My most recent visit was 'easy in, easy out'. A good time to visit this Walmart is in the morning on weekdays.Check 'best by' dates on food packages before purchasing.Check receipts before leaving the store if you used self checkout or if an employee scanned your items... accidental double scans happen and can be pricey.Update: Spring seasonal merchandise is out and the selections are 'interesting'... if you like vintage 1970's styles... ha. 🌼🌻🏵️🌸🌼

Walmart’s only requirement for employment is a pulse. The employees have no personality, will never look you in the eye, and have no knowledge of any product they sell. So tired of getting no help when looking for an item. Bring back the small town hardware stores and family grocers. They were at least helpful, and greatful for your business.

I should have known better than to use Walmart automotive center to replace a battery. I said "hey if you see the corroded battery terminals, replace them please." What do they do? Just throw a battery in. Now day 2, my battery doesn't work in my car. Wonderful job Walmart. You continue to fail in everyway possible and still suck.

The staff was so kind and friendly. But the facilities where worse than a condemned bathroom. I didn’t think this was employee neglect. Its patrons and nature causes. Regardless I left thinking I just spent $75 that fit in 2 grocery sacks, I checked myself out and there’s no way the employees are paid enough for the bathrooms filth I witnessed. I spent nearly 7 hours worth of wages on 2 grocery sacks and a nasty experience

Went to return a item of furniture I had purchased on line no receipt it was online I show emails that were sent the lady who we were talking to gave us a number to call . After being there an hour she went to the cash register pulled up my phone number and gave us all the info we needed I guess the sadistic clerk likes to keep people frustrated any way after a 30 min conversation with customer service they emailed a label and returned the next day regular Walmart service five me Costco and Kroger's anytime

Walmart is pretty close to being one of America's greatest past times. Love walking around and looking for new products. In the last few years, they are the only ones I allow to do oil changes on my family's cars, while I walk around and shop!!!

Only shop at this location during the day. I was in the store tonight and there was a whole section of dog beds that were priced as 3.24. I stopped an associate and asked her was this correct and she said yes. I assumed it was apart of the black Friday sale. She told me to take a picture to make sure. So as I was standing at the register a rude shift lead named MONIQUE walked up to me without me even asking for help and told me I needed to put the items back because I was not going to get them for the price that was listed. I never asked her anything. I attempted to tell her that I spoke with an associate in the back and she told me that they were on sale. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said well your not getting them for that price so oh well. She was beyond rude. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. I then asked for her manager and another lady walked up so I explained to her everything. She said she would walk to the back and change the price and come back up to see what she could do.....when she walked off I saw the lady Monique get on her phone while standing behind me going off to someone talking about me. I assumed she called the other lady and told her not to help me. Then Monique walked to the man standing at the door and told him not to let me out the store if I came with the dog beds. Yeah I asked him when I walked out because he looked like he was about to stop me. I'm not a thief. Never have been. While I was waiting Monique kept looking at me with evil eyes. Walking back and forth behind me. It wasn't even as serious as she made it out to be. I was never rude to her and I never asked her for help. I will be contacting corporate regarding this whole situation. It was embarrassing and I've never been treated like this in my life. She was very rude and ghetto. She had everyone around me looking at me like I was a problem. I never got loud with her, I never cursed at her and I was never rude. Further more if she knew the price wasn't right why didn't she change it. Monique is a horrible shift leader!

This Walmart has the worst employees. Everyone has an attitude. No one is ever at the return counter (I should NOT have to come back multiple days in a row hoping to catch someone there to do a return). Employees walking around with airpods in their ears. The only person who is nice is the older female greeter who works during the week. The old male greeter who works on the weekends harrasses every customer over checking receipts - this level of harrassesment is going to get you a lawsuit. This store manager needs an overview lesson in leadership. If anyone who cares from corporate reads this review, this store is in the dumps. Get a new store manager in and get this store where it needs to be. This manager is failing miserably.

They are working awful!!! I came to pick my order up and wait there 10 minutes and they canceled our order because of out off stock!!! We drive 20 minutes to there. They are playing with the customer or they are doing business!!!! How they don’t control their stock? Are they one of the biggest seller or small businesses???

The pharmacy here has become unusable. They will limit or refuse to fill certain medications,therefore your doctor has less say in your treatment than a Walmart employee. They will not disclose over the phone if they have your medication currently in stock, so you don’t know if your prescription will even get filled with all the drug shortages. Big waste of time!

You're gonna tell me the world's largest private employer with the largest revenue can't put in tap and pay systems? It's also still impossible to get help in technology, but when has it not been? It doesn't make sense to have items that are impossible to buy for being locked up. Store is clean and looks good. Bathrooms are clean. It's still hard to find some items grocery side but it's manageable.

Literally the most rude, ill mannered automotive dept I’ve ever dealt with from a Walmart ever before. I got here before they opened and waited, then was told that not only could they not help me with tire repair (for a puncture that holds air aka slow leaks), but was rude about it to boot. Never going here for automotive care again.

Came to shop at this Walmart,in the process the battery in our car went down. My husband went to the automotive department and spoke with Fawn, she was so helpful, she came out and gave us a boost, we are very grateful because we had our handicapped daughter with us. Thanks so much!

Cashier was rude and talking over to his friend instead of helping me check out. He didn't help when I said that the dog food was the wrong price. He also continued to talk instead of finalizing the transaction. He couldn't tell me the balance of my gift card. The gentleman was the cashier in automotive. Everyone else. Was very nice and helpful.

Employees, along with management are rude and sarcastic if you ask for help. Corporate office should shut this place down or fire everyone and start with fresh employees. When this store opened, it was the Flagship store for the Little Rock area with quality customer service, but those days are long gone. The only Walmart stores I've ever visited around the United States that treated their customers this bad, were always in the worst part of town and this store doesn't have that excuse.

Their produce section was INCREDIBLE- my mind was blown but every other department in the store was not efficiently organized and products seemed to be in too many different areas of the store (was looking for storage bins and organizers) - I know it is back to school time but that’s not a reason to have 5 locations in the store for those items.
