I do not recommend this place. It's cruddy, one of the smallest krogers I've ever been to I walked in with a backpack, not realizing their store policy. Was that you can't have a backpack in the store? That's fine. I told the security lady that I'll leave it at the door but I need to have insurances that someone will be held financially responsible if the tablet which costs $300. And my laptop which costs $600. If they were to come up missing or stolen.Well, I left it at the door the security lady decided to cuss me out and act an inappropriate fashion extremely unprofessional.I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Only 2 employees doing checkout an their was awaiting period. Now the have police or security sitting up front. Now an older gentleman rides up on his bike,and while in store shopping someone steals his bike. Now he goes up to the policeman or security and says hey my bike was stolen and he just looks at the man like he's crazy. Now this store has a police thing out side n one officer inside but they do nothing. But get this, some homeless people get it back after they chase the thief up towards our house. Now that's real something. And my hats off to you that helped this elderly man get his bike back. Personally I think Kroger's and the policeman should be held accountable for not doing anything. What a shame. Not very friendly or business concerned about their paying customers.

Baby.. Me and My Son went to Kroger today ! About 12 noon on my lunch break I bought us a 8 piece fried chicken 🍗... WHEN I TELL U THAT CHICKEN WAS SO FRESH AND HOT A JUICY AND SEASON OH SO VERY WELL👌🏽 SO WHOEVER THAT COOK WAS TODAY BABY HE/SHE DESERVES A RAISE THAT WAS THE BEST FRIED JUICY HOT AND FRESH FRIED CHICKEN I DONE HAD IN A LONG TIME ... U DID THAT GREAT JOB 👍

There was only one cashier waiting on guest so the line was into the grocery isle! The only other cashier was bagging instead of helping break the line! The young man on the register had his pants almost around his knees and his blue underwear with his entire bottom on full display! The young man kept stopping because he kept receiving phone calls that he was answering in the middle of checking out guest! No carts inside the store, no manager giving front end directions! The young lady bagging my groceries or the young male cashier never even said a word to me because he was busy on the phone and she just didn't care! The young man could have bagged his own groceries while she help break the line!

Rude and do not be a homeless person they don't like homeless people. But they must not judge by some, for not all are as bad as they may think. And the prices are high a lot more then other places.

Alot better than Geyer Springs location. This Kroger is very laid back compared to them. Geyer Springs Kroger always got some messiness going on, and some members of management raise their voice to employees and speak to them like they're scolding a child. I hope this location on Roosevelt doesn't close any time soon! Southwest Kroger is always way too busy with very little help on the front end. They're even busy on the last day of the month 🙄 when everyone should be BROKE! Mercy update: my son and I shopped here a few months ago and a lady named Cecily who works in produce asked me why I'm still in there shopping. Seriously? I didn't know there's a time limit on how long customers are allowed to buy groceries. Won't be spending my money here anymore 👊

Great selection, clean and organized, and best of all the customer service is outstanding!! Staff is attentive, kind, and makes you feel that they genuinely enjoy helping you with whatever it is you need. So much better than Edward's. We will be back!

This store management team needs an over haul. I had some property taken from me and the manger wouldn't even speak with me. I called customer service twice and they assured me that someone would follow up. That was a lie. I spend a lot of money st this store and others. I spend my hard earn cash money. I hate surpluses store but Krogers is leaving me no choice. And it just keeps getting worse. Went in recently and the rude manager would not honor a sale item. They change the price before the sale ended. Just sad

This Kroger has came along very nicely. Well stocked on the things I need. Friendly staff which makes check out that much more pleasant. Check up is always quick even on a busy day it never feels as if your in line for 30min. Thanks management for the revamp makes shopping here much easier!

I'm only giving it this moderate rating because it was in and out. I can't give an accurate and descriptive opinion. I know what you're thinking, "why not just skip it then?" Well the cashier I interacted with was extremely nice even being as early as it is. So the three stars were for her alone.

Had everything I needed, people are really helpful and nice! The store has come a very long way, much cleaner and nicer than it used to be. Pretty good considering the neighborhood it's in.

I won’t be back. The prices are ridiculously high, there are too many holes on shelves and I got a box full of melted then re-frozen popsicles. I have to throw them out

The photos that were posted to this location's profile when I went were that of a larger Kroger Marketplace. This is an older store with a smaller footprint. I would imagine there is a lot of theft at this store as I saw uniform security inside making their rounds. Not the cleanest store, but by no means the dirtiest I've been to in the area.

Kroger was excellent. Employees were very courteous. Very helpful in finding g a item I didn't know where to find.Checker was superb in patience while I separated items for separate check out.Yes I will go back. Highly recommend Kroger for groceries

Excellent Pharmacy - Friendly and quick, I submit my refill request online and receive a text when prescriptions are ready. Not thrilled about the food choices, they seem to be somewhat limited. Management is not visible.

Best grocery store to get a lot of food at reasonable prices. You can get a discount if you have a Kroger card or a senior citizen. Questionable people do appear there at night, so keep your eyes peeled.

Thus Kroger is a pretty good location and normally keeps a good stock of everything.Fresh vegetables and seafood are my favorite from this Kroger. The bakery section isn't bad either!

I buy all my household food here except the meat cause Kroger's meat is to high and they need to hire more employees there to short staffed nice clean and beautiful bathrooms that they finally remodeled they need to upgrade there refrigerators thats up against the walls tho there well over do. They have great deli food the deli also has great prices on there deli food and sweets and they also have good food mark down prices daily.

I ducked into this grocery store after a day-long air travel, a bad election night in a charming but haunted B&B, and facing a 2-1/2 hour trip to visit family. I needed something to eat on the way, so here was a chance to get some good snacks-- cheese, milk, soda, cookies and like that. Only for the drive-- I'd not eaten that day, and didn't realize I would not be eating that night, either, so the goodies came in very handy. I found the store to be clean, well organized, not too crowded, and I was in and out in a hurry... only to find that some local had parked his over-sized "painter's" pick-up four inches from my driver's door, and of course there was no way I could clamber from the front passenger seat, over the hump, to the driver's seat and get out of there. I started back to the store to speak to the manager, but as I was walking past the pick-up along comes the owner, gets into his truck, and pulls out. Sigh of relief. Seriously, if you need groceries, or just some road snacks, visit this grocery! Or any convenient Kroger.
