They are seriously always so pleasant here! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The store is very quiet and filled with zen. They even have pet products that we’ve been Able to use on our family dog that has cancer. The clerk even remembered how far along in my pregnancy I was. I give it 5 stars. Great people!

I live out of state & made an order over the phone. I honestly had a bad experience in the beginning but the owner of the store went above & beyond what he had to to make me a customer from now on. I made an order around August over the phone and never did receive the product that I ordered. I called and spoke with an employee that I believe no longer works there and told him I had not gotten any shipments and that I guess I needed to cancel my order. It didn’t get done so I called my credit card co and cancelled the purchase. In December 4 months later I received a phone call from the owner of the store saying he just learned about what happened and wanted to make it right. He not only submitted the money back to my card $150.00 but also sent me the product that I originally ordered for free and then followed up with me to make sure I received the product. The owner of this company really does care about customer service. I can honestly say this is the place to go if you are in the market for this type of product. I wish their were more business owners that care about customer service as much as this company does.

I went in not knowing anything about the products available in the store. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase starter packs, which was an affordable option for getting started. Sam was also very generous with samples.

I visited the store today with my daughter and cannot say enough nice things about it. The really nice guy that educated us on products was very friendly and helpful. He was not a pushy sales person and I believe he manages the store. We were given free samples and will definitely be back!

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is beautiful and well organized! It was easy to find and figure out what each section of the shop was for. There are beauty products, treats for dogs (anxiety control), vapes, water solubles, etc. There are even samples of multiple different products in the store! I will definitely be back.

They gave me a couple free samples and then showed me around the store and discussed my options for what I was looking for. I felt the benefits of the samples before I even left the store. These products are amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. We hit a couple other stores after we left the store. Very convenient location.

Such friendly and knowledgeable staff super friendly to our pups, too. They gave us an amazing sample of CBD paw and nose cream to use on our precious dog’s nose and he loved it. Chris (the owner) has such a giving heart and is such an amazing new addition to the Promenade. The educational and scientific knowledge that Chris and his staff have are a true asset to battling the stigmas that people have about the healing properties of CBD.
