By far the worst Kroger I have ever been to. They rarely have everything you need no matter how average the items you’re looking for. I have gotten to the point that I will drive way out of my way to go to another grocery store because of the high likelihood I will going anyway to get the rest of the stuff I need. I understand the supply chain issues due to Covid, but it’s going on 2 years since things have opened back up and from my observations smaller chains tend to not have an issue with stocking……soooo what’s your excuse hillcrest Kroger.

So much experience going to Kroger for sure. Their grocery selection is absolutely excellent for what I need and the weight is not that much. But some of the prices you can get from elsewhere though.

Poor customer service, their app and digital coupons are extremely difficult or impossible to use. Never have what you need in stock. Always dirty and cluttered. Don't waste your time. Pictured attached was at 12pm (noon) on a wednesday

A Laughably Poor StoreI've been going to this kroger for years due to convenience. That stopped last night. I bought two 2-liters for $9. It's laughably gouging. Not only that but the pricing is regularly incorrect. They are reliably out of stock of common groceries and household items. If I could sum this "Store" up in one word it would be "Sneaky." It's fine if you are in a rush for one or two items but if you're actually spending your cash here, the joke's on you.

This afternoon I went to Kroger to exchange a propane tank. A woman named Kim came out to assist me. We found that someone had pushed a small piece of wood into the combination lock making it impossible to open. Instead of saying, “Oops, sorry, looks like I can't help you” and sending me on my way, she spent 10 minutes digging the obstruction out with a knife. She apologized for the inconvenience(more than once). She never lost her professional comosure. Kim, working the service desk at 6PM on Tues, June 20th is a top notch employee. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond in her service to a customer.

Paid my gas bill there in April. Summit never got the payment just finding out in July.. Went there the store has no record of the transaction my bank account shows the transaction.... Some how I have lost the receipt but it should show up on their computer system... Miss Sharon was very nice however Blake pretty much said I lie..I'm sure the woman who took my payment put the money in her pocket...beware of devious actions at the bill pay

Decent stock, fairly clean, but employees run the store and don't give a whit about customers. Rarely do they have more than one checker and the self check lines are always backed up. Target at University Mall is a better bet or go to Edwards Food Saver. Nice employees and better prices.

The building looks great and the neighborhood is gorgeous. However, the food inside is terrible. I didn’t check my carton of produce throughout (rookie mistake) and when I got home, I found My berries were molded and grapes were old. Also, my doughnuts were stale. I won’t shop here again.

Best staff. They have helped me find my missing phone, watched my self-checkout station while I ran to grab a jug of milk, and even held my groceries while I ran back home for my wallet.

I live in Hillcrest in Little Rock and having a Kroger this close is priceless! Who wants to pay $10 for a gallon of milk at a gas station or drive 15 minutes to the closest Walmart or Dollar store, not me! I love that if you get in the mood for some ice cream or cereal late night, all you have to do is run down to the Kroger, which is just a minute or two away! Run in, grab what you need, and get out in just a few short minutes! This Kroger isn't one of the huge Kroger's which makes it more convenient for groceries and really myself because it doesn't take but a few trips to learn where everything is! So when you're going in and you have a list, you know exactly where to go to get what you want and get out of there, because I have more things to do than walk around a store for hours looking for certain items. Nothing is more frustrating! I love our little Kroger nest tucked away here in Hillcrest and if you visit, you'll know why and you'll love it too!

Worst grocery store in the country. Poorly managed and dangerous. For example, management lets a mentally ill man roam the store without regard to the safety of store customers. This store needs to be shut down and management fired.

i have been coming here for years and appreciate the quality and variety of their food. However, i recently did curbside pickup and when i got home realized half of my groceries were missing. I immediately called the store and they said they would refund me for the missing items. I checked the next day and nothing had changed on my kroger account. I then contacted kroger customer service and although they have responded to my email i still have not received a refund after almost two weeks. Great in store but do NOT do pickup here.

This location has personality. It's more than just another Kroger. Not too big, not too small. Fresh produce and good deli selection. Great staff! The parking could be a little better but the store is excellent

Very good groceries store with a good selection of food. Everything is clean and neatly sorted. They have a very good fresh produce section. This Kroger also has fresh sushi which is actually very good. Every Wednesday they have five dollar sushi, highly recommend. The deli is also a good and inexpensive.

This is my neighborhood Kroger, I go there every few days. The employees (managers, pharmacists, stockers, cashiers, deli, security...all of them) are helpful and friendly. I like the size and the layout of the store, it always looks nice, prices are good, food is fresh... A great store all-around.

Poor customer service, terrible parking, employees do not know where anything is in the store and checkout lines are slow. No carts are available for use. I've been in this store 3 times and all of the above was the result so it wasn't just a bad day. They need better management.

I just left from this Kroger location to grab a few items with my 15 year old son.... I heard over the intercom “security on isle 1 & 2” (which we were on and hardly no one else is in the store at this time). It’s embarrassing and offensive to have security called while just shopping. I didn’t make a big deal about it only because my day has been great so far and I didn’t want it to go south due to ignorance on their behalf. I paid for my items and left... I wish certain positions put more emphasis on cultural diversity training because situations like this is what separate us (race/social economic status).

It's either packed full of people waiting in line or late at night you have to beg someone to check you out. It's a passive aggressive experience almost every time I go in, I'm treated like I elected Trump by the AA employees. I assure you I did not.They have trouble keeping simple things stocked like bread and Kroger brand peanut butter.

I really like this Kroger store. It's not a huge "warehouse" style grocery store. It's a neighborhood market. I'm sure there may be some fancy things they dont stock. But for those of us that want fresh seafood, produce, meats, diary + a small deli and small bakery section, it is perfect. The employees are very helpful. Again, if you are looking for warehouse quantities or a huge selection of any single item... shop elsewhere. Leave our neighborhood market (with absolutely TONS of choices) to those of us that appreciate the neighborhood concept.
