Our first experience here was positive. There was a wait of 10 mins for showers and shower 8 was perfect! It had 2 shower heads and it was very spacious. They even set up a rinse station for drivers with 2 microwaves and 2 sinks(HUGE PLUS) It would be the best if Pilot/flying J had a small dog park like Love's has. Now THAT would be the cherry on top. Either way, we are thankful that truck stops exist for us drivers. We will definitely be back

Friendly employees all around. Pizza was delicious and Subway was just as good! Showers are nice and big with plenty of hot water.They have an extra area with sinks and 2 extra microwaves in the back. Drivers' lounge area is spacious.

Check out this newly renovated location! Best feature is the shower with two shower heads. Great for family and couple showers, and handicap accessible with a seat. The last 2 times I stopped, the construction was going on. It is now complete, and I LOVE the new look. With awesome hot food options, too. 😀I'm so glad the Pilot/Flying J stores across the country are getting a face-lift.

They are very rude and aggressive, I asked a question and he answered angrily and said that he doesn't know anything. I don't know how such people should work in such a place. The supervisor is very polite and attentive.

Night time manager " BRANDEN " is absolutely a pleasure to deal with...My last 3 times here , had reserved parking and someone was in my spot..Branden on all 3 occasions assured me that along with the exceptionally courteous security guard would get me in a spot quickly , and they did ! I have no clue how PILOT acquired a manager with a great personality , attitude ,,organizational skills and a way to shine some light !! If they lose him , they will lose a lot !

So Pilot waits to remodel showers in the summertime in Arkansas!!!! The email 📥 and fax are down. You can’t hardly get to the pumps to get fuel. Told the employees people are at the pump taking their breaks. They said they can’t go outside. The security will be there in a few, he will tell the drivers to move. The security guy is just standing around inside trying to look tough. And now they’re just like Walmart forcing you to go to the self check out!!!

good afternoon! I became your regular customer about 3 weeks ago, and now I refuel at the Pilot refueling every day for about $ 50-100! I wash in your showers, buy your hot dogs and cakes, which I really like! I want to remain your regular customer because I like everything. BUT !!! tell you in order! last time it was at this gas station that I was served by a not sober employee, I think she smoked marijuana, she was terribly slow and constantly giggling! but it can only be my guesswork, but today everything was real !! I was kicked out at 7:30 am from parking spaces, explaining this to the fact that I occupy too much space, that is 4 parking spaces! But excuse me, that last night I did not find any empty spaces where large trucks parked !! his manager, why he did not embarrass this Ford without numbers that cost all parking zones for the second day !, I was kicked out by a man in a blue shirt, apparently the senior shift, and another guy in a green vest. And so everything else in your parking lot is always dirty toilets and yesterday was a very dirty fan in the 7th shower, very dirty! I will continue to use your other gas stations, but I will try not to go any further !! Thank you !

Another pilot where the card reader didn't record my rewards card. It isn't worth going inside and waiting to get a receipt, then enter the info on the app. I never have this problem at Love's, but about half the pilot's I used to buy fuel.

Waited 30 mins for a shower when multiple employees walking by closed all the showers and didn’t say a word to me. Go to ask the cashier if the showers are Down and she says yes when people are still in them. Definitely some lazy “understaffed” people here.

Had to stop for diesel & shower. People who works here so lazy there were 3 person in front desk & it was 5 in the morning, shower needed to be clean so they said ohh it’s only 1 person who doss it & it’s not our job to clean her name was BRI There were 7 showers needed to be clean because all of them doors were open. It’s ridiculous people working here.

Decent sized Pilot with an attached Pizza Hut express and a Subway sandwich shop. There are diesel pumps for trucks and automobiles, plus showers for truck drivers. Friendly staff and a clean, safe location.Could have been a little bit cleaner both inside and outside the store.

this is my first time coming to this truck stop yeah they had signs if you drop your trailer your trailer will be towed. I've seen that at other truckstops but i never got my trailer towed? I thought that was for people who leave their trailers days at a time? So apparently you can't drop it to go to Walmart? I get back security tells me did u see the signs?The bottom line is it's bad enough you can't find enough parking then when u do u got to deal with this nonsense! I won't be back!!

Place is nasty, showers are barely cleaned. And BE WARNED: DO NOT drop your trailer for ANY amount of time here or it will be towed within 30 minutes. If you need to for whatever reason, I would check in with management first.

I love you guys. I have visited a Pilot Travel Center for over 6 years in different States from Michigan all the way to Laredo Texas and back. And have never had a bad time. 😃😎

Truckers ViewNewly remodeled but with old incompetent workers. Can’t do one easy job.Waited 15 mins for a shower after a long day. Nasty toilet, dirty floor. Thats why I have my shower flippers. Can’t trust these places with a nice clean shower room.

For a Pilot it is small. Also a little difficult to get in and out. But it is clean and the shelves are well stocked. Trucks were packed and slow going. Have plenty of time if you stop here.

They deserve a 00.00 very rude people. They will not let you park on the side to get a shower when they parking lot is full. Very bad service. is you to decide if you want to get a fuel there I know I’m not coming back there. And don’t get me wrong I do love pilot from now on I going to start going to loves more free parking nice shower

The location is really convenient for drivers heading East on Interstate 40. Their squeegees have a six foot handle which makes it easy to wash windshields on big vehicles. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the gas pumped extremely slowly. Our stop took a good bit longer than it should have.

Let me just start by stating that Ive stopped here plenty of times over the past 6 to 8 months. The experience is never short of sub par. I included a photo of just a small example of the ongoings here. The fuel island is never just a stop, get fuel, restroom, and be on your way. I have timed it several times when Ive needed to fuel up, the average wait just to get to the fuel pump has been approximately 17min.Mainly due to other drivers just parking on the fuel island and going inside and not purchasing fuel. I've informed the manager on more than one occasion and have even placed phone calls with corporate. But, it seems as though it's nothing more than a means to no end, just to make you feel like you may have accomplished something.WRONG!The service inside isnt really any better.Customer service is a joke. And I've done my best to avoid going inside. But the few times I have, I understand why the police presence is there. Rude attitudes and shady atmosphere cause a lot of bickering and potential disorderly conduct charges. And yes, I have seen first hand, fistfights on the fuel island. It's not uncommon here.
