This review is a long time coming. I ordered a Valentine’s arrangement (pictured below) in advance from this florist for the first time. The service I received made the process easy as the staff member was very knowledgeable and caring. She made me feel welcomed and directed me to potential flower arrangement options that they could prepare. Even in picking the arrangement up was made simple by their efficient team members. They are just an all-around great florist I encourage anyone local to consider when ordering flowers.Thank you for creating a beautiful piece! It made our day one to remember.

I always use Tipton & Hurst for floral deliveries in Central AR. They never disappoint. They have the best customer service and the delivery team is great. If you haven't tried them you should. I live in NWA. They always provide a beautiful bouquet to my sister. 😊

After receiving flowers that were not quite to my taste, I was able to return the flowers and have a new bouquet made promptly by their team. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to listen to the arrangement I had in mind. The arrangement I took home exceeded my expectation and I truly love its beauty. Not every arrangement will be seen eye to eye by flora artist and customer, but the T&H team works hard to meet the customer’s standards.

Tipton & Hurst went above and beyond my wildest dreams for our wedding day. I met with Chris and Christina last spring and shared my colors and inspiration… and they ran with it. Chris sketched out ideas, selected the flowers and brought my vision to life (even within my budget!!). Day of was more beautiful than my Pinterest board. We received compliment after compliment on the floral design of the entire ceremony and reception. The ranunculus were absolutely the most perfect I had ever seen. Christina went above and beyond for me the entire wedding planning process from choosing the flowers, sending previews as they were being designed the day before, set up, clean up, and even keeping my bridal registry up and getting all of my gifts over to me. Tipton & Hurst absolutely made my wedding planning experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your wedding day!! Thank you so much for making everything so magical.

Tipton & Hurst's did my wedding in November in LR and the flowers looked gorgeous! Also one of my favorite vendors to work with as Christina was super nice & worked with me to ensure we were meeting my vision (and how to do that within budget)! She was also helpful with some other wedding questions that came up - like room layout or tablecloth colors - that really helped me feel like the whole reception setup was going to look good and flow well together. Would recommend Tipton & Hurst to anyone looking for a wedding florist!

Would give this zero if I could. Got a corsage and boutonniere from here weeks prior and on the day they said it wasn’t ready and that they set it to the incorrect date. It was my prom night. Absolutely ridiculous. They overcharge and call themselves fancy for this unprofessional service and quality. Had to go back to pick them up and they didn’t even reimburse me. Once I got the flowers it wasn’t even the ones I asked for. Go somewhere else.

Tipton & Hurst serviced as the florist for my wedding on 11/11/2023 at C&C by the Lake. I wish I had the professional photographer's photos already because the venue was decorated to perfection. I asked for romantic and elegant and they executed that design to perfection. It was absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous! The venue smelled amazing. Their invoice was very clear and I knew how much I was spending on what very clearly. I also knew what I was purchasing very clearly. Also, their prices were very reasonable and 100% worth it. Working with them was a pleasure and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

UPDATE: I wrote this review in the middle of the night and recieved a call from the Heights store, with an apology and a “how can we make this right” at 830 the next morning! Thank you Tipton and Hurst for your kindness. A new plant I had picked out was sitting at my door by 10:30 and the president Mr. Hurst called me personally in the afternoon to apologize! People make mistakes, thank you for making things right! I would definitely recommend Tipton and Hurst!I received my first delivery from Tipton Hurst for my 38th birthday and was so excited, for this was my first time to recieve delivered flowers! I was impressed with beautiful potted tulips! I kept them well watered and in sunlight, by the second day the tulip heads were touching the counter, wilted...I rushed them to the Heights store hoping they would say “oh no,let me replace these with another pot of bulbs,” but two ladies tag teamed me proceeding to gush “how beautiful the tulips were” and it was “normal” for them to fall to the counter (on the second day). The lady said she would “stake” the tulips upright and the pot came back with a ribbon around all the stems holding the flowers upright. I left bummed and saddened knowing the flowers would fall again the next day and at my first delivery experience. I would recommend a local florist, that is not stuck up, and truly concerned about making the customer feel happy and special about their gifted floral experience. For some people, receiving a gift of flowers is a luxury and as for me, my first time in 38 years. Our experience matters as much as your routine customers.

