I love everything about container store except for one bad experience in March 2023. Even with that bad experience, I still shop here just not in store anymore. Other than that, great stuff. Love elfa solutions main coloring combo are white with a natural brown color. Love love that container store carries Steele canvas laundry.

First time ever in this store and was beyond pleased! It was very clean and organized and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I'm surprised to see so many reviews calling it pricey. I thought the prices were fantastic! We went in just to look around and ended up spending $100 on a few things. Really happy we stopped in.

Very nice stuff to choose from but the prices are way overpriced. You can find a lot of the same products elsewhere for much cheaper. I don't recommend this place unless you have money to blow.

I had an extremely sweet and very knowledgeable lady named Sam Mays. I highly recommend her. If you can't wait until she's not busy go somewhere else. She's the best. Definitely recommend her. She worked up several closet variations and prices. Worked all morning with me through several changes. Love my Elfa and Miss Sam.

Honestly, this store used to scare me; I’ve never been organized! But, I’m turning a room into my crafting spot and had seen some of their containers highly rated for my needs. I was their first customer at 10 in the morning and was walking out one happy customer 30 minutes later. If you are like me, and need to see what a container is holding, this is a MUST visit store. I took 12 x 12 books of paper with me to make sure they’d fit. Their scissors are stainless steel and are sharp! I love my rolling cart - be sure to buy some containers that fit the cart - they even sell pegboards for the sides of the cart. I’ll be going back for sure. I wish NWAR had this store!

We had The Container Store install a custom closet in our Master Closet and were 100% pleased. I did an inquiry on the website and was almost immediately contacted by a designer. I was able to meet with Adam in store the same day and he worked out a great design. I went back the next day to request a couple of changes and he was very accommodating. Ordering the product was easy and it was ready for pick-up quickly. I was promptly contacted by the installer, Tim who was able to install the closet a day earlier than planned. He even picked up the product for us. Installation was perfect. He was very courteous and professional and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the layout before he left. I also received follow-up from The Container Store the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. I paid much less for the closet than I expected and could not be happier. Now, we just have to decide which closet to do next.

Had the worst experience I have ever had with a salesperson in this store. He verbally attacked me and brought me to tears. I did nothing to provoke him and was simply trying to exchange an item. He scared me!

We had the container store do a custom closet for us. It is beautiful. It was for my husband and he's annoyingly obsessed with his new closet. haha. The Container store was the right choice. It looks great!

I was very disappointed yesterday at the Little Rock location of The Container Store. Not one employee asked if they could help me. It was like I was invisible. I stayed in the store almost an hour looking at shelves and bins. I finally found some large mesh bins in the back by the clearance items. I had to make two trips with six bins up to the checkout counter. After paying for the six bins, no one asked if they could help me to my car. I had to juggle them in my cart to my truck. I will never go back to this store.

I LOVE this all Container Stores, but I love this one especially! The store is always clean & well stocked & when I have been there lost & searching, I wasn't doing so long. One of their friendly associates typically not only points in a general direction (as some stores do), but they will take you right to it, and then ask IF THEY CAN HELP YOU FIND ANYTHING ELSE!! Unquestionably, their customer service is #1!!

They got pretty stuff mostly same as Amazon Walmart Lowe's or home depot. Their prices are crazy high. Not sure how they're still open. It's not like elfa is unique. IKEA forever eventhough it's far.

5 stars for Jeffrey from online order service in Colorado! After multiple calls on a late order and absolutely no help from other personnel, Jeffrey was able to track down my shipment and I had it in 5 days. I will only buy from the store from now on but Jeffrey saved the container store a customer from a family who has spent thousands in this store.

Really wish they had a 2nd location (NLR would be nice) but they don't. No one working there offered to help me or even approach me for help and I was searching diligently. Really disappointed when I went today Jan 17, 2020, (first time in a while) because I needed a lidded bucket type container with handles like the one I got there before. Unfortunately they didn't have them anymore and nothing even closely like it. The store looked far more "emptier" than I ever saw it. Was always able to get ANY kind of container there, but not so anymore. 😥 At least I saw "Made in Japan" on a lot of items (plastic) instead of "Made in China ". I remember long time ago you couldn't find anything made anywhere else but Japan. I don't think the Japanese are trying to kill us/pets/children like China has been,a still is, trying to do.

Kudos to the helpful staff who recently took the effort to find what I needed when it wasn't available on the sales floor. I always find things I like when I come here. Obviously good for containers, but every year I also get good stocking stuffers for Christmas. Much more than containers available here.

The staff here helped me find the organizing supplies I needed, and I even found myself an office chair. There's so much more I could spend money on to help tidy up my house, but I would go broke. Slightly expensive.

Had to look over the entire store to some what of what I wanted, but eventually found a system that would work where I needed it to go. It wasn't until after we found something that we had to search for someone to ask for help finding another product. The worker just kind of went about their business in stead of asking if you needed help.
