It was quite difficult to find exactly what i needed. Other items stacked on top of it. It took me searching the store andlooking at the same aisle three tines to find it. The cashier was really chatty.

Giving a store about a 3.5, there's areas for improvement, stocking, over all cleanliness. The store employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and quick to offer you a greeting when you walk in the door. I'm sure that the company doesn't pay them a decent wage enough to care. As far as convenience it's very convenient for the surrounding area. And the hours are great as far as store openings and closings go

Friendly and easy...I had gone to one of the large chain retail stores in the area but they didn't have the item I was looking for. I stopped at Dollar General hoping and they had the item.The store was a little cluttered but I was just glad my search for a common item was over.This store has easy access and a very helpful staff, unlike the large store I was in earlier.A big plus for me is that they don't have "self-checkout"! If I want to"self-checkout", I'll buy my own store. Unless they want to offer me their employee discount for doing their job.

Quick and convenient. Employees are always friendly. The store isn't always as tidy as one would expect it to be (specifically in the toy and office supply sections), but has never seemed dirty to me. My 4 year old son loves to go there when he gets his allowance so he can purchase cheap toys with his "very own money".

Nice store good vibes. I feel like I've enjoyed the store much more since they've remodeled. It's the same as when your favorite Animal Crossing shop gets their upgrade. Lol. This is my main spot to get Texas Pete hot sauce. Love it. 5/5

I can not say enough about this location!!! Everytine I go in the store is stocked, the employees are helpful and KIND. One time I locked myself out of my car and the manager stayed with me until cops arrived to unlock but...she also did her ABSOLUTE best to try to get me in prior to their arrival. Another time I lost an ID there. I was contacted about it and it was kept safe by another manager until I arrived. Forever grateful for this DG! They are convenient and actually helpful. Thanks ladies!!!!!

This location in Lowell is in a pretty good spot, kind of in the middle of everything. Store is nice but could stand to be a little cleaner. It has a good selection of goods along with clothing. Remember to keep your receipt, a receipt is required for all returns. I wasnt able to get any photos this time around.

My girlfriend is confined to a wheelchair and cannot get out of it without mechanical help. She couldn't do any shopping hardly at all. We told the store employees and they said we were going to have to deal with it. WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT STORE LOCATION!!!

The 2 ladies that are normally there are very polite and helpful. Side note, they're pretty hot, and DG rocks. Cheapest Dr. Pepper 12-packs by far

It's closer than Walmart so if I only need a few items, I go here. It's convenient. It's cheaper. They don't have everything bigger stores have but sometimes you just need a few things.

Basically the only place in north Lowell for groceries now that Marvins closed. Mostly boxes and canned food. Milk and ice cream, too. Little known fact: DG actually carries the best popsicles.Bonus dollar store fact/protip: Pregnancy tests are federally mandated to the same quality level, so the dollar store options work just as well as the outrageously overpriced options.The small beer selection is helpful to restock a party or pick something up on the way home. That’s what I use it for, anyways.All the clerks have been excellent.The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the lack of a non-dairy ice cream, which I realize might be stretching what one may ask for from a dollar store. Always room to grow, I guess.

Perfect place to shop when you need something quick in Lowell without paying gas station prices. Isles are abit small to shop in. Staff is very nice.

People are nice most of the time service is hit and miss and store isn't very clean but if ur running in for toilet paper ok stop, if u want milk over priced and not always fresh

Good service... Only one bad thing to say.There business hours close at 9, and they lock the doors at 853 alot, so get there before they get tired. LoL

Customer service was dreadful, that was the most discusting store I have ever been in. Its never clean, never stocked and the bathroom was like something out of a horror movie. I will never shop there again.