My mom once told me, "It's not how you start, it's how you finish." It took awhile for me to completely understand what that meant, but as I grew up, became wiser, those words made me that man I am today.That being said, I wrote a review, addressing my first visit at the store called Tipton & Hurst - The Heights, located in Little Rock, AR. It wasn't pleasant, by all means. It was so bad that I wrote a very detailed review, explaining my visit at the store and how my girlfriend and I were profiled. It was so bad that I made a promised to never shop there again, nor would I tell anyone about the place. Well, that review was read by the President and Owner of Tipton & Hurst, Howard C Hurst. After thanking me for providing a well written review of my visit, Howard showed true empathy. Immediately, Howard wanted to call his direct line. Note, I didn't expect to have my message read by the owner of Tipton-Hurst. All I wanted was to share some light on poor training and accountability. After thinking about it, I called Howard. I explained to Howard that my girlfriend and I wanted to be treated like everyone else and Howard couldn't agree more. Howard told me feedbacks, no matter good or bad will provide data to the company to review and dissect and make the proper changes for future growth and most importantly, doing the right thing for the customers. During our time talking on the phone, I completely changed my view of the company in its entirely. Without saying it, Howard C Hurst is a remarkable man and leader. Howard didn't have to ask me to call me. Howard didn't have to provide me with his direct phone number, so he could apologize on the behalf of his employees. Howard didn't have to allow me to rant about my past and current concerns on shopping at stores that make me feel unwanted. But, Howard did. And he did because Howard cares. Howard cares about approving customer and associate service at all of his establishments. With over 15 years in the retail space, I have only met a few that is passion like Howard, and I don't know if I will meet another one like him. Also, thank you Howard C Hurst for the flowers. she loves them. :)

Tipton & Hurst was great to work with for our elopement. My wife wanted a bouquet for the day and they were extremely flexible and easy to work with as we had to change our date. There was a small issue on the day of the wedding-the order had never been printed so the bouquet was made later than expected that included flowers that my wife specified not to include, but they were able to create the perfect bouquet for our perfect day. I would recommend working with Tipton & Hurst, very affordable for a wedding day bouquet.

February 13, 2018 update:I was contacted by a manager on behalf of the owner to express how my experience was not indicative of how they would like their customers to be treated. I really appreciate that they took the time to contact me and see what could be done so that future customers will have a pleasant buying experience. They have always had a beautiful assortment of cut flowers and potted plants. I will give them another chance..........I used this location for flowers for a number of funerals. They have an abundance of fresh and potted flowers. I just don't like how I was treated in the store. I stopped in because I noticed that they had a sale on some of their holiday items and the manager seemed perturbed that I was buying the items that they had for sale. Mind you I made three separate purchases...but I waited in line, I was excited that I found an item for a gift for my mother and the lady didn't want to give me a gift bag & was stingy with the ribbon. I paid cash and I just don't like that I felt worse leaving the store, than when I walked in.

Tipton and Hurst is the best flower shop hands down. I've used them for a retirement ceremony arrangement and this week, for a funeral arrangement. The staff was so helpful on both occasions. I highly recommend for quality and consistency in their products!!

My family ordered flowers for the memorial service of my 25-year-old sibling. Because this service was for someone so beloved and so young, it was hard for us to choose what we might need. We needed explanations and ideas, and the employee servicing us had to be asked many times to explain the terminology she was using. She seemed a little annoyed with us, honestly.This was not our main issue, however. These flowers were ordered two weeks in advance, paid in full, and were expected at noon. The service was at 2 pm, and we communicated with this location the morning of to confirm the 12 pm delivery. The flowers were delivered during the service. A guest at the service had to call to demand a refund for my mourning family. The company has both provided us with a refund and apologized profusely, and we appreciate that.Lastly, the flowers are absolutely beautiful.

So. I live over 2 hours away from Little Rock but my fiancé is a district manager of store chain and she had to travel to Little Rock to help out another store. Well I wanted to surprise her with some flowers. (Which I do regularly, she loves flowers). But I don’t know ANYTHING about Little Rock. All I knew is what street the store was close to. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely patient and helpful in trying to locate an address for me to have them delivered!! We finally located the store and she asked what kind of flowers I wanted. Well her favorite flowers are Gerbera Daisies and sunflowers. So that’s what I told her. Then she informed me it would be delivered after noon sometime. These folks had the most beautiful arraignment of flowers I’ve ever had delivered and had them delivered way before the expected time!!! My fiancé was really surprised and she absolutely loved the arraignment they made.IF I EVER NEED FLOWERS FROM LITTLE ROCK AGAIN I WILL BE DEFINITELY GIVING THIS PLACE A CALL!!!! Fantastic work!

Ordered (over the phone as I’m several hours away)gerbera daisies for delivery and asked the lady for something bright & colorful. The arrangement is small white daisies - just not at all what I asked for. While I was shopping on a budget I would have preferred colorful flowers in a smaller quantity than what was delivered.
