BE CAREFUL!!!!!! I took my fur baby to get his spring haircut he came back with 2 wounds. I was never contacted about what happened, I was contacted by the owner saying your baby is ready. I shocked and furious when I went to pick him up. She applied a liquid bandage to stop the bleeding in both places. The owners took no accountability for her actions she gave me two different excuses and offered half off my next grooming. I will never go back and I suggest you find another groomer

My pups were in due need of a bath after a particularly active weekend and I called Joy at Woof Happy Tails to see if she took walk-ins and she said, Yes!My pups looked and smelled great, they were happy and didn't seem nervous or uncomfortable at all.Joy chatted with me a bit and she was super nice and I will absolutely go back for grooming and day care!

We have a large white shepherd who sheds with huge tufts all over the place. Joyce somehow manages to get her looking beautiful and 10lbs lighter. She is a peculiar dog and Joyce “gets her” which is rare. Joyce (the owner) is a dedicated, hard working lover of animals who will definitely take care of your babies. Highly recommended!!!!

Workers were really nice. We came in as a walk in. I wish the groomer could’ve done a better job since I paid 70$Kobie is a Yorkie Poo and was cut on the back of his leg, I guess she meant to cut him on his tummy. I won’t be back. But it’s a very nice area.Comment update; the owner of the store didn’t let me know kobie was cut, when I picked him up. I didn’t even know he was cut till I got home. I even tip the owner 20$, IM already in the process of disputing the charge because of bad service and now the lies that are being put on here. I was going to give this location another chance, but if you can own up to what you did because you received a bad review. You don’t need my business. kobie definitely left with that messed up cut on his leg, and I was not informed. Even the lady at the front desk didn’t let me know.

One of the best dog grooming salons here in Arkansas. The owner and her staff are amazing. I just LoveLove this place. I totally recommend them!❤️❤️❤️

Pros:-My baby was scheduled the day of and complete in about two hours...very kind of them to expedite.-The ladies were nice.-The bandana was so cute!Cons:-Google has a 730am opening time, however I did not speak to anyone until 830am (after multiple calls).-Misquoted the total price because the young lady forgot to ring up dental brushing. The additional cost was charged and I paid (with a tip). However, as a result, when I arrived to pick up my baby, her teeth had not been brushed; she was taken to the back and given a rush brushing and came out with toothpaste product on two different sections of her coat. The groomer took her to the back again when I pointed it out and mostly removed the product with a pleasant demeanor.I will most likely give them another chance, however, an average rating is what I experienced for our first go around.

Great Dog Spa! They are so kind to my boy. He comes back smelling great and fluffy. This time they put a tie on him. 🤗 A little different than the regular doggy bandana. They also send him home to celebrate his day with a tasty treat.

I took my 12 pound dog to this place for overnight boarding only. No bath, no grooming. Brought own food. Dropped off between noon and 1:00. Picked up next day. Bill stated:one stay over fun day $39.50One full day boarding $25.25One day care $20.25This feels like being charged three times for one service, and approx. $85 for boarding one dog one night is excessive and beyond ridiculous. I live in the neighborhood will never use this place again.

Dropped Noah our 7 year old golden, this morning for grooming. The groomers are very friendly.Noah is back home now. Looks perfectly groomed. No nicks or accidental cuts on parts behind his ear where he was cut accidentally by other groomers.So happy with the services, I highly recommend this place

EDIT! I didn’t took too close to his nails after he was back with his owner I just saw them for the first time just now and they clipped what looks like only 2 nails. All the rest were ones that were already broken and jagged from being so long and desperately needing cut! If you can’t handle someone’s dog CALL THEM BACK AND EXPLAIN THAT so they can go pick them back up! instead of taking peoples money and not doing what you were paid for! I’m livid over this and feel like a business like this should be ashamed of themselves.I was beyond excited to have my friends German Shepard/Husky mix groomed, first of all I was given the wrong quote for the amount it would be. I was told on the phone that everything would be $37 and wound up paying over $90 for everything. I wanted him groom his nailed trimmed and everything. He sheds really bad so they suggested they use a furminator which I was all for. My brother went and picked him up for me and when they got home I ran my hand down his lower back and it was nothing but shed. Not left over hair from what they took off but just clumps of shed exactly how he was before I took him in. It looked like they had done literally just half of him and left his lower half. Nothing looked different and he is still shedding just as bad as before. I can understand he’s a big dog and I appreciate them saying they take their time with the dogs comfortably but he was there for 5 1/2 hours and the only thing I’m happy with is his cut nails. Make sure you call and check if places can handle big dogs or not because this place obviously can’t.

Absolutely Fabulous!! I could not get my fur baby into our regular groomers and we were leaving town before our scheduled appointment, but she DESPERATELY needed a bath and cut before we left. I called more than 15 different groomers and they were all booked up or weren't accepting new customers 🙄 I finally reached Natalie at Woof Happy Tails and decided before she answered that it was going to be the last try. I am so grateful I didn't give up before reaching her!! They did a fantastic job on my baby!! She's beautiful!! I was vague when asked what I wanted because I didn't want to be picky at this point but OMG, I am super excited about their work, their professionalism, and their genuine love for not only their own babies but yours as well!! They treat your babies literally like little precious children!! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs almost ANYTHING having to do with your 4 legged babies!!

