The shop was well-staffed and the food was prepared quickly. Hey, you can't rush quality so I'm going to argue that it wasn't too fast, if you understand me! Excellent sandwiches, affordable food, quality ingredients, and everybody here was very nice. During my visit, it wasn't too busy. This is a smaller shop and parking can be somewhat tight but I saw more than one parking place. This is right across the road from Trader Joe's making it convenient for more than one stop. The tables and floors were clean and it appears there are plenty of food options in chips and cookies. The cookies are huge!

I hate to post this because I LOVE Lenny's food but this store can't seem to make food correctly as ordered online. Online ordering doesn't have all the ingredient options listed necessitating the use of the special instructions field to get banana peppers on your sandwich thus perpetuating the problem.This has happened not once but 3 times in 4 months!After the 1st incident, I made sure to ask when I picked up my order if the peppers had been added as requested. I was assured they were only to get back to work & open a sandwich missing....you guessed it! THE BANANA PEPPERS!I gave 3rd chance today & ordered online. Come to find out the owner himself made my order incorrectly for the 3rd time in a row. I asked the cashier TWICE to confirm that the special instructions had been observed to which he replied yes. I should have opened my sandwich in store but I didn't. And you guessed it...again NO banana peppers.I always call. The staff is always polite yet apologetic & offer to fix it if I'll come back in but it shouldn't be this hard to get what you ordered & paid good money for!I guess I just need to give up on this location.:(

Bacon Philly Cheesesteak on wheat - Medium 7.5"I only get my Philly from here or Twin Peaks. The only thing I wish they would offer as an add on is steak sauce. They offer it if you order in store, or over the phone, but not online. Someone please fix this!!!

I've been here a lot over the years. The orders are already correct and the staff have always been awesome. They make great sandwiches and have several nice lemonade options. For the hotel next door, it's a much faster AND cheaper option than the hotel restaurant.Plan to have to go back-and-forth a few times to get parked as the parking lot is VERY small and tight.

I had the Small Italian sub Lenny's way. It was delicious and the read was fresh and the customer service was good as well. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and it was fast. Sandwich was not messy but made very neat.

This used to be the best, not today.Ordered extra meat, didn't get it. Ordered mayo, didn't get it. Got vinegar and oil, didn't order it. I actually think it wasn't applied to my sandwich but maybe got mixed with some lettuce that was used? Funky taste in something, maybe bacon? I don't know, I ate two bites and threw it away.Also my bag to go was missing a bag of chips, so double check before you leave.I shouldn't have actually ordered after dealing with the new app which sucks.The old app was fine.

This place is hands down my favorite sub shop. I try my best to eat here at least once a week. The owner is top notch and sets a great example of being a hard worker 1st and foremost. I recommend this place to everyone especially sub connoisseurs. I prefer the cold subs myself but have had their hot subs and they are just as delicious! Keep up the great work!!💯🥪🥪💯

One of my favorite sandwich places. I love their hot pepper relish! The sandwiches are piled high, tasty and quite filling. I usually get the #2, turkey bacon and avocado and it's fantastic. The orders are filled quickly and the food is always fresh. The parking lot is a little hard to navigate and if the experience wasn't memorable enough with the sandwich, I guarantee you'll never forget the parking lot. I for one say it's worth it.

The people who work there are extremely friendly and polite! Every sandwich I have ordered there has been excellent from the fresh bread to the freshly sliced meats when ordered. The sandwich is neat and perfect looking and they do not skimp on anything! They take pride in making a delicious product! I love Subs and these are the best I have ever found in Arkansas! Keep up the great work!

LOVE this place!!! Their sandwiches are absolutely delicious, above any other LR sandwich shop. The location can be hard to get in and out of due to the weird parking lot they share with two other businesses, so I usually park on the side street that runs beside Embassy Suites. I wish they had a more convenient location because I want them to stay around!

Didnt like my sandwich it was so salty i got the xlarge one $15.99 and threw half away. I think had it not been so salty i couldve eaten it. My husband had veggie sandwich, was ok but he wish they had more veggie on. Staff are nice and cookie nice

The food here is pretty average. I got the meatball sub, assuming it being one of the harder sandwiches to "mess up", but unfortunately, it just wasn't very good. The staff was very nice, so it's no reflection on them, but both my sandwich and my wife's weren't nearly as good as something like Firehouse.

The hot pepper relish is SSSOOOO good on basically anything!! The service and friendly welcoming is hard to come by and They do not disappoint. Haven’t had a sandwich that I don’t like. Every time we go, I always try and get something different.
