Our experience with Flooring America was excellent. We were looking for Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and they had a large selection from which to choose. Bryan Proud was the salesperson that greeted us and he was very helpful without being obtrusive. Bryan is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (and even some we didn’t know to ask!). We were provided with samples of all of the styles/colors in which we were interested so we were able to take them home and make an informed choice that best matched the interior of our home. Once we made our selection, Bryan was able to come and measure the same day and provide a quote. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of the product was high level. The planks we chose were in stock and we were able to get an installation date scheduled that was less than a week out. The installation went smoothly and the installation crew arrived at the scheduled time and was professional and did an excellent job. The entire installation (which included removing existing carpet) for 4 rooms took only one day, so we were pleased with the speed and quality of the work. We recommend both Bryan Proud and Flooring America in Lowell for anyone seeking a quality experience with their flooring needs.

Alan and his team made this a very easy experience. Alan worked with us until we found the perfect floor to match our house. The scheduling process was easy and timely. The installation crew showed up on time, and worked non-stop to get the new floors in. They did such a wonderful job, they even beveled the edges of the quarter round where needed. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured our satisfaction prior to leaving. Highly recommend!

Had our carpet installed yesterday & we love it! Alan was so helpful going over the options in our budget, explaining the different levels and saving us from paying more for lower quality somewhere else. Install was fast, roughly 5 hours for 4 bedrooms & a separate master closet. Highly recommend!

We can't say enough good things !! From the time we walked through the door and was greeted by a sales associate named Austin. And every time we walked through the door if Austin was busy with another customer he would acknowledge us and wave and say hi and come help us when he was done. He was honestly so helpful!!!And to the flooring crew we had super nice people!!! They took the time to ask and show me which direction I would prefer our hardwood floors to be placed. And explained if I placed them in a certain direction it would make the space look bigger!! Also when they had some flooring put in place they asked how we liked it so far? And when my flooring crew were done, they did a outstanding job with the cleanup! So if ya need a scrap piece grab it while you can!!!! 🤣 So if I ever have to have flooring done again. I would go with the same associate Austin and flooring crew !! Thank you Flooring America for a great experience!!

I recently had most of the flooring in my house replaced which was a huge project. I got quotes from several flooring places and Flooring America came in at the best price. Alan was great in helping me get the flooring that I was looking for and answering any concerns I had about the project. I had carpet put in the bedrooms and LVP in most of the rest of the house.
