Nikki,front manager. Very professional courteous, knowledgeable, & great leadership skills. Never seen her out of character. Always pleasant and helpful to all the customers. She deserves recognition locally and Kroger nationwide for her dedication to her craft. Pay raise and promotion will give her more of an incentive to continue improving the Kroger brand. The store overall is neat, clean, spacious and items on the shelves. The reflection of employees!! Go Nikki keep up the hard work

I've been going to Kroger stores for many yrs, what stood out to me about this store was there was still a person bagging the groceries. I think that is a great thing because it helps the elderly and young adults for work. Store was clean and looked up to date.

This location has continued to decline in recent months. There is no leadership here. Theft is high, location is increasingly dangerous. Only recently has security presence increased. Often only one person to checkout customers and close the store. The store manager doesn't know how. Completely inept. I can only hope that district leadership will look into this and make fast changes before someone is injured, or worse. Edward's or Walmart will continue to get my business.

I do not understand what is going on with this store. Is it dying a slow death or being executed. There are never any carts. You have to pick one up in the parking lot. Where are the employees? On the busiest days there is one checker and they’re at the self checkout where at least one isn’t working.

Today, January 19, 2024. My husband came the store to buy groceries. He said he witnessed the most ridiculously scene inside the store. About 4 or 5 cashiers proceeded to dance 💃, yes dance in the store. There are barely have enough cashiers serving the customers and they stopped to dance. This was highly inappropriate.Kroger, get your act together. Sell quality groceries! Hire people with training to do their jobs professionally and with proper etiquette. I realize it's hard these days.People don't come to your store for shows, we come to buy groceries. It's ridiculous! Would this happen in Chenal? No! Why does this happen on Markham?

Likely the second worst Kroger location in the city. Every time I come back, it's even worse. Now there's people standing in the parking lot harassing you. Never any carts. Thoroughly check products for expiration dates. I don't even expect good customer service but I shouldn't have to tolerate rude staff just to pick up a prescription.

This is the worst grocery store on the planet. Unless, the other Kroger Stores followsuit to this one. Have tried two months in a row to pay a utility bill there..no employeeworking desk! And didn’t know when would return..second time, no one working businessdesk..back in an hour! .. I will also be notifying the utility companies of this. And don’t evertry to call..no one will answer.What an incredible fractured way to run a Wall Street business that is designed to serviceothers for profit. By the way..took care of the matter at Walmart.

This was the WORST grocery pickup experience I've ever had with Kroger. This was only my second time for "pickup" at Kroger on West Markham.I chose the 2pm -3pm, and I noticed Kroger via their app "On My Way" about 1:54pm. Notified that I was in Spot #1 about 2:03 ,pm.. I waited 57 (FIFITY-SEVEN) minutes!!The only pleasant thing was how friendly the young man (Treston sp?) was and was very apologetic for my very long wait time.

Just ck the reviews here. I will never shop in this store again because they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. This is the South, if you can't be nice, leave! They are either short w/ you, or apparently so uneducated they cannot even answer simple questions about their own store.Not all the departments are like this, but enough are to make your life miserable if you are unfortunate enough to shop there. Just amazingly unprofessional. Don't even think about calling them, even their phone system is dumb. The woman at the pharmacy is the worst, did they recruit her from working in a prison pharmacy or something? Just say NO. Walmart sucks too, but this place is on another level.Never in my life did I think I would find ruder people than in Albuquerque. It has happened in other places in this city, but nothing is as bad as this Kroger. I am getting out of Little Rock, the place is low expectations to say the least. Why do the people here put up w/ it????

Been going to this location since the Rodney Parham store was destroyed by the March tornado. I don’t know who is in charge of the deli area, but someone needs to fix the FLY/Insect problem. The lights that are supposed to help with keeping flies off the meat cutters obviously aren’t working and they are are EVERYWHERE! Disgusting. They’re getting on the fresh cut meats and all of the machines. Health Department needs to make a visit.

Self checkout stations locking up. Half of them don't work or are shut down. Shortage of carts. Not enough staff. Dirty. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else.

Worst Kroger in Little Rock & apparently it’s in the hood where they have to accuse every black person with a bag of stealing!!! Security followed me around the store And approached me said that “they said something to her”. I kept shopping but i won’t ever be back.

I have used this store for many years. It was never the best Kroger but adequate. Recently my experience has convinced me to use another store. The shopping carts were not available in the store or broken. The restocking people block every isle. The selection has diminished. The check-out were not operable and the check-out lines were horrible. All in all, a bad experience that I will no longer tolerate.

There's probably 75 people waiting to check out with 1 cashier working and 4 self check outs. Been waiting 30 minutes just to check out. Stay away from this Kroger if possible. I know I won't be back.

