Boy they sure got the pictures looking good, the place is run down and a bit expensive. I could deal with that but what I wont deal with is self checkout only. I'm fully prepared to die on this hill I'm not using it EVER! So, if your wondering why your putting back $300 worth of meat and another $120 of other products this morning here’s the reason. As much as I hate shopping at Walmart theirs one 1.9 miles down the road.

Always WAY under stocked. Have frequently been denied rainchecks. On 1 occasion they actually REFUSED to honor the price in the current ad. The employees are great, even though they are overworked they are frirndly and helpful. Most of the carys are trashed. The restrooms are always filthy. Major pet peeve is the chip aisle. The shelves are way too short. So of course to be stocked the bags have to be forced in, hope you like chip crumbs.

There was no line, people were polite, and the employees knew which aisle to look for things on. Stood in line at Wally world for 30 minutes, and was then told we had to go wait in another line. Promptly left for Kroger, and was totally worth it.

Major problem. This Kroger needs instant attention asap! It does not look clean. Please help this area. It deserves better. This causes lots of residents who have cars to drive past this location and shop at other Krogers. It is time for an overhaul. Does not feel comfortable shopping here.

The food is old and unfresh.....plus they keep there frozen food out to spoil they really are not properly handling food as you can taste when you buy there. Management is great at times replacing food but that's a hassle. I should t have to go out of my area for fresh food but I do sadly. I have spent thousands of dollars at krogers and they disappointed me almost if not Everytime please get better when doing audits there and care for fresh food properly so the taste is yummy

They advertise stuff then it'll be more than what they say. It'll show in their app and their paper they they'll just be like "yeah they decided not to do that." So I say, "so yall just advertising it wrong?" Worker replied, "yep."

I will NEVER shop this Kroger again. The so-called manager on duty (short lady) is extremely rude and I heard her cussing a man who didn’t get his senior discount. I have encountered her before making comments and cussing out customers. She needs to be reprimanded. She does NOT deserve to be called any kind of manager. I had an item that had a price tag on it and it rang up more than what was shown. She took my item and was going to get a price check. WHY? It had a price tag on it. You are supposed to give it for what the price tag says. I left my item at the check out and I’m sure she cussed me too. Never again. This Kroger has been going down hill for years. I’ll go to Benton or Hillcrest or even Chenal before I ever go to this store again. I can see why all the good checkers have gone elsewhere. I don’t blame them.

I just want to give a huge compliment to Lashica Davis in the pharmacy she is amazing she cares about her customers and their needs!! She always takes care of me never gets frustrated with me when I’m being needy and frustrated with my insurance she helps me no matter how long it takes to solve the problem! She calls me back to let me know when the problem is fixed she definitely needs a raise she is one of the reasons I will continue to come to this krogers when I don’t even live near there anymore!!

I was in this store today around 2-2:30.Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. They always are. I appreciate them so much. It’s actually pleasant andencouraging to buy groceries at this location. Thank you.

Pickup is the worst!!! Been outside for an hour. Other people come & gone within 5 minutes. Can’t even get anyone on the phone. Have to call back multiple times. Finally they say I already got my items? No! They have them. Just checked me off. NEVER WILL COME BACK HERE!UPDATE: right after I wrote this review, I found out they gave my groceries away to someone else. I asked for manager, none on site. So he promised me I can come back the next day for my groceries and that they will repick them right then.Next day, I call 5 minutes before I arrive to make sure I will not waste my time again, and the girl working has no idea nor any message about my items. Again, no manager on site in the entire store. I AM FED UP! I will not go back to this Kroger ever again! Deli doesn’t want to slice meat for me when I’m in the store either. The only workers who are worth anything are the cashiers & the Meat department!

They have expired products on the shelves. I pointed it out to management, but they acted like their conversation with another employee was more important. Beware of the products you buy from this location, especially when feeding your children.

