Clean, mostly helpful staff, have to wait a while sometimes to get help loading. And when you do get help, sometimes the kid isn't very professional and will vape while loading outside and act as if you are not there. But good selection of products, lol

This is my go to for DIY. They did not have what the online said that they had in stock. I made a trip for nothing. I actually drove to a further location, since my regular location did not have any in stock. Very disappointed. Mr. Virgil was very helpful and went beyond by calling another location that showed that they had 4 in stock. After waiting, that store verified they did not have what was stated in stock. That location was even farther.

Went to Lowe's because their website said they had what I needed. Got there and they haven't had the item in stock for over a month. I went to Home Depot and not only was the item I needed in stock, it was on sale and cheaper than Lowe's even at regular price. What can I say? Home Depot beats out Lowe's at every turn. It's Home Depot for me from now on. Lowe's will never get any of my business again and I own a Handyman Business and purchase materials daily for the many clients I have.

Well, this is a first for me because I don’t shop anywhere but home depot!Went to grab some plumbing supplies as a contractor. I’m usually at one of the locations a couple of times a day.But I rarely visit this one.Today, after checking out with a lady that obviously didn’t want to be at work. I noticed a sign that said if she didn’t mention how to save me money, I get a free Coke when I brought this up, she continued to stare at her phone and say obviously people can’t read.This made me reread the little sign, and when I read it aloud to her and asked where I should get my Coke because she didn’t mention anything to me. She said you don’t get one and that I need to learn to read that’s when I asked for her manager. .Highly recommend watching the video cameras . Happen today around one.also, she continued to bring up my managers name like she was going to report me for asking for my free Coke…As a professional contractor that treats everyone with respect as long as they give respect, I will no longer be shopping at that establishment until yall start hiring adults that give their customers respect, and don’t play childish games. Please do better Home Depot.

They always do they thing properly and have a good knowledge of how things should be stored in a systematic manner.Planned storage can extend the life and usefulness of equipment and greatlyreduce the work load on the custodian. Many needless trips to storeroomslooking for an item can use up more time than doing the job.Store rooms should have adequate shelves for small tools and materials.Tool racks and tool panels should be provided for tools and accessories. Allmaterials should be properly labeled for identification. A cabinet with alock should be provided for harmful materials, such as acids and inflammables.There should be a place for everything, and every thing should be in its place thanks home depots

Love the store, but you might as well work their yourself. Need people who know what they are doing and what different items are used for. All in all, though, if you know what you are doing, then this home depot is easy to navigate. Just can't stand the people who park in the loading dock and block other people while shopping for 1 item.

Do not call ahead and ask if they have a product. We have been replacing flooring in our house. Our local store was out but this store showed online that they had the product. We called ahead and the associate stated that he had put his hand on it and it was there. My husband drove 45mins and there was no flooring. The associate basically lied to him. The manager said we could get it shipped to our home but unsure of how long it would take. Just don't bother. We are done with home depot. Not our first bad experience but the last one!

Shame you have to even leave 1 star to comment. Customer srvc is absolute dookie these days. Went to get paint yesterday at 5:30 & the employee was leaned over counter on her phone doing nothing. When we requested 3 paint matches we were told the paint match machine was down. Literally said " sorry about that, have a good night" with no alternative? I mean, you cant reboot the computer? Get our number & call later when fixed? ANYTHING? it just is what it is ? When you spend $1,500 in paint on one visit and over $100,00 a year in this store this whole vibe is UNACCEPTABLE. i wanted to call the manager & say i guess since the machine is down the employee should go home. I need her job for sure. Get paid to lean & play on my phone!! Thats what you get when half the employees are in their teens. Im now at Lowes giving them the $1,500. If at all possible i will not shop in this store anymore. I could continue with multitude of complaints but who really cares anymore. Does the manager care they are about to loose this revenue? Prob not. This is the new world we live in. The generation of workers now DONT CARE . Just a shame really. The front laoding area has turned into a joke for those of us that REALLY need to be parking there all the way down to the lady selling food in parking lot unregulated by health department. The whole store & parking lot/way of business is a joke. Out of control.

Giving one star because I can't give zero. I will NEVER shop at a Home Depot again. I will first say that the staff are friendly and courteous and genuinely seem to want to help. The problem is that they are fighting a losing battle in terms of customer service and it isn't just one store. There are three stores in my area and they are all awful. This is not a one-time incident either. If you can find somebody who works there, you may stand around for 45 minutes just to have a question answered because they are so pathetically understaffed that they can either run the store or serve the customers, but not both. The only staff available for assistance are the cashiers and they don't seem to have much, if any knowledge of the store or the products in it. I waited up front in a line of five people (for 45 minutes) who all had questions and when it was finally my turn, they directed me to a product that wasn't what I really needed and was out of stock in the size I needed. Again, not the fault of the employees. This is an upper management problem. If you refuse to staff your stores appropriately this abysmal customer service will continue until either people give up on you and you have to change to stay in business or your turnover gets so high that you can't keep employees more than a week anyway. For the record, I went to my neighborhood hardware store after and found what I needed, had all of my questions answered, and was out of there in 5 minutes and I got my item at about one-fifth the price. Hire enough staff to do that and I might consider coming back someday, maybe.

I have had a crew of 4 guys here waiting for my delivery to carry in 350 pieces of sheetrock and I've just been told there delivery guys are done for the day and now they can't deliver until 5 days later because all the slots are filled up. What??? Your not doing to bump me to the front on Monday morning considering this is your fault . Now we have to bring our own trailer and pick it up. It's going to take 4 to 5 trips. I will never again buy anything from home depot again.

I am a Pro, and a business owner and I give more $$ to HD than any other retailer in the World lol!!! They always have what I'm looking for in stock and no matter which HD I am at the employee's are always helpful and cheerful!! Night and day compared to Lowes!!!

This is by far the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. Nothing is organized, nothing in stock, store employees can't get off their phones long enough to help customers (too occupied showing tik tok videos to their coworkers). The only thing this store has going for them is that you can rent equipment here. If you need anything, I highly recommend going elsewhere

I was taken back a bit by learning that the appliances had to be ordered from the warehouse and shipped to my house. It could take 2 weeks or more. Or I could buy the already displayed models on sale. I would also have to take it home vice getting it delivered. This put me in a bind. Due to the short time frame and not having a truck I had to walk out empty handed. I will definitely shop there again. I just have the knowledge to expect a wait on appliances. Friendly and knowledgeable work staff who were eagerly happy to assist.

Not a very good experience yesterday. I was there 2 hours trying to get a tub. S2 and the 3peace surround S3. I ask the service desk twice and her response was. We have assigned areas. And there's none working that area. I ask. Is there a supervisor in the building. I was told. Yes. Somewhere. I finally got someone named Austin. The young man worked with me and got me taken care of. I needed a exhausted fan for the bathroom. There was none in the bay location but it was some up top. Again. I couldn't fine note one soul that would help me. So what did I do. Pulled a ladder from another isle and by the time I got it in place. Who showed up. AUSTIN. I could just say. Praise God. Because I shouldn't have had to do that. Your store have too many employees standing around talking on their cell phones and hiding. You have all those cameras in the ceiling and have poor customer service. Thank you for you time.

in November of last year they promised to help us with our home. They helped us pick everything out. We filled out all the necessary paperwork. They kept giving us the runaround. We did everything they asked us to do. Finally in June of this year they told us they weren't going to help us after telling us we had been approved. They were supposed to be getting together with habitat for humanity.
