Kroger on hwy 10.... One star.They need to step it up a few notches.No employees could be found in the customer service area.(photo of customer service area)No employees could be found in the clothing area.No employees could be found in the home goods area.Dressing room area was unattended and no employees could be found.Zip, nada, zero employees.... Where were they??* There were employees in the check-out areas. Good to know, however, if you need assistance anywhere else in the store, you're out of luck.š

I just bought strawberries, and there were some white little worms on some. So I just had to throw them away 𤢠thank god I didnāt eat them. Will never buy my strawberries from Krogers again!

Stopped for gas and groceries. Gas station is top notch. The store is gigantic but not well stocked on the Monday morning we visited. The self-checkout dude was talking to a buddy and left us standing for a long while waiting for assistance.

This Kroger location is one of the worst in Central Arkansas. Countless times I have gone in to shop for groceries here, and nearly every time I pick up a product it has mold on it. I have learned my lesson that even with packaged products, I need to do a deep inspection of the food before purchasing because it is very apparent that the store clerks do not. If the store inventory is not molded, then it is sold out. This Kroger store location has incredible difficulty on restocking in time and getting enough product to restock for the demand at this location. I love Kroger as a shopping center, but this location does not care for food safety. Here is a picture of a package of cheese I spent $6 on just to take it home to realize more than half of the package is molded over.

This store was huge. I don't remember it being this big. The selection is much better than the Chenal and Rodney Parham location. This is like a super Kroger. We saw a lot of gluten free items. We found what we were looking for, but wanted to look around since the selection looked so good. Store was clean and well stocked. Lady employee working self checkout was very nice and helpful. For some reason my Discover card was not being accepted by bypassing pin and I had to use another credit card.

Management if there is one doesnāt care about this store. Store is nice but cashing out process is failing. When store is packed they are trying to close one of the self check out section (whole section) because lady works there have to leave certain time. Other self check out section 2 machines is out and nobody trying to fix it and 3 employees there. Lines are long why you move on staff to other section and make sure lines are go quickly and you make more money???

We are from Florida and we were shopping at this store. The cashier and the bagger were extremely unfriendly. We are used to the care that Publix gives all its customers and were told Kroger was similar. That was definitely not our experience!

Had stuff (including AirPods) stolen from my car in the parking lot while the āsecurity guardsā were sitting inside chatting. I was probably inside for 10-15 minutes. Have had someone else tell me their car was also broken into at this location. They wouldnāt give me the video from cameras unless I made a police report so hopefully they will give it to the police. Not sure why they hire security guards if theyāre not going to do their jobs and watch the parking lot.

I would give this Kroger a 0 if it was allowed. It's unbelievable how horrible their pickup system is. Last week they forgot to give us our meat didn't realize it till we got home. Had to go back to get it- and go inside to get it because the pickers had gone home. Was ready to not make that mistake again this week...Today we ordered at 2 pm yesterday for 5pm today gets pushed to 6-7 pm get there and 4-5 other cars are all waiting besides us for their orders to be INFORMED they won't have it ready till tomorrow but we need to call to arrange it. Do the people working here just assume we don't have jobs to go to tomorrow and did the hour we picked for no reason?They always leave stuff out thought maybe it was a supply chain issue. WRONG most of the time, husband has gone in once or twice to check after we get our pickup put in the car and finds several things obviously in stock like tuna.I can't imagine how bad it is to work here but this is out of control, Kroger quite being A-Holes about staffing and pay. This location should just go under already they clearly don't care.

This specific Kroger is our neighborhood grocery store. There is another one on Chenal Blvd. That is handy because we do all our shopping and errands in that neighborhood. So to make a long story short, we prefer ours.

At 9 pm there was only self checkout. The attendant was RUDE and would not assist in looking up vegetables. SHE WAS RUDE! I left my groceries behind. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN!

The employees in the Pharmacy are outstanding. Jeremy, Chad!!! Even the pharmacy assistants are great, like Andrew, Imelda. There's a few others I'd like to cite, but can't remember all their names. One thing for sure, they all remember my name. I consider this Kroger to be MY Kroger.

Love this store. Its clean, well lighted, and generally well stocked.The produce and meat departments get an A++ for variety, quality and price.Plenty of sales, often.The employees are fantastic- always going the extra mile to make sure you get what you need .Although it's about an hour away, it's my favorite grocery store.

Update 09/25/2022:Make sure you check the date on your products. I recently got stung with a couple of very short dated products. As a result Iāve started checking all dates before purchasing anything and I keep finding out of date product in the store.āāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāThe gas station here shouldnāt be charging customers $0.20-$0.30 more per gallon for gas than a Kroger that is 10 minutes away. The gas price signs are also rarely updated and donāt reflect the actual cost charged, which is false advertising.

