She even met past my expectations due to the good nature of the staff and customers. I appreciate people respecting my shirt and asking before petting. It made things more enjoyable and less stressful

I have been shopping at PetSmart for years. In the past, when I volunteered with the Humane Society, we were able to adopt a lot of animals by showing them on Saturdays. It is a good place!

Meet Leo! I picked this little guy up and his habitat at Petsmart Saturday. The person who helped me was very kind, energetic, and professional. I didn't officially ask their name but they signed Leo's discharge paperwork as Winchester. Leo is a male Leopard Gecko. He loves his worms and sneaks them out of his bowl when I leave the room. I'm still adding onto his habitat. Not done by any means.

I was so worried about booking a grooming appointment for my golden retriever. But Chelsey at this location did SO good. She trimmed my dog up perfect and still kept all of her golden retriever markings!! She looked great and smelt even better. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend.

I’ll never return for grooming or to purchase any product from this store. My Coton’s skin was burned in 2 locations on his back! I’m not sure how that can happen but I know I could not get an answer from the groomer as to how he had done this. In fact when questioned he became rude and defensive and told me maybe I should go elsewhere. I’d already made that decision. Stay away

We have been going to pet smart for grooming for about 7-8 years. For the last 5 we have been going to the NLR location because it is closer to where we live. This passed weekend, NLR did not have any availabilities so I took my sweet boy to the LR location. For some reason, LR charged me an extra $20 because of the guard size and another $5 for a weekend fee. We'll stick with the people on the north side. And to top it off, they didn't do as good of a job as NLR.

I am leaving this review after witnessing an absolutely disgusting act by your corporation yesterday. It has taken me a full day to even be able to write this it was so upsetting. While shopping I saw live animals being carted into the store in sealed boxes without any air holes. How do these animals breathe? Animals with very sensitive respiratory systems are shipped in sealed air tight containers. This is egregious!!! I then went to the "tanks" you hold these poor animals in and immediately noticed one of the 2 guinea pigs there had 2 crusty eyes which is a classic symptom of a URI. I informed an employee and they removed the male pig but only after chasing the poor creature around it's cage for several minutes. The woman clearly had no clue what she was doing but I was thankful he was removed. The other male pig was in a tiny enclosure barely 1ft x 1 ft which is disgustingly small for these animals. A single pig needs at least a 3ft x 2ft enclosure with at least 3 open sides. You are not providing them adequate air flow even after arriving at your store. You are making you patrons incredibly uncomfortable with your displays of gross negligence within your stores. If you cannot provide the bare minimum for these animals you do not need to sell them. This is not a one time occurrence. This is a nationwide problem because of your corporations corrupt policies. This must be stopped!

Hello. I went here looking to purchase a new pet. I wandered around the store for a bit until I found a worker. She was busy with another customer. So I waited for her to finish with them for a few minutes. She did not acknowledge me or let me at all. When she was done she just walked away. I went to the cash register hoping to find help there. People saw me waiting but did not speak. I decided to just stand at the door to see if anyone would help. There was no line they just did idle task as I stoood at the door. I noticed another lady looking just as confused as me. I asked her if anyone had helped her she said no. And before you ask yes me and the other unhelped customer are. And the customers who were helped and the workers are not.

We visited to purchase a reptile. The associate was extremely rude, was mean to my son, and spoke to all of us like we were stupid. I have never encountered such rudeness at a store before. Will not visit this location again.

This store is a 100 times better than our PetSmart in Russellville. They have a lot more options for my wife’s cat rescue supplies.

We had our dog groomed and bathed here for the first time, as new dog owners. They did really good on the cut, but not so good with the bath. Spencer, our ShihTzu, just didn't have that 'fresh shampooed smell' that we expected he'd have. We will probably use their services again in the future, but only after trying someplace else first. The staff here is pretty friendly. As for the store, they have about anything you'd want, just be prepared to pay out the wazoo (for the most part).

They're a bit more expensive than say Walmart or Kroger, but they have a greater selection of healthier foods for pets. Accessories are also better, we got a harness for my male cat because he likes to be outside but runs off, and he easily slips his collar. He also absolutely loves going here and getting to walk around on his leash and get pet by any stranger he can

Horrible experience the Grooming department need to be shut down. Dropped Molly off at 930a they called me 3 hours later saying they cut her and was taking her to the Banfield Pet Hospital the veterinarian treated her and prescribed pain meds and topical. Went to pick Molly up the worse #7 cut they never apologized I asked to speak with the manager they were not only rude to me but to their manager the groomer refuse to trim her hair and yelled and said she was not doing it and stormed out and said she would quit first

Tons of options for whatever type of pet product you need. Some items overpriced, in my opinion (like cardboard cat scratching blocks), but overall clean and well-stacked store.

Jessie at Chenal Valley Animal Hospital is the best groomer ever! I feel so comfortable with her and she makes sure I look my best. It's hard to find someone who is so knowledgeable about how to groom my breed (Samoyed), but she's a top professional. My hooman thinks very highly of her too!

I was super confused and dismayed to see the dog trainer walking around a dog in BOTH an e-collar and a prong collar. Previously, I'd seen her with a dog in a prong collar. Petmart claims to only train with positive reinforcement, which is certainly not prongs or e-collars. When I called and spoke with the manager, she explained that the dog was the trainer's personal dog and they only trained with clickers in class. It is absolutely perplexing that the trainer would be allowed to show off different methods in the store, even if only clickers are used in class.

I recently moved from South Florida to Little Rock, and my little dog was not adjusting to the temperature change very well. I went out to try to find him a little sweater or sweatshirt to keep him warm up here. We found one that fits a good quality, and he isn’t shaking all the time anymore. That’s a very good thing! I just wish that they had had a bit more of a selection. I’m sure we’ll be back to buy dog food or toys or any of the million other things that they sell here.