NEVER WILL COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!..we booked for appointment just to do a haircut with my dog and they asked If will do bath treatment for the dog and we said NO..after more than 5hrs of waiting they called us that they couldn’t do haircut of my dog because he’s trying to bite a groomer and so they end up doing a Treatment with my dog!! which we said NO earlier and no one called us before they proceed the Treatment!! Is this a SCAM?! This is disappointing they should call us to cancel the haircut instead and pick up my dog!! And then we still end up paying for bath!! never in my whole life i leave a bad reviews. But this one needs to be address and aware for next person who are first timer..Last update, they told me to ‘Go pick up your dog and hang up!’ so rude but still end up paying?!very UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF TRAINING and BAD SERVICE!!

I just got my dog groomed here today and I was delighted! When I walked in the store, I immediately felt at home. It was very aesthetically pleasing and had a nice smell to it. The service was wonderful. My dog liked very clean and smelled amazing after the service. Will be coming back again.

The WORST service EVER. I should have went with my first instinct & walked out when I couldn’t receive just an approximate time he possibly could be done. I took my dog at 9:30am CST just for a bath and haircut. I called them at 12:21 to see when they will be done because we had a vet appointment. Again, I was told we don’t give times and they will try pushing him forward.I finally received a call at 1:14 CST saying he was done. So it takes 4 hours to service a small Maltese that ended up being completely butchered & looked just as bad before the service. His coat didn’t look completely brushed or combed, but their excuse is my dog was tangled. I precisely took time that morning to fully combed & brushed him out before we arrived just so that would not be an excuse of them cutting his hair horribly.I wasn’t going to say anything but i just couldn’t let this go unnoticed. They even asked if I liked his haircut & I said NO. They asked if they could fix it but at this point I lost trust in their skill set. To me, how would you give me my dog looking this way & then ask to fix him. Why would I let you if I already dislike his haircut.No response needed from an owner because she was there during the interaction. And please don’t blame being rushed. When I pointed out the issues, the young lady at the front desk agreed she knew exactly what I was talking about.We will NEVER return, don’t take your fur babies this business lacks grooming skills & customer service.

**EDIT** This was for the Bowman Road location which had to close and then not reopen due to Covid issues. I have never taken my pets to the other location just for proximity reasons but if the ladies at Bowman Road went over to Kavanaugh, I’m sure it’s great as well.**We just relocated to LR, sadly leaving our amazing groomer, so a lot of research went into finding a new one. A local popular doggy daycare we’d used that’s also a groomer required a canine flu shot. That is NOT a vaccination, all of which our pups stay up-to-date on, so they were a “No”.Woof Happy Tails on Bowman didn’t have tons of reviews but the small amount they did were all positive.... which is how it was when we 1st started with our past groomer that quickly became a local 75+, 5 star favorite! The staff we dealt with, Daisy & Erika offered wonderful communication, assuring that our pups & I both felt comfortable with their 1st visit. The caring ladies kept me updated during their visit, taking great care of our furbabies. Pups seemed really happy when we picked them up, greeting me at the door - not being in a kennel was very important. They looked & smelled GREAT - very pleased & will definitely be back soon!

First time at this location, I typically go to the bowman location but they were closed today. I walked in and greeted the groomer and she didn’t respond. She just took my dog and asked what we were there for, she wasn’t friendly or inviting. Another woman came in and the groomer was extremely nice to her and held conversation with her. When it was time to pay, she overcharged me and then argued that it was the correct price when I’ve never paid that price at Bowman. To make matters worse, I get home to discover they cut one of my dogs nails too short which caused him to bleed. If you don’t like your profession, please find a new one!

I have taken our dog there a few times for a bath and nail trim. I recently boarded him there as well for vacation. The staff there always takes great care of Rambo. They take great attention to detail and never disappoint. Great prices as well. I would highly recommend woof happy tails to anyone.

Grooming isn’t done properly, nails aren’t clipped as needed or even at all. Communication is terrible. They are extremely poor with time management. I would not suggest this pet grooming place at all!

WONDERFUL!! Took my heeler/collie mix (very thick hair) and it was a great experience. I was a little nervous as this was my first time taking him to the groomers and they were so patient and understanding. I am unable to clip his nails at home because he does not like it at all and they did it with no problems. And he looks and smells amazing! Very happy with customer service by Erika and owner. Will definitely be bringing my sweet boy back to see them! (Even gave him an awesome bandana to take home) 😁

We love Woof Happy Tails!! Our crazy goldendoodle has a blast at doggie daycare, and they always do such a great job with her haircuts. Our senior dog also did great boarding there for a weekend. Everything is reasonably priced too - cheaper than other places around town.

This review is for the Kavanaugh location. I'm only giving two stars because one time out of three they did an OK job. But I've been three times. Each time, I have brought my dogs in early and couldn't get them until closing time. This last time not only did they have to stay in a cage for 8 1/2 hours, they weren't even groomed. I don't think they even bathed them. They certainly didn't comb them because both dogs were full of snarls and uneven. After I picked them up and took them outside they were desperate to use the bathroom. When we got home they consumed two bowls of water and one bowl of food. They were apparently given no food, water, or attention all day. The only thing "Woof" did right was charge my credit card. They didn't seem to mess up taking my money.
