Today's experience 4:30 Pm that's a lot lacking. Found 4 separate small tubs of old items on the clearance rack clearly marked $5 for all.Went to the checkout to be told it was $5 per item, on the bin which was not how they were clearly marked. (See attached photos)I asked the gentleman to be sure to change the price because that's not what it says in bold print on the bins.He seem to ignore my request and I heard him kind of laughing as I was walking off.Also, cars parked in handicap places that are clearly not supposed to be there. I tried calling the store but no one picked up the phone.For those people that are handicapped on a rainy day with a slick parking lot this does not make for a good situation when they're trying to come into your store.

Went in looking for some flea shampoo for my new puppy and the price that $13.99 and go to find out at the register it was on sale so yay got it for under half :)

Store was bright, cheerful, and clean. Set up differently; so it feels a little cozier, but it wasn't cramped. We went to Banfield, and they were awesome! Cheaper for a visit than other local vets too. They even called the next day just to make sure that the instructions were clear and we were getting better.

For the most part, just about everyone was nice and helpful. The store is well laid out. Whatever I couldn't find, the manager took me right to it, or the first cashier that helped me with a return was wonderful! There was one lady that was rather passive aggressive checking us out. Kind of put a damper on the whole experience that we first had.

I will not be taking my baby there again for grooming. Her ears were not cleaned & there was obviously no sanitary trim done either, which was supposed to be included in the service. She still was shedding like crazy. I had to brush her out when i got home. Her last bath at the location in Little Rock was superb. This was a waist of money.

I have been coming here for years. The staff is always helpful and super friendly. The Grooming dept is amazing. My Lily always gets excited to come here for her spa afternoon. I messed up my appt day for a grooming when using the website, and they were able to work me in and I am so thankful. It's the only place I go.

I was able to get what I wanted quickly. People were very respectful of my service dogs space. Which made it easier for her to task for me and for me to quickly get the items I needed and leave.

This store is great in both products and services; associates are always kind and helpful. If you're looking for the best grooming salon, look no further! Diana takes such good care of my Ellie. She is the friendliest and most engaging, caring groomer I've ever met. I moved to West Little Rock two years ago but prefer to still bring her here because of the love that's shown to my pup!

Called to schedule my dogs first grooming and they scheduled it for the next weekend. Or so I thought. Now I’m being told it’s on a day and time that I work and of course they said that I was the one to book it online because they don’t want to be blamed. I specifically called and made the appt over the phone. But i believe in signs and I’m sure they would’ve messed my dogs haircut up so thank God for their mess up and we will no longer shop here much less try the grooming services. Any recommendations on where else to go other than this place?

I would have loved to sign up for a rewards membership or whatever it is if your only cashier working today would have provided information. It’s was almost robotic. She asked if I had a phone number with you I said no. Then there was silence. I figured she would tell me. No problem. I ask “so what is it for what is it?” She says it’s for “deals and things along those lines.” That’s it. I just said never mind. First time ever in a petsmart crazy as that may sound.In any case you guys have some cool cat feeders!!

You're going to find just about everything you are looking for in the way of pet needs in one stop at this awesome store.One of the best things to find here are the cats and kittens rescued from NLR or other nearby shelters on-site to be adopted! Most cats and kittens are euthanized soon after they arrive at most shelters, unless they are 'no-kill' shelters. These precious happy, beautiful, sweet kitties are being given a special chance to find fur-ever homes!ALSO, Petsmart has just begun a new points system as an incentive to purchase your needs here. I am very excited to see how the new points plan is going to equate to money saved on my purchases. I did notice that the points added up quickly.Although I get the bulk of my food & litter from a mail order service, I do like to fill in with the large 40lb square buckets of the Petsmart brand of litter: Great Choice.My cats all love the Petsmart brand of wet, canned food in the small cans-- equal to the Fancy Feast wet canned food. They actually PREFER it to the Fancy Feast, Thank God!I was in just before Halloween and saw these adorable cat napping houses! Love the Black Cat Head!When I had fish and my birds, I purchased my supplies at Petsmart also. There is just no comparison between Petsmart and Petco. I am usually disappointed when I go to Petco, prices are higher than the prices at Petsmart, selection is not as good at Petco. Save yourself time and frustration by going to Petsmart only. Petsmart is always busy. Petco, you will probably be the only person shopping in there!

My haircut was okay, but my pet appeared traumatized. She was clingy when I picked her up from Petsmart then she started distancing herself, wouldn’t allow anyone to touch her. She has been scooting her bottom a lot. She won’t say a word no barking or nothing. I am really scared of what could’ve happened

Recently took my dog in for a bath and a blow dry and nail trimming. Price wasn’t bad at $39 she’s a smaller dog. Got her home and realized they didn’t cut her nails. I know for a fact they were overbooked as they had A lot of dogs in there at that time as I heard them say all of the kennels were full and this was 11 o’clock in the morning. Tried to contact them multiple times but nobody ever answered the phone. Will not go back though the people were very nice.
