I'm pretty sure this particular Walmart hates people and customers and money and anything positive or good that the place should stand for. I assume the back door is locked in the middle of the day to ensure that it takes 10 to 12 minutes to grab a quart of oil. Yesterday, had to sit for 41 minutes waiting on a curbside pickup. What the hell do you even alert them you're coming for? Well I left. Didn't go around to the front. Somewhere else wants my money.

Every one meets someone at Walmart, I always smile and speak to those I've never met. Witnessing for Jesus is always pleasant. Prices are always going up, try to check the discount shelf. One of a kind items may have a reduced price.

Jeff is an ignorant unprofessional employee at the front lanes would not allow me to use self check out ring up my products. He stated you are only allowed to check out with 20 or less items. There are no signs indicating what he said. I informed him I usually self check out and as I was proceeding to check out my items. He tells a lady cancel her transaction which I have not checked out, so I came back with 5 items and I lifted a whole basket of product for them to put up. Why would I want to give them all my money and they only allow me to check out a few items . I will take my business somewhere else.

Workers here are RUDE. I saw some workers marking down some bedding and asked If I could grab one off the cart and was told that those are hers and the other worker with her. When I went to check out I noticed a buggy the worker had and asked if those was a customers or go backs and rudely she told me those was hers. Employees are not supposed to hoarding all the clearance for themselves. I will be reaching out to corporate first thing tmrw.

Stock is limited consistently! There’s a lot of bad energy throughout the store. Self checkout is always the same two lanes open. Pickup orders are a bit slow at times…I can go on and on about the poor setting, convince and lack luster mindsets here! Lack of empathy and common sense! These are literally born space fillers workers they don’t try to be great at a damn thing they do ‼️ Also it sucks to have to shop around to other stores because this one is out of stock “supposedly” sometimes I feel no one takes the initiative to bring certain things on the floor or literally they just have poor organization on inventory count. Don’t wait till you all out to order a shipment 🗣 black folks got to do better at establishments

Clean, most employees are nice. Though there are a few that completely ignore the fact you are around and will talk on their phone about their life drama or talking to other employees, making it hard to ask for help if you need.

I have always had my oil changed at Walmart never had any problems. This will be my last time getting my oil changed here. Very Very rude woman that checked me out after my car was finished from getting an oil changed. Her name was stormy! Would never recommend anyone getting their oil changed here just from the service that was given to me I felt embarrassed and felt downgraded. Definitely need to reconsider who you guys hire at front desk

Almost got ran over with shopping carts by some patrons. Customers of a certain race were rude. They had police at both exits if that tells you anything. Better pack if your going to shop there

This place just sucks. Lazy staff. Notice the staff parking in the front parking spaces which in my opinion should be for the customers. Always see staff on their phones inside the store while working. And the order pullers have took every isle over and will run you over. Got enough workers standing around that they could start checking people out instead of gossiping and playing on their phones.

Went in this store (baseline) with a gift card with 25.00 on it gave my card to the cashier she told me it was empty so I got the card back because I knew it was a new card looked at the card it was not the same one I gave her (yes I’m saying that she stole my card) when I called and complained to the customer service she went and found the card I told her about but said it was used on the 16th I think she lied I told her I wasn’t going to wake up and decide to call Walmart with a made up story like this then she transferred me to the manger’s office but guess what no one answered it. I think I’ll find another place to shop target starting to look better and better for my shopping needs

Worst Walmart in central Arkansas. Staff worry more about there cell phones than customer service. The baby formula is locked up or was as I haven’t been there in awhile due to the shopping experience. Formula is not locked up at the other Walmarts. They should fire all the employees so they can hire people who really want to work there.

The employees at the self checkout are absolutely horrible. They huddle together and talk and play on their phones opposed to helping customers. They are rude and act as if your bothering them when you have to ask for help. If they would look up from their phones, people wouldn't have to yell out "excuse me."

Fairly busy. The Sam's Club next door is closed today so the traffic is pretty good here at Wal-Mart. Parking better than it was last week for Christmas.

Last time I was there security was following me around the entire time so after about 10 minutes I stopped and told him that if he insists on following me around that I would appreciate it if he would push the cart around for me. I'm sure he was unamused since he turned and walked away from me immediately .

Went in because I wanted fresh lunch meat, after standing there for about 20 minutes a lady says everyone but myself called in and we're closed which would have been fine except the two that were behind there could have said something long before they looked at me several times but anyways ended up going to Kroger to get what I needed and was treated like they cared about my business thanks Kroger

My experience there today was terrible. I went to the automotive department to get my tire replaced. Not only did I have to wait for 2hrs, but I got home and there was a huge screw in the center of my tire. Like why would you do something like that???? Secondly, the “manager” kept trying to flirt with me which made me uncomfortable. Im never going back to them again.

There is never enough lanes open to check out but yet there are plenty walmart employees standing around doing nothing. And if asked where something is or to help with getting an item, forget about it. It's not happening!!

There is no reason that they don't have more lanes open in this store it was a terrible experience. I had walked to Walmart for exercise after I got done shopping I found out that all the bathrooms were down for plumbing 😭. There was a spill that I noticed and nothing was done about it spaghetti sauce. Only a few you scan machines were working. They can do better

This store needs to be shut down. Horrible customer care the night manager on 11/17/23 wouldn’t do her job nor get the proper help for me. Waited 40 mins for pregnancy test cause they was locked up. Manager said she didn’t have key and wouldn’t help at ALL.

Decided to have a birthday cake made here. We asked for it to be pink on top and gold on bottom. Unfortunately, our vision of gold was different from the store. Overall, the taste was okay. We weren’t expecting a mustard yellow on bottom but , we had to make it work.

Always packed, but 1 of two first convenience banks in little rock/ North. Bank however staff is friendly and get you in and out pretty quick

Surprisingly fast for December 20th. The typical Holiday shoppers were there. However, the lines moved quickly.
