Absolutely love Ross. This location is great, and they allow customers to use the dressing rooms. The ones in Memphis do not. I always find something here. Got my nephew some great sandals and got my mom some great body wash.

Good variety, but like 30% of stuff is ripped or broken. Can't stand that the carts don't go outside. I get the theft issue, but this is not disability friendly

Great place to shop for trendy clothing, home decor, and pet supplies. Clean, well stocked, nice employees, and easy returns. Bought a small bench for the bottom of my bed. Opens up for storage, and nice tweed fabric. $150.00 Save lots of money here!! Also a discount for Seniors! Woo hoo!

On the hunt for home decor…farmhouse rustic is pretty popular right now along with white collage picture frames. These are my wife’s finds. Great disappointment though with white collage frame missing plexiglass on one section of frame. Will return. So terribly hard to find and SMH overlooked that defect. No wonder it was the only one left!!!

My absolute favorite store of all time and it beats the Little Rock location for sure. I find everything I want here! I can tell most of the time, the store is understaffed and so you may have to wait in a line during the busy part of the day, but to me it is always worth waiting. If I'm not mistaken, they mostly have new stuff on Tuesdays and Fridays? I imagine the employees here work long hours since they stay open later then most stores in the village. I've never had a bad experience with any of the workers here, but even if I did, I would still be back.

One cashier last night, eight people in line behind me! Two other workers standing behind the counters doing things on registers or retagging clothes. Do you guys not know how this looks to customers that have been waiting for 8 minutes in line?? Do better! Next time I'm rolling my $300 cart to the left, and exiting the building. All the workers sitting around playing can add that cart to their play list.

If TJ Maxx was a convenient store. It's just messy and a lower shopping experience, but great finds. Some fast fashion mixed in with labels who sell to discount stores.

They always have what I'm look at online right in store and it's always at a better price. I love that this location keeps it organized. Great customer service. And they also offer 10% off on Tuesdays. Always a great experience at this location.

I am a loyal customer I shop here every weekend. The manager and her coworkers were being super rude. When I first came In they didn’t greet me and when I tried to grab a cart she aggressively told me those don’t work you can’t touch those. So i kept shopping and then My daughter asked to use the restroom and she sighed really loud and said OMG ! We are about to close little girl . So I had to tell her that she was only a little girl and had to use it really bad . But she took 15 minutes to open the door . I just feel like they are being super racist with Hispanics because they dont ever treat African Americans that way.

Selections were limited in this visit. Found very nice shoes for my son, but not much by way of clothing, seasonal or otherwise. Store is very well kept. Very good selection of woman apparel. Decent plus size selections. Men's clothing were limited on shirts and sneakers, very good for denim pants. Very nice home accessories. Usually women shoes are good selection, not this trip. Prices are very reasonable. Will be glad when they branch to Michigan

Great prices with easy to find merchandise. The staff, including their security guard was very friendly. If I was top compare my experience today at Ross to my experience this past past weekend and then this morning at Burlington, Ross would win hands down, without a shadow of doubt. Love Ross but this store has gotten so messy. People just throw things any where. I do not understand people’s behavior today like a bunch of animals. It makes it very hard on the employees trying to pick up after entitled people who do not care about other’s!!

They closed the main fitting rooms and left 2 fitting rooms in the front open for 7 people to use. They had 12 fitting rooms in the back. When 2 people asked for the additional rooms to be opened the manager refused, citing not eneough staff. I asked her as the manager, could she make an informed decision and move her staff from the floor to the fitting room. She said no, that the store has to specifically staff for the fitting room. So we chose to shop elsewhere.
