**update** Orkin finally gave me a call back after i got rude with the call center. They finally transferred me to the manager and he called me back. He got transferredto fix Orkin in this area. He was very concerned and i will stay for the time being. Its unfortunate though that i had to get rude on the phone. Well I had gave Orkin a shot after Terminix gave us horrible service. Well I can say Orkin is not much better. The first technician came out. Sprayed our baseboards all over the house. Didnt do a barrier outside our house because it was raining and never came back. Never got a follow up or anything. So i called to get someone to come out and they charged me for another service and said the previous technician didnt even treat the house right in the first place and no longer works for Orkin. So i call to get a refund on the first service since it was done incorrectly for THREE weeks NOW and no one ever calls me back and they can NEVER get through to the person on the other end to help. DONT USE.. Find someone local that cares about what they do. STILL WAITING FOR THE BRANCH MANAGER TO CALL ME!

We called for carpenter ants. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and the person on the phone was knowledgeable, helpful and nice! My technician (Seth) was also nice, knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived about 10 min ahead of schedule and provided me with details of what he’d be doing. He left bait and traps in addition to spraying inside and outside. The treatment seems to be working well as it’s been a little over a week, and we haven’t seen any activity.

Seth came out this morning during the time he said & even gave me a convenience call prior to. That was great for me because I work nights so im usually asleep this early in the am. Our technician, Danny, is a super customer oriented person who aims to make them happy. But then he also is extremely smart when it comes to his job. Horrible company. Bad communication, repeatedly comes on days or times we’ve told them we can’t be home. I’m never notified in time to even try to change my schedule and be home. Have been told different things by every person we’ve talked to about billing etc. I’ve been overcharged and Have called multiple times and I’m always told someone will call me back and they never do. Would not recommend to anyone

After at least a year of incompetence and scammy behavior by Terminex, I switched to Orkin and haven't looked back since. It's like night and day. They've been completely dedicated to meeting the needs of my and my family with excellent customer service and professionalism. I will definitely be using them from now on for any pest related issue in the future.Highly very recommended!

The technician was friendly, thorough, and comforted me by letting me know that he would be back in two weeks to treat my home again at no cost to me. And they gave me a very affordable rate so that I can have it done every month. I was very pleased, even though I'm still seeing some the day after, he told me the course the bugs would take in their being gone completely. It's just a process that has to take place in getting there.

Really bad service and customer service. I hired them 2 months ago, they visited twice and have made absolutely no improvement to our pest issues. I tried to reschedule my last appointment, but they came anyway while I wasn't home and charged me another $95. I would most definitely not ever recommend them, and will be looking for service elsewhere. This is just ridiculous.

I have had orkin working on my.bug problems, called Days ahead of my appointment to make sure that everything is going right. And I'm still aware that they're coming. Not only that, they show app on time. They come right up to the front door they're clean, cut, very polite and curious. They know their job, they get right to it. They don't mess around. I love working with these people whatever they're doing. And everyhow they were they trained, or they're employees. They're doing a great job. I recommend for anybody anywhere. Cause they've cured a lot of my issues that I've had when we moved here from Washington. State to here or shouldn't say we didn't have this problem. Because they're cold, weather just kills everything, but here is different. Everything grows down here, but now they're all under control. Living allowed better in our home. You know, and and it's not the like. It's really bad issues, you know? It's like ants whichever I think has. And now we had the lot of wasps problems, and they almost destroyed electrical system, and in our v coz they made their nest right on top of the foods box. So it was in the walls in Indiana and they went right after then. And I don't have another problem with them at all. In the day that they're coming out. I get a text, the driver list me all these on his way. The driver lets me know that hes in. My driveway. Come into the front door. And I could contact many time. I feel like you know I can answer. You know I can send Texas they answer it. I make phone calls, I answer me. There are 2 depot, they get the job done. They're very professional, clean, cut hard-working individuals. The staff and the Amaan office all the way out here. To the field, you can't get a better organization than these guys. These are great, you guys are great. They do 20 minutes job so. Yeah, I recommend a for just about any kind of infestation. Alright thanks, bye anybody I want.

We are having a big problem with ants inside our kitchen. Seth Johnson was our technician and he did a thorough job both inside and out, spraying and putting down pesticide to take care of our problem. Scheduled appointment and set up payment online. Got text and emails verifying my appointment. No one showed up. Called to talk to manager and was told he would call me in 15 minutes. He did not call. I called back after 35 minutes and told them to cancel and I will not use this place because they do not show up or call when they say they will.
