up with her. Then when it was time to pay we gave her 3 five dollar bills and she made it a point to stare at us like we had done something wrong and proceeded to check the FIVE dollar bills with the marker not once but TWICE!! that upset us and left a really bad taste in our mouths honestly.

My dog keeps biting & chewing up the buckle latch. Been through 8 in the 6 months we have had him . Last collar took him less than a day to get ahold of it & break it. He dont like the breast collar.

Had a bad experience here last week. I called to ask about a specific product. They assured me they had it. When I got there, they did not have it. Wasted gas for nothing! And then couldn't get any help, to even verify the shortage.

Atwoods is awesome! Great customer service! The store is clean, the merchandise is arranged in an appealing way, and the gospel music playing over the pa system is nice to hear. An over all pleasant experience. I highly recommend shopping there and I will definitely shop there again!

we will be moving our business to tractor supply, they have better service and prices on their products. I am tired of waiting in line to check out every time we come in and never knowing the price we are going to pay.

The only store that I have found that has stihl equipment. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Great place to shop from feed for all of your pets to welders and power tools!

Need to better move and properly label/price items been their a couple times first time they had a huge section wrong prices last time they had the 10×10 canopies on the clearance a sign up 50% wrong tag ect well long story short. I didn't get it not they don't hold up to their mistakes I get it was a mess up but apparently y'all need to hire people and or better train your employees to walk around the store and actually check prices items ect. But

Take a picture of the price of the item you're buying prior to going to the register and they might honor that price. Otherwise if it rings up higher they will not allow you to take the cheaper price. Many items in store have not been properly marked with new prices

Pretty good store. Doesn't have everything. Many employees have no idea where things are located in the store. They do work hard to assist you. I hope that they expand and carry more items. The other stores in the area could use some compition.

You should have a collector select and should be able to buy a m16 or 1911 co2 airsoft
