This is one of my favorite stops to make. When traveling down,I-40 the road on, Normally, I stop here and just get gas and then keep going. But this particular morning. I needed to get refueled, and I wanted to give something to eat, so I decided to try one of their sandwiches. As well as some fruit. I was very surprised because the fruit was fresh in very tasteful. I was expecting some of the pieces to be bruised, but everything was perfect, the Sandwich was great, the French toast, i could have removed it from the from the Sandwich and eaten it separately it was a very good experience. I will be checking out more items on future trips.

Ive been to a lot of Loves and this one was designed very poorly. This Love's does not have enough pumps for how busy it is. Please add more pumps. Also it'd be a good idea to add an rv only lane or two because it's difficult for us to fit in the standard car side and the truck side we get evil eyed by everyone and end up waiting in the traffic of them parking, pumping, taking their sweet time, etc. It's also hard to fit there since our gas tank is in the back and a lot of the truckers never move up enough. I get they're working so have different considerations so Love's should take the responsibility to streamline the system. Another solution would be to have an attendant on the truck side that is making them move up as soon as they're done pumping instead of chitchatting, going inside, or doing whatever else. And having more room in front of the pumps for when they are pulling up.

My friend who was come from China was on a road trip and stop at this gas station, after she filled her tank, she forgot to take her credit card out and just kept going. Later on she found out and she was not able to drive back because she had been driving few hours and it is night time. So she asked a friend who speak English to call and the staff found her card and shipped to her after a couple days. She told me this story and ask me make sure I leave a review for this gas station and their lovely staff. She said if she lost this Chinese credit card it would be very inconvenient for her because she was traveling overseas. She said she truth appreciate the staff over there and their kindness should be known.

Attention Truckers, although the workers did clean the showers (minus the fan of course) im giving it a low rating due to the black mold being in pretty much every crevice. Management needs to either renovate or due an deep clean using top of the line chemicals. Mold is simply unacceptable, especially after spending over a thousand dollars in fuel at the establishment. Where's the love for the truckers??? I would avoid showering here unless I absolutely needed to. This is as of 5/8/2023

The loves itself deserved at least a 4 considering the hot food andCold options were on point but can’t give those extra 2 stars as Candy was polite and nice to everyone of color even offered the receipt as she should to those customers . I asked for my receipt because as loves policy if the associate doesn’t offer you your receipt you’re entitled to a $1! (Every penny counts these days and a whole dollar !) she replied , we don’t hand the receipts to anyone …I just watched you candy hand the woman her receipt in front of me …whom was of color as well…you didn’t even offer me my receipt at all , ask if I wanted one I had to ask for it ?!?! I’d work with candy on her customer service skills to all not only to who she prefers. This location maybe too busy to offer greyhound …the lot was chaos in the back as the truckers can’t all read so they are entering the exit ?! Very dangerous . Will still frequent Loves! just not this one .

If you really want my advice, truck drivers, never come to this Love’s gas station for the fuel or for a break. You will get stuck for at least an hour and a half in line and if you decided to park, good luck it’s a nightmare, trying to park with people, trying to pull up to the fuel line,. I mean 24/7 like this, day or night. I really hate this place. 🤬😡 😭

The fueling area for our truckers is appalling!! I ride with my husband all over this beautiful country and to see this shows how much they care. Trash overflowing and no fluids to wash the windows of all the dead bugs. I've never seen a LOVES like this and I've seen them all! I know Mr and Mrs love would not approve. Now if you're short handed then by all means MANAGER you make our truckers have what they need and deserve! I've worked in gas stations for years and I know what it takes so there is no excuse for filth and disregard! Period

I saw a man traveling, trying to get home. Barely, if even, had gas to get home. Ask an employee if they ever throw away food. He said "Yes, but I can't give it to you. I'll lose my job". Loves??? That's not love. You don't deserve the name. Throw away food by the pounds and can't show your namesake? I've been all over this country for the last 15 years and swore by love's. No more. You make me sick

Busy, busy, busy! Way to crowded. I know that they tore down the old Love's to build this one from the ground up, but they still missed the mark on the traffic flow. Be wary of parking close to the pumps. When the fuel island get backed up, you'll have a VERY long wait trying to get out! Their saving grace is their friendly staff!

Clean, lots of stalls in ladies restroom which was fully stocked and clean. Lots of extra merchandise and snacks. Easy on and off. Great stop.

I entered this store today 09/04/23 to the bathroom and when I left the security confronted me according to which I had stolen something from the store I showed him all my belongings when he saw that I had nothing with me and apologized for what bothers me the most It is that he arrived stating that I had something from a box that they found in the 3rd bathroom where I was. The truth was that I was very ashamed since the other people looked at me badly because of something that I did not comment on, be careful when you see an article from the store because you can be embarrassed as simple as putting your cell phone in your bag and they may think that it is something from the store that you are stealing.... this store👎👎👎👎

Stopped in the night of 9-25-23 for their chicken. It is always great, and we have always got just what we ordered, so we were talking while she filled our order, or we thought she was. I ordered a thigh and a leg with hot sauce and a biscuit. My boyfriend ordered some hot wings, not sure how many. We got our order and left the food area into the rest of the store and I noticed that we didn't have any hot sauce, and went back for it. After we got in the car and back on the interstate, I opened the box to find 5 chicken legs and what seemed to be just the top portion of a biscuit. They were great, as usual, but together, we only ordered one leg, not 5. Not sure what she was thinking, if she even was. It wasn't busy at all, so she wasn't being rushed by long lines. Very disappointing.

Just came to this loves for a shower I have blonde short hair and this is what was in my shower and all over my toilet seat and in my sink. Absolutely disgusting. Upon leaving I asked for a manager they said he wasn’t available I expressed to the girls what I had in my shower. Which was shower #1 not even 3 min after telling them and exiting my shower the announcement goes off for shower guest 92 your shower is ready please proceed to shower 1. Please explain to me how that shower is clean after only 3 whole min of cleaning. This is absolutely not acceptable.

Love's is just a excellent choice when you are traveling over the roads. This truck stop can supply you with most of the things you need for a long trip and at the same time fill your fuel tank. Excellent choice and service

Very nice travel stop. Plenty of room, store is above expectations. Showers are very nice and clean. Very quiet place to relax and enjoy a hot shower, good eating, magnets are even cool. They have a huge selection of amenities, needs and things. Thank you Chase. God bless y'all. Will be back soon.

The showers are absolutely GROSS!!! Shower and sink area was still soapy and wet from previous person, along with wet footprints across the floor. And dont even look at all the mold in and out of the shower. Poop on the toilet paper and toilet seat! Soooooooo disgusting 🤢

Over an hour wait for a shower, the workers care more about going outside to smoke than cleaning them. Time doesn’t matter to them. I’ll go back to pilot