I placed an online order today & when I got home 2 items were missing. I attempted to call Customer Service to address it, & let the phone ring over 30 times before hanging up. Called back a 2nd time & it rang for *several* minutes before someone picked it up - I could hear background noises. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Called a 3rd time, let it ring interminably, someone picked it up & then HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. Called a 4th time & let it ring until I got tired.I called the district office in Memphis & FINALLY got to speak to an actual human. She resolved the missing items by issuing a store credit & assured me the problem with the local Customer Service desk would be addressed. I'm not so sure about that : from all the negative reviews here, this store obviously has ongoing issues that nobody is addressing.I've shopped at this store for decades & sadly it just keeps going downhill; it's nothing like it was in the 1980s. As much as I try to shop local out of concern for local merchants, I might have to start spending my grocery money elsewhere.

I generally like Kroger and this had been my go-to store. Today it was not a good experience. Trying to get help to find a sale item was impossible. Lots of employees on the floor, but only 1 real checker and the poor lady running the self checkout lane (which at least 3 of the machines weren't working)Disappointed 😞

They have a tall male individual I'm pretty sure he's African American and he's a bagger/cart pusher. He is special needs I get that and have encountered many problems with this boy he follows my self around the store he hollers obscene language and I look over it every time but this time he ran up on and got right in the face of my 4 year old daughter and scared the living daylights outta her. I get inclusion my 12 year old is special needs but when someone is a literal danger to the public and the other employees keep having to tell him calm down when is enough enough

There are NEVER enough carts, I have never been in this location and not had to wait 15 minutes even for self checkout. Kroger corporation NEEDS to hire more employees for this location. I just got out, I waited TWENTY FIVE minutes in line, the lines were going down the aisles 12+ people deep on every register & self-checkout. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Women named Lauren let let someone cut line to just get $$ on card, we waited at least 20 min. When a man said hey so you can just use Kroger like a ATM and make buying customers wait, Lauren said if you know the right people and I'm the right person! meanwhile we all waited ! Sad I have to go across the street to box 10 to get good service! If Lauren is the right person to know it's not if you want to actually shop and buy food!

I don't care for this store. Now my daughter hates it. So I make my way cross town to another Kroger's. It's always nasty,always out of everything. Produce section always look a mess. The money center is never open. But the smell when you first walk in. I swear if I'm coming to this Kroger my daughter will not come or she'll stay in the car. Kids don't lie! They need to do better with this store. I must say they do have some really nice workers!! And the delivery service sucks big time. They are horrible. They stay forgetting items,or they substitute my item's for some mess that I'll never purchase myself. They never consult with me first.

I do not understand all the negative posts about the Kroger on Geyer Springs. I have never had a problem with finding carts that roll easily. I always get greeted when I encounter employees. The selection of groceries and over the counter medications is always great.

I have never in my life seen such poor operations at a Kroger. I ordered a birthday cake for a 10 year old child online a week ago. I got to the store today to pick it up and the gal in the bakery said we don't have cake decorators at this location and said someone should have called you. Now I have no cake. Luckily I went to Walmart and was able to get a cake so wal-mart save the day

If I could give zero stars I would. I am so upset because I’ve been trying to reach this manager so-called Carter and each time I call he’s busy or doing his walk. The lady told me to call back after 1 PM which I did and then he was gone. I’ve been trying to reach this manager due to several fraudulent charges on my debit card from this place. I have never been to Little Rock, Arkansas in my life, and now I have charges from this place. I am from California and I just want this resolved and situated. It’s so upsetting that they are so unorganized, and I can’t get proof that I never went there. I was in Fresno, Ca when I saw these charges occurring.

I came in once and forgot my mask and was provided a disposable one to shop. Today, my husband tries to go to the pharmacy and we forgot our mask. Instead of providing one to go to the pharmacy, they told us we couldn’t come in or had to buy that $19.99 pack of face masks. Just ridiculous!