This is the worst store I've been in in years the last three times I have been in the store with the same front end manager black lady long hair says he works in schools during the daytime has a bad attitude. I am disabled and need a scooter to get around the store. I have not been able to get a Charged handicap scooter in the store the last times I've been there. When I complain to her for the second time she got mad told me that she had just plugged them in which I know she hadn't because I plugged them in and asked her why we can't get it taken care of she told me that I should call 1-800 Krogers and come and ask for more scooters additional scooters 1-800 Krogers is the only place that I could get help then she turned and walked away

Miserable, sad decline in quality and service. Consistently only 1 cashier open when I shop--usually Sundays--and no manager in evidence to pitch in. (I feel sorry for the workers there.) Feel compelled to find an alternative, if nothing else, in protest of their poor "customer (dis)service."

They never have enough cashiers and always have a 10-15 minute wait for automatic checkout. Why would I shop somewhere that can't properly staff itself? Managers need to get it together, people like me are walking in, seeing the lines, and walking right back out. Oh, and the store always smells like old fish.

I usually do my shopping at this Kroger. Today I decided to try the pickup order service. Oh man, what a mistake.After waiting the first 10 minutes, I started calling the pickup dept several times. The phone rang for 15 minutes with no answer. I went inside and found Guest Services closed. (???) I went back to my car and resumed calling. The Store Manager (!) finally answered the phone at minute 35 and she said she is bagging my groceries after the current one. Now, while writing this review at minute 70, still no groceries. A cashier just came to the car and informed me that the store manager didn’t know I had two orders, and she’s working on it now.I didn’t know I had two orders? So I still fail to understand why it’s taken so long.First of all, why the store manager is bagging to go orders AND answering the phone in the pickup dept absolutely escapes me. This scenario indicates a systemic problem at work in this store.Note: still haven’t received my groceries. It’s been 1 hour and 10 minutes since I arrived. I informed the store I was on my way 1 hour 20 minutes ago. —-Edit—— I received my groceries at the one hour 50 minute mark from my arrival. Returned home, found at least a dozen items missing. Not just missing from my order. Missing from my physical receipt. So not only did I wait 2 full hours, I received a shorted order in response to my patience. Frankly, I consider this theft when it comes down to it. I’ll be returning to this store to demand a refund for the items not received as well as returning some drinks that I did receive but did not order.I’ll be driving out of my way not to use this store again. Completely unacceptable customer service experience, unacceptable sales services, a complete lack of pride in their customers quality of life.

It makes it difficult to enter the parking lot because ppl are usually parking in the Fire lane close to the front of the store. It’s dangerous because it’s hard to see customers leaving, where the vehicles are parked

Staff is Great I needed help with last minute flower corsage for prom the next day. The front of the house manager was AWESOME in assuring me they could get it done 2morrow by lunch time. I hate I forget her name. This. Stores service is so great staff goes above & beyond I have not been to Wallyworld in a year. Treat us like family.

I've been going to the W Markham Kroger for almost 20 years and it has become almost unrecognizable since the beginning of the pandemic. Just this week they finally got new carts because the old carts were trash and that's what customers had to use forever. Most of the time only half of the self checkouts are working and it takes weeks to get them repaired. The Health and Beauty section are frequently low in stock or completely out of popular items. Despite all of theses things, the worst is being a disabled customer and rarely being able to find a motorized cart that's charged or won't die on you. I started trying to go at 7am, thinking the carts would be charged overnight, but no, most of them were dead or unplugged so the night crew didn't plug them in before they left. There are dozens of inconsiderate shoppers who park in the handicapped spaces without a placard or handicapped license plate and they do this on a regular basis because no one tells them not to. According to the ADA, every store is required to have a certain number of USEABLE handicapped parking spaces but neither security nor the employees ever does anything to take care of this problem. This rarely happens at the Beechwood store and they always have their motorized carts charged, so I try to go to the Beechwood or Polk Street stores as much as possible but Markham is closer to my home and with the price of gas increasing, I can't really afford to drive out of my way to find a store that lives up to Kroger's standards. Regional and/or district management needs to get this store back in shape before they lose any more customers.

This store is bad. It's been going down hill for a couple years. Today, after being shorted over $30 items in pick up order, I'm just fed up. Moving on. It's too bad. I've shopped at this store for years and it used to be nice.

I've always heard that customers come first. The West Markham, Little Rock, AR. Kroger's upper management is an exception to that rule. I bought a Visa gift card, that I have a receipt for. The card couldn't be registered online or by phone. Called Visa customer service and was told that the card was never funded and suggested I go back to the merchant, Kroger. I took my receipt and the card with the packaging to the Accounting manager. She told me she couldn't do anything about it and walked away. So, I'll never buy another gift card from Kroger!!!

This place needs help. Customer service is sub par. There are NEVER more than 2 human checkers at ALL TIMES until they see the lines backed up into the grocery isles THEN they do something about it. Only half of their uscans are working at any given time. Their drinks specifically the sports drinks are always gone from the shelves. Today I had to manuever my cart around two female employees who paid no attention and made no effort to move out of my way in the middle of the isle. Y'all can do better.
