Always closed. The idiotic teen age boys that are there everynight are costing a ton of business. Sat there for 10 minutes after showing up to the store being unexpected closed again with no sign or anything. Watched at least 7 cars pull up and then leave.

Always idiots running store after store mngr. Goes home for the day. Argue with customers, rude, and let thetruckdrivers block the checkout, putting their drinks in cooler and the guy working in there tells me I ought to get involved and ask him to move when It is not my business as a customer to get involved. This happenedlast night around 600 PM.

Needs a lot of people working there. Seems like no communication. Overall, okay.Update. Just left there and the lady at front charged me twice for something. Tried calling they hung up on me 3 times and didn't answer at all. Someone who works in retail our customers are always first. But they surely show the opposite here. I have kids that need a nap and now I have to drive all the way back there. But no one is gonna gaf anyways. 🤷

What a sorry excuse of Customer Service. That cigarette voice/breath Cynthia lady is always in a bad mood . I have been in here several times and it’s never a pleasure to see her . I have witnessed her be rude not only me but to other customers too (Including the elderly! NOT OK!!!) . And nobody deserves to be treated like that . Like can i please shop and not have to witness or experience you being rude for once? Brush your teeth .

Always had a great experience at this store until today. One of the employees named Jacob was beyond rude and unprofessional. Talking back, constantly interrupting me, talking down to me. Then even though he was doing it right in front of the manager she did nothing but defend his deplorable behavior.

Could have been a better experience.When my sister and myself pulled into the parking lot at Dollar General on Chicot Rd today we saw two police cars and they were arresting the Manager as I over heard. Things like that make a person not want to go to that location again.

This store open, years ago, manager was great, since than it's been going down hill! They don't how too use chip machines or card machines. For your Credit Cards and Debt, and any gift cards you buy! They get all bad stars for failure and meeting your customers needs! I ask around, places and Dollar General Mangerment, and in other stores! Don't worry the Manger is going out the door! Very soon, you have my word on that or you can let me know here! Iam a Mystery Customer, my company works, client is Dollar General! From what I seen an wittness in this store! Manager, and Asst Manger must go! Me and one more of our Mystery Customers was in the store with me the other day! We waited 15 min before anyone knew we was the front too check out! Doors wide open, no one around! The Manger has failed at there job there! To those who shop there, you will be disappointed with the management of this Store! Store was absolutely disgusting. The “manager” was rude and hateful. Maybe if they weren’t standing around playing on there phones the store might be stocked and cleaned. Just disgusting.

Wide variety of things for the home, car, and yard. They also sell food, pet products, cosmetics and clothes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price's are low. I would have given them five star's, except they have problems keeping Extra Strength BC Powder in stock.

This location is fairly clean; however, the store manager is VERY rude and unprofessional to customers. She is not personable in the least. If I ever need anything from Dollar General, I will certainly pass up this location and drive a little longer to go to the next for friendly service!

Love this Location way better than Eastend Location. There Staff are really sweet, they always know what I need when I walk into the store. Couldn't ask for better store. Y'all are awesome, thank you. :)

Refused to return mop yesterday because she didn’t have a barcode. They were out of the product to retrieve barcode. The receipt was a clear description of the item. Which is almost excusable except her attitude was horrible from the moment I walked in the store.

It's convenient BUT Family Dollar is actually cheaper when it comes to most item's. However, it's a lot closer. Therefore, it is a lot more convenient at night and you have to run to the store.

I think its sad when a chain as large as DG cant break a $100 bill when im spending 1/5 of it in store, and spend on average of $60 a week. I think you just lost that $60 a week.
