Courtney is awesome. I have an energetic male poodle that needed a cut BAD. They got me in the next day and cut Mac’s hair exactly how I asked her to. She plucked all of his ear hair which was pretty ruff. Their prices are the best in town. I will definitely be using her again.

This was the third time I brought my dog in for grooming. Not only was the price much higher, she didn't smell clean and her anal glands were not done. I had to take her to our vet to get that done. The girl was terrible. She just stood there while my little dog was trying to leap over the gate. My dog got stuck and she just stood there. I was like " can you open the gate?!". She also said " oops I forgot to put perfume on her". Why would she need perfume? She should smell good with the shampoo and conditioner if she was washed. My bill was around $60 the time before and this time at $100 (for a dachsund). I will never use their services again. Terrible service. My dog deserves better. They charged me for services that were not completed.

Took my dog in for a 1:45 appointment that I booked online. I arrived at 1:55 and was told I was late and would have to reschedule. When I told them my appointment was 1:45, I was told they don't book appointments that late!!! Have tried to talk to the grooming manager but I can't get in touch or have my call returned!!! Traveled fr downtown to SW Little Rock and then out to West Little Rock. I know we were running a few minutes late but for the price of gas it looks like they could cut me some slack.

The person who greeted us was friendly and have me information that was helpful in making my decision about what my dog needed. Also, my dog seemed happy when we picked him up. He smelled good and his fur was really clean.

I had a scheduled appointment for Friday but I was texted & told they were running late so I had to reschedule for Saturday. I was told I would get a discount but I didn't. Other than that, CiCi was groomed nicely.

My father brought his 12 year old lab/retriever mix to get a bath and to get groomed. This dog had a stroke years ago, in his spine. He's mobile but can't stand up for long. When he picked him up, this petco told him not once but twice, to Never bring him back. They didn't recommend any other groomers, as their policy states because I talked to the manager today. The corporation laws are "all dogs should be placed on a grooming table". Owning 3 great danes, I didnt think of asking about that, however I am HIGHLY dissatisfied as many others. So, beware. My advice, go to a Real groomer. Oh I forgot, the manager of the grooming dept. literally told me Petcos slogan...I can't remember it verbatim but it was essentially, if we can't get it done, we send on...to a recommendation. Not so.

It was my first time to get my dogs nails trimmed and I waited and waited no one told me I had to check in then when I do ask they say I missed my appointment. It would have been different if someone had told me but I waited and waited then not to be seen

When I arrived at the grooming station the groomer was rude stating that we had missed our appointment when we had not I showed her our confirmation email so she then took my information including phone number she took my dog to the back and stated that it would be an hour or two and she would call us upon her finishing me and my son drove around for a while doing some shopping then noticed that it had been over an hour so we headed back to the store but we still hadn’t heard from her yet so we sat in our car outside the store waiting after another 30 minutes had passed I decided to go in to make sure everything was fine when I went to the grooming station there was no one there and the doors were locked so I went to a register to ask about my dog the lady told me that the groomer had already left for the day I began to panic and be upset wondering where my dog was so she goes with me to the grooming station and unlocks the door only to find my dog locked in a kennel in the dark he was scared he wouldn’t let her touch him so I got him from her paid and left he acted very weird for about an hour then began to come back to himself I will never take my dog back there again
