I depend on Whole Foods when I travel so I avoid fast (junk) food. Overall the store looks clean and organized as I would always expect at Whole Foods, but the hot food bar is always a mess (at least at 7PM. Soup containers are mostly empty and heavily crusted. You can always assume they will have chicken straps an turkey meatloaf (today the loaf looked decently fresh, but not common. ) I was there on Tuesday at 6:45PM and the hot bar was completely shut down, so you never know what to expect. Front-end cashiers are normally really preoccupied with their mobile devices.

Whole Foods has a great clean salad bar, to go sushi and pre made wraps. The desserts and bakery are amazingI buy hard to find vitamins here.I find it too expensive for groceries and produce. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

It's my favorite grocery store. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality of the food, the helpful and polite employees, all synergistically make this extra money worth spending. The store is always clean. Staff is always helpful and polite. I can also find certain items that I have yet to find at any other store. I love the prepared/heat then eat meals the store makes. I will admit I have been straight strung out for months at a time on various, in store made desserts and my family has shepherd me through intense Tres Leche Cake, Bannana Pudding soaked confectionery induced withdrawal, BUT THOSE DELICIOUS ADDICTIONS WERE NOBODIES FAULT BUT MINE, and I can not blame the pushers...I mean..cooks whom practice the dark culinary confectionery arts.Oh!! I have fun...But seriously! this place is alright

Expensive 🤑 but their selection is so pretty! Made me wanna eat stuff I’m usually too picky to eat lol. The hot lunch buffet looked horrid though today… I have gotten a hot lunch before from the buffet and it was much better but it was like $24 😮‍💨 I like that there’s Amazon lockers and return kiosk at this location. I like that there’s fresh herbs you can buy.

Just picked up my groceries through Amazon checked in on the app like it requested verified what space I was in a guy comes out and asked for the name and then just pushes the cart along the side of my truck blocking me so I had to roll my window down, move the shopping cart down the side of my truck, scraping it up to load my own groceries. Isn’t that the point of having the curbside is to always have the groceries loaded in my car I have always used curbside with Whole Foods through Amazon, and have never had an experience like this, there was another car next to me and the person from Whole Foods was loading groceries into the trunk of that car. I don’t know why I was treated any differently. What if I was elderly and not able to get out of the vehicle to load my groceries Whole Foods you need to fix this

It is so easy to return Amazon orders here! I was disappointed when Whole Foods started being the main return spot because it's not a location that is close to me. But I'm a fan now.There are two ways to return, and both are by the entrance. The first is to take your items to guest services... The whole process takes under a minute. If there's a line, then you can go to the nearby self-service kiosk. Scan the QR code, the bags and labels are provided, drop it in the bin, and you're done.Well worth the few extra minutes drive to quickly return and get your money refunded right away.

Very nice, organized, very unique variety of options, they offer Amazon prime members benefits, the customer service is excellent! I'm excited to visit the store again! My 1st time was very pleasant.

They had some things I was looking for and was able to purchase vegan hot dogs. I think I want to try some of their soup. Their meat counter is always so nice and freshly displayed. I think I'm going to start shopping there more.

I have had mixed experiences here especially during the height of COVID however I had a great experience yesterday. It was the busiest I’ve seen the store after 3 days of ice with everyone hibernating at home. The produce was fresher and better stocked than I’d seen it. The cheese selection was outstanding. I had a very informative and fun conversation with Chuck over blues. I’m defintitely coming back when he’s able to cut in to the Happy Huntsman Blue for some smoky blue cheese goodness. The $5 and under section was a great assortment of interesting cheeses. I went home and made an amazing varied cheese plate right away. The only product I noticed they were really low on was gnocchi as they only had 1 regular one left. I went to Trader Joe’s (which I love) this same day and they were out of everything from eggs to basil. Great customer service and experience on this most recent visit. Keep it up!

