My Twins' groomer is Melissa and she is wonderful. The last grooming session was so quick, that i called to make sure the twins were ready. i can tell Melissa, "the same as last time" and she automatically knows. When i say "summer cut", she knows! She is great with my boys and they love her as much as i do! Wouldn't want anyone else! She's great and when she finishes with my twins, they start strutting....looking so good!

Took my dog, Roxie in for a wash/nail trim. She's 90% blind and staff are very gentle with her. When I picked up Roxie, they showed me an Easter photo they took of her. It was such a great photo of her! It is now my background photo on my phone. This place always seems to amaze me, thank you!

The guy who groomed my Sally was awesome! He not only did an awesome job on her hair cut but he had a great personality! I can’t remember his name but I would totally use him again!

My little dog always looks precious when she leaves the groomer. They are very accommodating, doing things we like and having a variety of appointment times. It took a long time for the last grooming session but overall, these ladies are great!!

Patti at the Petco in NLR, AR is a wonderful groomer! She treats my pup very well and always does FANTASTIC work when it comes to her career! Triscuit is always super excited to see her once she goes into the grooming salon! Patti has been grooming my pup for about 6 years now and the quality of service just keeps getting better! If you’re ever in need for grooming services, tips, or suggestions in the central Arkansas area then Patti would be the perfect person to call! :)

The staff was very friendly and caring with our first timer pups. They helped calm them and walked me through the process. The package I picked was a good price and my dogs smelled great. Even their breath was 100% better. We will definitely be back.

I usually do not take my dog to ANY groomers since I can do it all myself. But when my large dog developed arthritis, it was more difficult to trim her nails and such without help and/or her being sore after (from standing/being in an odd position for long periods of time). Patti--and the other sweet young woman, didn't catch her name--were so great with my elderly dog, Yuki. She was friendly, offered services she thought may benefit my dog, and was mindful of Yuki's arthritis. I will definitely be taking Yuki there again for more services.

Mine had several sores after being groomed. Plus, although I asked he not be shaved, they shaved him anyway.I would NOT recommend them and will not return!

Patti has been grooming my dog for years. Aside from the fact that he always looks beautiful, she has leaped alert me to any health problems he may exhibit and as he has aged has been particularly cognizant of his hips. I would send any pet owner to her!

I check online for pet grooming, it's bad how things are since u got to make an appointment with 2 to 3 and even a month to groom a dog.