Update 1/10/2021: Decided to give pickup another try. Still 1 star. Pickup was pushed past our pickup time. Please devote more than one person to carrying out items when there is a line wrapping around the block. Two people nearly ran into each other fighting over a spot. Now it seems the order for pickup is who yells the loudest or who goes up to the single worker running groceries. There are also no signs saying to wait in a line for spots to come open so when someone pulls into a pickup spot at the right time and canāt even see the line they get yelled at by the next person up in line who thought they were going to get the next spot.What is the point of scheduling a grocery pick up time window, checking Iām here in the app, replying to the text, and calling the number on the sign if You still have to wait 30+ minutes. I could have gone in and got my items faster. Hereās an idea, donāt say it is ready until it is actually ready. The produce they gave actually has mold on it. Do not use Kroger pick up if you want anything fresh.

PickUp is horrible. This is my third time requesting it since January and last. They substitute items like baking powder for baking soda. Or cinnamon toast sticks for organic waffles....... yes, waffles. There is hardly ever any food you actually ordered. Itās a lot quicker to go inside. Seriously, a lot quicker. Thereās only 6 parking spots & they will be filled with the people who came the hour before your pickup time. You cannot add items to your order once placed. Even if you placed the order at 8:30 AM to be picked up at 6-7pm... & you will not get it until 7:15. If youāre lucky. People who came after you will also get their food first even though youre told to wait your turn. It sucks and you should definitely just go inside or another store that does pick up properly because this location does not!

won't be back. Only 2 check out lanes open. Lines in both were 6 to 7 people deep with full carts. Dont stop here if ur in a hurry. I only had 5 items. It's taking me forever to get out of here. I'm almost tempted to leave my cart and go somewhere elseTook me 25 minutes to get checked out with 5 items.Everyone in line was aggravated.I reported the problem to the customer service desk and they acted like they could care less.Terribly managed store. Probally the worst I've ever been to.Very rude employees

I'm surprised at all the 1 star cluck list reviews, because they are all over the store "filling " orders and are in the way and extremely rude. My visit today left my so angry I will not be back. Employees with their carts blocked me in and then just stared at me. I had to actually ask them if I could get thru. The older guy that use to work the self checkout was so amazing. Since his retirement this service is terrible. Today she just stood there acting as if we were taking up her time. It was a miserable shopping experience...For the last time.

Several Colleges and I often go here to eat lunch. As of late however, the place seams to going down the tubes. My College needed a knife to eat his lunch, only to find they didn't have any. After asking an employee at the Deli, she first waved him off then after addressing her again, was told "We don't have any".Personally, I've noticed several issues, including:No Napkins - twice, two weeks apart.Dirty Tables/Floors both prior visits.At the last visit, the Drink machine was out of ALL non-diet flavors. Not one or two flavors, but ALL non-diet flavors.I mentioned this to the employee's in that area and was told that the supervisor had been notified and it would be rectified in a few minutes. That didn't happen. When I finished my lunch, I went by the Customer Service desk and mentioned it as well and was quickly given back my money for the cup with little more then a nod of the head.The feeling I get interacting with the employee's, is that they are aware that there are problems and are frustrated about it but have no recourse to rectify them, meaning it's a management problem or lack there of. I used to own a store for 10 Years and know when employee's are the problem and when management is the problem. This is a management problem, or lack thereof should I say.I hope Kroger management reads these and responds accordingly. Something is going at this location that needs to be addressed quickly. I hear more an more people talk negatively about this location.I will try and get pictures next time.

They have all the newest foods their prices are good in that wonderful man that helps at check out thatās going to retire here before too long brightens my day every single time I see him⦠Just wish I could remember his name right now but normally I can⦠Anybody thatās dealt with him knows exactly who Iām talking about⦠Kroger needs to think about him leaving and do something to keep that from happening!

Store is always clean when I visit. Shelves are stocked in a very unobtrusive manner. That's important because I'm handicapped and can not walk long distances, so i have to use a cart. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Ok I've been shopping at Kroger for many years, but why is it that you can only have 150 digital coupons? I made a mistake and put a lot of other coupons that I don't need, mostly because I didn't have my glasses on lol. So now it won't allow me to add any other coupons to my account š. Needless to say I'm not happy I can't remove the ones I don't want. Please fix that šThanks š

I think this is my favorite place to shop. I absolutely love the personalities of the employees and the freshness of the produce.The store is well stocked and easy to navigate. In addition to food, there are clothes and shoes for men, women, and children. There is also a fuel center which allows you to kill 3 birds with one stone.
