One of my favorite krogers! They always have enough stock on the shelves. When I went, I couldn't find what I wanted was out of stock. I'm glad that the store manager has a high management ability, so I can go shopping with confidence. The vegetable and fruit counters are neatly sorted by type, and you can quickly find a wide variety of things to look for, such as apples and oranges. It seems that the shelves of frozen foods have increased. The self-check register also has a lot of money and I was able to make payments smoothly. In spring and summer, many potted flowers and greens are on sale outside the store, which is wonderful.

The smell here is dreadful - like an open air fish market in the middle of Summer. Long lines in the self check out because they won't open more than one regular register. Parking lot is a mess.

I love the Kroger honey creamy peanut butter but they seldom have it n I will not buy anything else...I ask to buy cigarettes n was told by clerk she didn't have the key. I ask to find someone that had the key n she was obviously frustrated...after a long wait she came back with the key n my cigarettes n processed my purchase...not a good experience at Kroger today.

Kayli was very nice, patient and helpful with me and my mom at the self checkout yesterday because we were having a hard time with our cards and everything lol.. Not a lot of employees are like that and she was very kind! We really appreciated it!

This store needs to be remodeled and a little tree air freshener. It's also dirty and poorly organized. I travel a lot of work and I stop by Kroger stores if I need anything because I shop at the one near my house. I can use my rewards card, and for the most part, all of the stores are the same. This store is not like any other Kroger store that I have been in. I won't be going back.

Horrible store! The manager steals from the coffers and the parking lot is a Mecca for criminals. It certainly is not the Kroger or Skaggs store we remember from years ago where they actually were nice to you. This is now the Ghetto Kroger of NLR….. Stay away!

Tonight I decided to do an instacart order at this particular store. I have been doing instacart for about 2 almost 3 years. I have visited this location several times. Tonight while I was checking out I had three different officers approach me. They told me that I was being trespassed for stealing. I do instacart at several Krogers in Little Rock North Little Rock and jacksonville. I've never been accused of stealing because I do not steal. Not only was it embarrassing it is messing with my ability to make money because I do instacart. I will be suing because not one time have I been confronted by a manager, A worker, or loss prevention. They did not show me proof at all of me stealing. I spend so much money at Krogers. I will also like to add that the officer said that it was somebody that look like me. He did not say that I was defendantly the one who was stealing.

I literally called 5 times and 2 of those times a guy sat the phone down then hung up, the second time he answered he said, •Hello” rudely then proceeded to hang up again. I just had a question about the money service policy that I’ve yet to get the answer for, so I’m riding 20 minutes to Kroger in hopes I get an answer.

Ordered 4 lbs of fish for pickup on Nov 11th and they charged me for 16lbs. Today is Nov 30th and I still haven't received my refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Mildly disappointed. Returned because I had a good shopping experience there a couple of weeks ago. Much cozier than the super Kroger that I usually visit out Chenal. Was disappointed because scarcity of product variety and available quantities. Also disappointed with deli cutting my favorite Boars Head meats; the young lady did a great job with the cheese slicing. With meat near the end of the chub she put “slivers” in my cut. The best part of my visit was the associate providing assistance with self check . She was very kind and patient Christian lady; she had to assist my wife several times during check out process. Of course there were several other customers needing assistance, too. What topped it off there was an associate that thanked us for coming. Employees like those two make consider giving the store a second chance worth it. Those employees are five 🌟!

The seafood department has the worse customer service I've seen at Kroger's.....it's 9:57....and they say they can't serve you till 10:00.... That's just ridiculous......the Kroger's on highway 107 would have never done that

Today I was impressed. I took my mom grocery shopping at Kroger on McCain. There were no motorized carts for my mom to use. They only have three and one was down. The manager asked my mom if he could help her shop with the cart for handicap customers. He helped my mom sit in the cart and took time to push her around the store and get whatever she needed. He went above and beyond. Thank you Nick for your service. You are awesome!

Very clean, nice store. Kyra at the checkout was kind and patient. My card didn't go through and I had to get on the phone and straighten it out. She took it in stride and made it less embarrassing.

