Always have the best customer service, and it's always clean. There is always someone around when you need them, I was instantly greeted and assisted. The store manager took time and swiftly trained someone whilst working on the merchandise as well.

Went here to get a part for my Stihl chainsaw even tho my saw is from the 80's the guys in the back have knowledge of parts got me what I needed and back to working!! Very helpful will go here for all my parts!

I called this Atwoods in Lowell a few minutes ago to verify availability of a tire for a lawnmower. The lady said she couldn’t check she was the cashier right now. I asked if there was anybody else available and she said no she was the only one working today!

Yesterday late afternoon I bought 4 baby geese..came home to put them in the broader just like they have it in theirs..and by night time 1 died ..today another died now the other two look lethargic..don't buy live animals from there .

Always a great shopping place even good for children they have a good shopping for all young and old and great price for cowboy clothing and little cowboy or cowgirl for Rodeo I enjoy going there. You can buy all kinds of stuff baby 🐔 and 🐰 and little ducks 🦆 they have clothes for everyone boots or shoes little ones boys and girls 👭 moms and dad go see what you can find at Atwoods MONROE ST IN LOWELL ARKANSAS

I am originally from Illinois. We have a Farm and Fleet, which i liked. Arkansas does not. Atwoods has overfilled the shoes of farm and fleet and surpassed them. Even if their was a farm and fleet near, I would continue to go to Atwoods. Great place!!

This is a big store (compared to our local one!) that has a lot of options, but most of them are clothing. If you need jeans or shoes, this place is your go-to, but they didn't have any of the three feeds we went there for.

I would like to say thanks to the guys at the Stihl shop. Lots of knowledge and excellent customer service. Also, I would like to say that coming out after picking up my equipment, I run into the cashier.. I showed her my ticket and also paid for other stuff, and she treated me like I was stilling something.. I still love to shop at Atwoods.

Always have shopped at Atwoods. I give them 3 stars because all the original items are no longer there, it's getting to be like a Walmart, they use to have a cool variety of items that you wouldn't see anywhere else. Now it's changed so much like everything else, diminished from it's previous state.

Very small Atwoods with a very limited selection. I went in for five specific things that I know Atwoods carries and they only had two of them.

Fun store if you like kitschy decor and MFH items. Their livestock feed is pretty high priced comparatively and most bags are only aa40lbs, not 50. That is becoming the norm, but they were doing it several years ago too.Their spring and fall live chick selection is pretty good, but the chick care is hit or miss, either great or disgusting. We have been in where they had mostly fresh bedding and ample clean food and water. We have also been in where the bedding was matted with feces, the feeders were dirty and empty and the waterers were gross. I think it really depends on the staff. My chick losses after purchase have definitely been higher from this store than from others.Speaking of the staff, they are kind of hit and miss too. A few have been super friendly and helpful. Several have been sullen and fairly rude.I will stick with Tractor Supply and the Co-op for my needs, as they are closer and more reasonably priced.

Service desk is useless. I left the store without the blade guard for my chainsaw after having it looked at. After discovering this when I got home. I called the service desk and left a message for the Stihl rep, but I don't think the service desk passed the message along. They promised to put my name on my blade guard and that it would be there when I returned to pick it up. When I returned, they couldn't find it. No blade guard had my name on it. After waiting 45 min, they gave me a replacement. Poor store management.
