I want to love this Walmart but I HATE the parking lot. They put these stupid useless concrete dividers in the parking lot to make it look better. However it's a waste of space and if you have a cart then you have no where to put the cart unless you ramp that sucker over the concrete to the next lane where there is a cart holder. So carts are literally everywhere in the parking lot. Terrible fail on Walmart design.

Took a picture of employees at self check out doing everything but working while I was standing in line to check out for a very long time. Manager asked if I took pictures of his employees and I said yes they’re not doing anything they could be checking someone out. He said they were doing their job and got very rude and told me it was illegal to take pictures in Walmart so I got rude back and he told me to go somewhere else to get my groceries. If it’s illegal to take photos or film in Walmart why do they have hundreds of cameras inside and outside the store. Manager of this store is not the right person for the job and should be fired. He’s a joke never going back to walmart on shackelford

Went in the store to get some late evening things and was addressed by a young girl yelling at me from across the store. Her name on her badge was NY. I proceeded to tell her she did not need to yell at me from across the store and in such a rude and disrespectful tone. She got attitude and talking back to me disrespectful. I proceeded to argue with her and decided to ask for her manager. She would not call the manager so I went to find the manager. Coming from out of town this was the second time in two days that we were treated rude by someone in this store. My African American spouse refused re-enter the store due to the rudeness that we encountered on Sunday. This is not portraying a good atmosphere.

Aisles congested with employee order pullers, and pallets of freight being stocked. Difficult for customers to maneuver for desired shopping product experience.We all know no registers open and Loss Prevention measures on self service check out hinders smooth process due to attendant flagged messages.The convenience of everything in one stop is rapidly losing the convenience. Multiple stops with better care, service, and consideration will create a better feeling as a human person, resulting in a better day (and life).

I really do not like this Walmart. Other than the cleanliness, it sucks. Very rude staff. The pharmacy is awful. Even though the pharmacists are nice, the pharmacy techs are rude sometimes and just act lost. There is definitely a communication problem back there. Every time I need a fill it takes 2 hours. I called in my scripts when I got there today one tech said 15minutes. I got groceries and came back in 30. It wasn’t ready and a different tech told me it would be 20minutes. I had food that needed to go in the fridge. Do I let my food go bad or wait for my medication that I need? It’s so ridiculous and it’s Everytime. I dread going to this place

Things are difficult to find, even using the store map. Absolutely ZERO cashiers ans $149 worth of items had to be self scanned, then the self-scanner stopped working after 6-7 items. Very frustrating experience.

I was at this Walmart location getting an obscure item (refills for our self-cleaning cat box). A sales associate named Tiffany, Stocker 1, helped me get them from a very low shelf. They were hard to get, but she got down and got them out of the shelf for me. She did it all with a smile. I feel terrible to say I accidentally hit her with one of them as she was getting up, and apologized , but she just laughed it off. Great service

Very clean and well organized. Excellent pricing and easy check out. We just scan our items as we go scan our phone on the way out and done. So much faster that way!!

On an average when we go into this Walmart, you can count anywhere from 8 to 12 employees standing around and talking, or so many on their phone. We went to check out the other day and the light was on like there was a cashier available but no one there, four employees were standing around talking, I asked if they were open, and they acted so annoyed, but finally one of them came over to check us out.

April 20, 2024. A quick early visit to this store is not as close in proximity but was the only location that had the hvac filter size that I needed. It wasn't as busy yet.

Ordered groceries for delivery and did not receive all of my order but was charged for everything. Tried calling the store but no one would answer. Did the online bot chat to try and resolve it but could only get refunded if I return the item that I never received. Next day was finally able to resolve the issue. My first and last time I will order groceries for delivery from Walmart.

Beware picking up groceries with their careless workers. The workers will turn their nose up at you and not give a care in the world. I was lied to about reviewing security footage and when trying to get assistance for the scratch that their worker left, I was made to be a nuisance. This walmart is egregiously horrific in both its selection and its customer service. I will be pursuing small claims court if the issue is not fixed.

Checkout is awful. If I have to use the self check for a large number of items at least the hand scanner could work. Cheapo Walmart saves by not hiring checkers. Not wort the savings to me. Self- service is not service at all.

Place is still dirty,unstocked, employees in early day and afternoon evening shift still rude and ignore people. Why are employees at Walmart allowed to park in the closest parking spots to the front door,and I see older people struggle to make it to the front door.

For the second time I have received not only expired, but rotting and rancid groceries when I ordered delivery. The first time was a bag of potatoes you could see and smell through the bag they were so rotten they were dripping, then this time I got rancid sausage. Thankfully I'm able to go to the store and replace what I got. What if they did this to my grandmother who can't drive. Kroger needs to thank yall bc I'll no longer be ordering delivery from this store.

It's our go-to Walmart since moving to Little Rock. For some reason we liked the one in Pine Bluff more. Maybe this one is not so brightly lit. Never had a problem with staff or not finding things or things being expired. Love that they have Bubly water...better than La Croix. Do wish they sold "Milo" though.

Great Walmart, great staff. Bought a t-shirt and used the fitting room. Great service from staff in that section and also friendly service from the lady at the self service checkout.

Walmart on Shackleford is HORRIBLE. All those registers and none of them are ever open. Don’t even give us an option if we as consumers want to self check out or not. Imagine being a mom of small kids and having to self check out your own FULL cart of groceries smh and then have the nerve to ask for a receipt when you walk out. Last time shopping there. If you are grocery shopping save yourself the time and don’t go here.

This is the second time I've had this experience. My pick-up order was given to another customer, and I had to wait for my order to be repulled. There should be a better check and balance system in place to make sure errors like this do not occur.Until the problem is fixed, I will not be using the Shackleford location for pick up orders.

I used to work here at this store and did good with my work epic and always had great customer service. I even sold 4 bikes before inventory I was harassed by von before he left the manager doesn't care about their employees at all. They rather see you struggle before they try to be helpful and give knowledge about the store they treat their employees any kind of way truly not right. The boss need to come check this Walmart out and see how they really do their workers and plus ask questions to their managers and see what they do to help people out as team no leadership there is one for one for their self that's why Walmart always lose a lot good workers

The self checkout employee and I were having a stare down the whole time we were scanning. For one if I was going to steal you wouldn’t have catched me. Second don’t racially profile me, cause the other person that was across from me had a wholeeee bunch of other stuff but I was the suspicious one. I get that they’re doing their job but i know the difference between that and what we had going on.

This is the worst Walmart in Little Rock the money center is never open and when it is open they always open late and never on time back from there break on the evenings always. The employees are not friendly they don't speak even management it's sad. If you want great service travel across the bridge to North Little Rock or Sherwood

This location is conveniently located off of the highway near several other businesses. I quite often use this location for online pickup orders. The orders are normally correct, and the employees move rather quickly. Online pickup is located on the side of the building as if you are going to the side of the building.

The pickup service sucks!!.. been sitting an hr and nobody answers the phone or AT LEAST checks on you to see why I’ve been waiting so long. I’d give it no stars if I could.