This store is absolutely ridiculous. Do not order grocery pickup from them. The first time I did, they told me to come back 3 different days because they didn’t have my order ready and they still left off items. This time I ordered, they didn’t have my order ready during my time slot and said they had no idea when it would be ready. I only had 9 items. The customer service is awful too. I will never shop at this location again.

Great customer service and dairy section. This is a rare Kroger to find ample Noosa yogurt, GT kombucha and Yerba mate. Awful cheese selection unless you like prepackage Sargento. No gourmet cheese or those suitable for a cheese board. Great customer service with a local, friendly vibe.

I can come to this store happy but when I eave I'm always sad because of rude people . This time I was told by 513 that he was with a customer when I asked him for help. Then he very ,very rudely gave me my change he made me wait on. He was just talking to a lady, he could have nicely said he would be with me in a minute. I am a customer too.

I returned on 10/29/21, around 1pm after a long wait between my last visit and 99% of the staff was friendly and helpful except for the most important staff member in my opinion, the Self-Service attendant. She was rude, put out because the over sensitive check-out station keeps promoting you to place the item in a bag before you can finish scanning it, requiring her to reset the station repeatedly. Just a overall bad attitude.Good customer service and well stocked shelves in a well maintained and clean environment. There's something that most big grocers and the big box retailers have missed by leaning towards and installing more and more self check. They are taking away the personal touch that has driven their success. Example: almost every time I make my way to and through the self service check out(I'm 65 yrs old) and luckily to be in good health but observe others that are 20 yrs my senior that struggle with self service check out and rarely do I see a staff member that has the time to give them assistance, because the idea of self service is to cut labor cost and reduce staffing not taking anything else into consideration. Give a cashier their job back to assist the disabled and senior citizens who barely have the energy left to walk these huge all in one grocery stores and box stores ie: Walmart, Target, Kroger ect.. Hire some cashiers back and dedicated them to helping the people I have concerns for and above and that my friend might save your image. This the reason I never give above a 3 rating; where as in past years i was hand turn 4s and 5s. Great customer service is a dying thing and soon to be in our past.

Pretty poor customer service. I abandoned the transaction and let them keep their product. It rang up 25% higher than the shelf tag. When I asked about why it was so high, I was told "I have to have a Kroger card to shop here" and the lady walked away. That is a complete lie and a fine example of customer service. I am betting, the real answer was I needed a card to get it for that price, anyways. I don't live in the area and I don't need your card. You lost the business because of your customer service, and Walmart gained the business. Congrats on this fine example of what not to do.

Kroger prices sucks. Check out guy who tried to help me was a lil slow. There was a spill of broken eggs on the floor. He seemed like it was a super big deal to clean up the mess. He left it there for me to trip over... strange. If I had slipped & broke my hip, at 70 years old??? ijs. Sorry customer service. Maybe it was a race thing. Makes a person wonder 🤔

This place is clean, and has a beautiful little floral area. If you need a pretty bouquet quick then this could be a go to. However, it is about double the price on everything compared to Wal-Mart (from what a couple shoppers and I noticed). They try to trick you with those sale price stickers, but they still seem higher on all my normal purchases. I went in because I was in a hurry. I don't think I'll go back though (except maybe for flowers).

Just left there around 9:55 p.m. but, remember they are open til 12:00. I probably have 150. - 170.00 of groceries. The one human checking people out had just went on break. 3 people are looking at me as I ask....Is there only 1 person checking??? Yes, was the reply and the fact he just went on break. The self checkout registers are so difficult in there, I refuse to use them any longer. So, I am sure it took them longer to put up the items in my cart than it would have for a person to check me out.... management should have at least 2 human checkers....

Tried utilizing Western Union here at this location and it was a complete disaster. The clerks behind the desk are too busy stocking and talking to do their jobs. Ridiculous holding up lying customers to discuss a price difference that had nothing to do with a customer right then. Then the woman gets on the phone with an employee to discuss putting in a good word for them to transfer to Maumelle. What does any of that have to do with taking care of customers that are paying right now. Absolutely nothing!!! I will truly stay in my own area of town to go to Kroger from now on. It’s obvious that certain areas have better standards than others.

This location is always well kept and well stocked. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure that you have what you're looking for. Pleasure shopping here.