If you are shopping for anything, specialty or diet specific, this is absolutely the best place in Little Rock! I buy all of our gluten-free and keto food items. Here, they have a massive butcher, section with fresh meats, dairy, and a bakery, with fresh items every day. The staff is super friendly and helpful And there is plenty of parking outside.

Whole foods it's a nice well organized store. As soon as you walk in the door it smells wonderful and you're greeted by variety of multiple kinds of produce and flowers.The store is very clean and employees are eager to help you with your shopping needs.They have a variety of many different types of items, as well as many healthy options not often found in other places.Prices here are higher than most stores, but the shopping experience and variety help you to forget you be paying a bit more.You can grind your own coffee, grind your own peanuts to make fresh peanut butter, enjoy lunch or brunch here with a variety of food choices offer on a self-serve buffet.The store is definitely about presentation and making sure you have a wonderful shopping experience.

Love shopping here! I always seem to find great items I can't find in other places. Everything is so fresh and they keep everything clean and organized. Staff seem to be always eager to help unlike some stores where the staff nearly run away from you when they see you coming! Always have a great experience here.

This is a medium sized grocery store with unique items. The prices are high so I took this as a treat to myself for a hard week. However, I didn't find many must haves but the store is really loaded with delicious items. I prefer the variety and affordable prices of Central American grocery stores, or Arab grocery stores, or China grocery stores which all have great prices and unique items. I did buy some apple fritters here and Kombucha which made me happy. The store is clean and really beautiful but mostly unaffordable for me.

Great store store in Little Rock! They always has great variety of foods. Freshest seafoods and meats, vegetables and fruits! I got some cheese and fresh breads. So tasty and very fresh! I love to looking some unique stuffs in this store. Almost every employees were very friendly and politely. I always satisfied coming here.

This review is for the hot bar only. The selection of food is terrible and it always looks dry and over cooked . There is absolutely no variety, just the same items day in and day out even the soups. I used to live in California and the Whole Foods there always made the hot bar look presentable. The food at this Whole Foods looks like literal slop. They see no problem in having you pay high prices for garbage. McDonald’s has better presentation then this.

Whole Foods was always my favorite place to shop. Unfortunately the quality and customer service is terrible. I’m very disappointed in my recent experience with the bakery staff all the way up to the manager. Customer service is lacking and when you have customers that a willing to go the extra mile to purchase products from your company, good service is not too much to ask for.

I love whole foods but there was a cashier who just was putting on her apron but she did not have her light on. I asked her if she was open and she rolled her eyes and shook her head yes as if she was annoyed so I said okay and went to the self checkout. I did not want to be a part of her bad day so I let her be. Over all there is always someone there asking if I need help. Cashiers have an attitude though.

This is just about the Amazon return process at the kiosk. The store is awesome! There was a line at the kiosk, and I had a medium sized box. Fellow pushing carts asked me if I needed help. I said yes, but I don’t think my box will fit. I asked him if he could check it in for me. He says,”unfortunately not,” and walked away before I could reply. As I thought, my box jammed the kiosk. There were three employees at the service desk doing a return for themselves. What do you think that picture said to me and the other lady at the kiosk?

I had a horrendous experience today with an employee at a Whole Foods. I was not parked in the correct place in order to receive my pick-up order, so when I inquired about my order, the employee, April, proceeded to raise her voice & yell at me. She told me “their customers know where to park!”

I purchased a strawberry shortcake from the bakery. I have purchased them in the past without a problem.This time the cake was horrible. The strawberries on the inside of the cake were not fresh. I assume they’re not made daily.

my Favorite place to shop for groceries. it has Healthy self service ready to eat food section and wide varieties of healthy vegetable and fruit and anything else like various types of drink, nuts, vitamins, etc.. I love the Green Goodness smoothies.

Always a cute place to walk around. I definitely feel like a college student when I go in there, gotta be careful and budget, but there are some good things here I can't get anywhere else. Groceries fresh. Pockets empty. Mushrooms: mushroomy (have a great selection of fresh mushrooms and also sprouts which I can't seem to find other places). & grass-fed butter my beloved 🐄 ❤️
