I needed large crates to keep my huskies from escaping and they were the only store with some in stock. The store has a jerky cart, birthday card rack, dog food… I really want a riding lawnmower so I love to check out the selection of them out front. The poor plants didn’t fair well in this extreme heatwave. Wish they could have been brought in or something because they look pitiful. The cashier was nice and helped me get a gift card and this place has only the card, the card isn’t even in a holder of any sort… she was surprised they come like that too lol. They have some other odds and ends such as miniature model animals. I could spend a ton of money in this store if given the opportunity 😅

I am a 5 foot two female that is not bulked up LOL. So it's extremely hard for me to carry these propane tanks when they're full. I am off on my own today refilling propane tanks. Last time I did this I went to Walmart and spent a fortune and my tanks were not full. A lady in the aisle when I was paying for my propane at Walmart told me to go to tractor supply Co. they are much more inexpensive and they give you full tanks. So I did just that and I was extremely satisfied I will only fill my propane tanks at tractor supply Co. they not only left me satisfied they always have friendly staff workers there to help.

We used the doggy wash station and 😱 ..... it is FANTASTIC! $10 gets a wash (shampoo provided) and dry, aprons, brushes and nail clippers available as well.

I can’t believe how rude and cocky the person at the register was to me, he embarrassed me in front of other customers because I was returning an item and I had my receipt. He was very unprofessional. He refused to give me my cash back even tho I had a cash receipt and told me I could only get a store credit. The mans name was Austin and he has no business in the customer service business. Read your own return policy sir. So much for hassle free returns.

Tractor Supply is a great place to shop and the employees there are friendly, helpful and always polite.The store is always clean and shelves are stocked with all the best items. We love shopping here. Some things are a little pricey but they have the best dog wash up here. For $10+tax, you can use their water, brushes, shampoo, and towels. It's a price that can't be beat considering I don't have to clean up my own bathroom to wash my dog. Highly recommend the dog wash and highly recommend shopping here.

Spoke with Mitchell and Kindle on the phone about my new puppy. They answered all my questions very nicely. They answered questions that they didn't even have to. Now i feel ready to raise a puppy on my own. They were very informative and patient. Thank you.

Horrible customer service, for us at least. Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Waited over an hour after receiving the text that our pickup order was ready. When we arrived we were the only ones in the designated pickup parking spots. I called and was told they would have our order out soon. After 10 minutes two other cars pulled into the pickup area. We received 2 of the three items we ordered and were told our chicken coop would be out soon. After 35 minutes of waiting the lady parked next to us got her chicken coop out (the same exact one as ours). She was in a car and the employee helped her open and completely unload the multiple pieces loading them like a Tetris game into her small car. My husband approached another employee and was told that the same employee was supposed to bring both coops out. After a solid hour drive to get to the store, a forty-five minute wait with a screaming two year old in the backseat and lots of frustration we FINALLY got our chicken coop loaded and were the last to leave the pickup area. The “curbside pickup” option is a joke if you expect to be served in order of arrival or in order of what makes sense considering it took two minutes to load our order and 15 to load the other customer who arrived well after we had already been waiting.

Very clean with helpful employees, but often low in stock.I supplement my horse’s normal grain with a quart of Triple Crown Senior. When I buy grain, I now usually buy two bags so I have extra in case they are out of stock.

$200 spent at Tractor Supply in LR only to open a dog crate containing dozens of roaches, which scattered immediately through my house. Michelle, their extremely facetious & even more careless manager, literally told me she didn’t see it happen then refused to be of any help. I went around with her arguing that I had just spent so much money, only to have a disgusting infestation on my hands now. She then reluctantly offered a 15% “discount” (the cost of tax basically) on pest killers & refused to even tell me the cost of the supplies she was saying I’d have to come back to the store to purchase. Long story short, this was definitely my first & last trip to Tractor Supply. Enjoy your talks with the district & regional offices Michelle, at least corporate cares 🙃

Everything is over priced. They say they have the lowest prices but that's not true. I buy a lot of corn and feed for my animals. There corn is $15.89 for 50lbs. I can buy 50lb bag of corn at Walmart for $12.40. Tractor supply tried to say that there corn is cleaner. Well it isn't actually it has more or same amount of dust. I hate going to Walmart but if it saves me $40 every trip I'll do it everytime. I have pictures of a bag of scratch grain and half the bag was dust

I just went here for the first time and I have already been back within a week after I found some great prices on things I have been paying more. I can get better quality dog food for about 25% less than I was paying at Walmart. I originally went due to switching to an alternative to typical cat litter that saved me 60% in purchases alone plus it is natural AND it is said to last much longer due to the difference in how it breaks down. I am so excited to save money on my pet costs. I have rescued animals for 26 years and I don't let money be the reason why they don't get a chance at a better life. But I don't have a lot of money to be frivolous and I am so happy to have found Tractor Supply and I am looking forward to having better choices for high quality, natural products that are actually more affordable than the toxic, mediocre products offered elsewhere.

I really like this location. They always have what I need in stock vs the other location. Also feels like they have more welcoming employees too. Just watch out for the slow opening doors, I almost ran into it once.

Usually this place is fully stocked with 4 health dog food, but not this week. Although this site if always better stocked then the Bryant or West Little Rock location. They NEVER have anything in stock including PROPANE. What is the point of offering something if you never have it in stock.

Tried to take a pair of boots back to exchange for a different size to the NLR store and they didn’t have the size that I needed so the sales associate searched for at least 20 minutes going through all the stores in central Arkansas looking for the right size and found it at the Colonel Glenn location and sent me there to exchange for the correct size. When I arrived at the colonel Glenn location customer service was beyond poor. The sales associate asked while I was walking through the door if I had a receipt which I didn’t because I received the boots for Christmas which I explained and he called the manager BJ to the front and when he was half way to the front he said if you don’t have a receipt we can’t help you. This was ridiculous seeing I was just wanting to exchange for the correct size and I was sent to this location from another store that went above and beyond to help me out! I would not reccoment this location to anyone and they should think about sending some employees to the Sherwood location to get trained in customer service!

Been going to TSC for a while now, but this was my first experience with their Buy on Line, Pick Up in Store) program. I went to the service desk, copy of my e-receipt in hand. Staff member saw me coming, took a quick look at the paperwork and started the process for me getting my propane tank. Couple of minutes and that was done. He started to hand me the tank, (gas grill size) and then asked if I wanted it filled. I said yes and that I had another as well for filling. He then carried the new tank out to the refill area and met me there to fill the tanks, an then carried one of the full tanks to my vehicle for me! Without me asking! I'm big boy & could have carried both at once, but did appreciate in his customer service.

All I needed was a 36" tractor jack and an engine hoist, so I can't vouch for anything else, but they had exactly what I needed, reasonably priced, and best of all, not made by Torin. I'm very satisfied with my visit.
