Be warned! Never come here for service!The same tech who did my oil change also done my D.O.T. inspection and change 2 wheel seals. Took a hour for a oil change, then took 7 hours to so 2 wheel seals on both drives on the driver side. Literally wasted the whole day away for how slow he was working. Then he damage my flange gasket and reverse brake light. Got that all taken care of and disputed some of those shop hour time. Drove less than 70 miles to get my tires retorqued again and axle oil everywhere! The tech who was about to torqued my wheels again said it look like he didn't put no gaskets back on when he did the wheel end jobs. They had me pulled in the bay and when they broke the covers off, no gaskets on both. Lost almost all the oil out both axles from that...to think that from how long it took him. He was working like he was performing open heart surgery! Over 8 hours and still didn't get the job done correctly. I don't know if he was new or not, but wasting a customer time and almost damaging there driveline would've been a server bill for speedco. I will never use this location ever again.

Been here 4 hours. They just pulled me in. Jacked up the wrong axel and walked away. Employees sitting around on their phones. NOBODY WORKING. Truck drivers asleep in the lobby and outside bench waiting. Not gonna see my family tonight!

After road blocks, poor drivers have to face another challenge, lazy Love's employees work in this location. 2 hours waiting time, 2 hours basic oil change. And driver have to pray for correct service. Good luck to all decide stop here. Also upper level management must start reading reviews, if they can read.

Came in on 1/19/23. 1st time here in some years?also 1st time having a PM done on this particular truck that I just purchased. Anyway, a new tech to Speedco was on my truck and I was a little leary. Without hesitation,Byron a manager who has been on the floor, immediately took over and completed my PM resolving some of my concerns.He also gave great information on the oil options and gave me insight on my rear end boxes..Byron and C.Thompson were AWESOME!♥️💯

What a joke. Had a driver there for over 4 hours for a Annual Inspection. Couldn't see the brakes so they failed it, tried to sell us the wrong shocks to fix a leaky one which they were going to fail us on for our tire they were going to fail us on too. Then couldn't see the steer brakes and failed us on that.....then all the sudden "oh no everything passed you are good to go"

I’ve sat for 4 hours waiting on a tire patch. I even took all my lug nut covers off to expedite the repair. When I walked inside to check when they might get to me, all the “mechanics” were sitting in the office. They had the audacity to tell me once they get a mechanic free they will call me. Looking at the six empty bays I asked when this might happen since there wasn’t anyone else there for a repair. Customer service at Speedco has dropped to an all time low! Never again will I be stopping at a Speedco/Loves shop.

Previous reviews must be right. I came in for PM 10w30 semi synthetic delvac. After 1 hour they called me to check oil level before and after start. They needed to add more quarts oil after start and I noticed technician took 15/40 conventional Delvac oil hose. I stopped him and he checked my work order where I ordered 10/30. He said it’s okay just keep it, I refused. He literally drained fresh not correct oil and filled with correct one in 20 minutes.Customer next to me complained for one extra gallon added oil so they drained to reach max level.

Do not under any circumstances service your truck at this location. The customer service is awful and it took 3 hours for a service after I was in the bay. On top of that they left my oil filter lose and I lost 4 gallons of oil.

Fast service and nice people. They do not have prices hanging in window like before to see. You have ask everything. I don’t like not seeing prices posted for services.

Had a nail in a tire they said it would be about 1 hour before they could get to me. Three and a half hours later they finally come up and said that they could get to me after shift change. I just hooked back to my trailer and left I went down the road to the next Love's and had it changed in a matter of minutes.

There slow. They left my hood unhooked. They only try to up sale.Bathroom nasty & have no tissue. Coffe maker has never been cleaned. Etc etc

Yesterday, 08/21/19, I did oil change, * Mobile Delvac 1 Full Synthetic. They filled up 2 times a wrong and different oil, I told them this is not the right order. after 4 hours off driving I got breakdown in fuel pilot fuel pump with the help of other drivers I found that 90%.of oil was lost and IOL FILTER was not sealed properly. See the pictures. They are professional but lazy and Rude.

at night from 26 to 27 October My pickup trailer's tire blew out on the road in the middle of the night. I didn't know who to turn to. and on Google I found this place because it was open 24 hours a day! Somehow when I arrived here, they refused to help me because they supposedly didn’t have a set of tools! I wanted to repay them twice for their help, but alas, they left me on the road! The foreman on duty that night was very busy playing on the phone. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place

It started better than Petro( that had 12 hours wait), but than, on my last tire they put a rockie on it. Horrible, I don't even know how Speedco makes money with him. The 5 star is for Luke ( I think he's a manager). Luke provided a good customer service.

I went in for 2 steer tires at 5 this morning. NO ONE in line. Asked for Bridgestone waited 3 hrs 17 mins just get bk to my truck with Michelin on it...PISSED bc it's not what I asked for and he didn't say anything to me about changing to what he wanted to put on them

Pulled into a bay to get a tire changed and when somebody finally showed up at 1am they said they could not fix my tire because I pulled into the bay.

Really, after reading through some of these reviews.. and coupling with my own experience, I'd advise anyone to just go across the street to TA Truck Care.I use Loves brand whenever possible but this is the bottom of the barrel on customer service and attitude. These guys do not want to be there13 July around 9.15am was when I encountered Byron and his attitude. I left and went across the street....and got service without an attitude

I can’t speak to the day shift but if the folks on the night shift moved any slower they would need to be checked for a pulse! 5 bays total,1 dump truck & 4 empty bays, 6 people working. It took 3 hours to get a spare tire popped on an outside trailer rim. Literally no one else was there for a tire repair. I had called ahead 15 minutes before arriving & they said they had no wait. Naturally it ran me out of hours. I would have to be desperate to come back to this location. Simply comes down to poor management & supervision.

I’ve never had such terrible service before at a speedco I arrived at 8.30am got into the bay within 10 mins I thought hey great my jobs gonna get done within the hour I sat there till 12pm still no one went to into my truck to check out the problem… mind you I came in for a air leak from my truck brakes which usually doesn’t take long I saw so many of the mechanics just walking around not doing anything I eventually just took my truck across the street to the TA and was in and out within the hour horrible service if you wanna waste you’re time go here

Needed an oil change. They got me in quickly and got started. Only took about an hour. Mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. Had me watch while they torqued all the drain plugs. The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. Overall i would get services here again.
