I say this with extreme sarcasm. This kroger has the nicest, most friendliest staff around. Sandra just rocks being very helpful and beams with personality... and the abundance of shopping carts is amazing. I mean Sandra said they had 12!! Wow!! Thats alot!!The self checkout is great. Nothing like having a coupon snatched out of your hand with a friendly "ugh, just give it to me. It applied." Made me feel so welcome. Lol. Nice spoiled meat before the use by date; such friendly staff; the consistant knowing they will be out of items in the sale ad; never any shopping carts; always knowing there will never be anyone to help you... love it.Nothing like shopping at Kroger!! <<<<< sarcasm at its finest. Thanks Kroger for being consistant!Moving on to Edwards in Lakewood Village...and Sam's.

We are so pleased that you hired "Maria" a couple of years ago, because she is an outstanding pharmacist. She is always available to guide and assist us with any questions. We are now living very far away from this Kroger Pharmacy but we drive all the way to NLR just to get our meds. because we know that we can trust MARIA. Thank you Kroger for such great service.

I had an Instacart order that was going to be delivered to the wrong address. I called this store in a panic and the lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful! She tracked down my Instacart shopper and worked it out for me. I was so grateful for her! Above and beyond service! This will always be my preferred Kroger.

Kinda small and not in a great area (minus 1 star) BUT everything else is pretty standard for a Kroger. I've also had the pharmacy employees go above and beyond for me a few times in the past. They even have restrooms they actually let you use and are "in order"! On occasion they have things marked way down and that's very convenient.

The veterans that work there do good work. They've all been given the burden that can't be achieved . What is asked of them is above and beyond what they signed up to do. It's not a location that people want to work at. That being said... oftentimes the people who are hired are lackluster. Leading the old crew to make up the difference. I stand by my Levy Kroger. They are all champions in my eyes. Management can help out more. I mean!

This place Is horrible. I am handicapped need an electric cart. There are never any carts that are inside and fully charged. Customer service is practically non existent. They are frequently out of sale items. There is always a very long line at the pharmacy. Self checkouts are consistently crowded and regular checkouts are rarely open. I am going to change store for my perscriptions.

Kroger is my go to spot for all things organic. The produce is excellent quality. I can always count on the staff to be friendly and professional. Far superior to other leading grocery stores and 5v stars all the way! This location could do with modernized interior and self checkouts.

My local supermarket. Is certified trash. I was told by management this morning. For me to spend my five dollars in change. I would have to pay their coin counter. First off they really need to bring drug testing back for at least management. But to charge customers to spend legal currency. If I could put a negative on front of the star. It would be there.

Self checkout never has an attendant yet in all my experience this far that can smile and bring some fun to their role in assisting customers. Along with this, any backpack has to be left up front with guard but twice I have found my bag unattended upon pickup along with accusations of thief with no merit to the statement. Tact is needed in assisting folks who you may think is pocketing items but you must have unbroken eye of the individual to take on the moment. And not every person who has a backpack is a thief. If bags are to be left up front, you need lockers with self lock key as leaving them unattended leaves the business liable.

Although I have had some less than stellar interactions with the self-check out attendants at this Kroger location in the past.......that was NOT the case with Ms Lea. She was BOTH friendly and helpful......as I had failed to "clip" a digital coupon and am old and not tech savvy.......so she patiently showed me how to accomplish this.....:). Kudos to you, Ms Lea for representing Kroger in a positive manner. Several of your workmates could take a lesson from you.........

They always have everything you need if you use their discount card the prices aren't too bad. The staff is always very friendly and they still sack your groceries for you. That in itself is quite impressive. I would have to say Kroger's is the best store in town.

Management here is oblivious to the problems that customers have to navigate. The self checkout and shopping carts are right by each other which causes chaos and people being in close proximity to each other. It's not a hard fix but nobody cares I'm this store. For goodness sakes Edwards cash saver is more organized

Shopped here twice, place is a mess, staff are rude, either to busy on their phones or chatting up security guards to help. Couple of good people carrying the rest, you'll see them running around frantically trying to help as many customers as possible. Needs a manager that will manage all not the few.

Levy. My home store for 53yrs. Good folks. I over paid a young lady $100 and she brought to my attention. Cant beat that. You just cant pull to many bongs before you go there.We still dont have a person with a chief's hat there! Dont reckon we ever will.

I got most the deals I wanted. Oh! The staff was so helpful and courteous. Three of them took time to help me find my coupon items even managers . One took me right to it then she search for other one and brought it to me. Talking about good customer service! Yeea! Yeea! Thanks Kroger for going above and beyond to show appreciation for my business with you.😁

I called to purchase a product. I provided the UPC number as requested and the manager said she would call me back. So after a half hour, I called back. I was put on hold with elevator music, then the phone started to ring. Then the call was dropped. Called back again, asked to speak to manager and have been on perpetual hold for the last 15 minutes. Called back again, asked to speak to manager and on hold again.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS IN THE TOILET!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't shop here except that they have a product that I frequently use and is hard to find. But they have the worst customer service on the planet!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give -10 stars if I could!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been shopping here for 15 years.There’ve always been good people working there and there still are . . . if you can chase them down.For months now, they’ve been chronically short-staffed, having only ONE cashier line open at any given time.I have a condition causing light sensitivity and loss of balance. Grocery shopping is a nightmare at best due to fluorescent lights and a multitude of reflective surfaces, especially among refrigerators and screens at checkouts. With a cashier, I can close my eyes and hold on then barely manage to deal with a digital pay device; self checkout is simply unbearable. 🤢I’ve switched to online shopping but digital shopping wreaks havoc on me, especially when products I buy in-store are nowhere to be found.I’ve also been given spoiled produce and spoiled meat! ☠️I’ve been trying to call departments as well as the office to no avail.✖️There’s also a lot of crime on the parking lot for which you must be constantly vigilant. ⚠️‼️

This location is a bit smaller than most Kroger stores, which has a slight effect on variety and selection. My only real complaint is with 2 cashiers and 1 security officer, whom watched every move I made from the instant I approached the self check-out. Granted it is likely not many people with a full basket choose this option. I grocery shop once a month, with the exception of a needed item, milk, bread. Consider that you handle each and every item a minimum of 6 times, I have a particular way I like my items bagged for my personal convenience. Excuse the digression. In spite of one or more of the three watching my every move, when I finished my purchase and pulled my cart and I, in front of a great number of customers, to the side and proceeded to check every bag and every item against my register receipt. More than half way through this process, one cashier suggested taking my cart and contents through a regular check-out to ring up my items to verify the total of the purchase, and number of items. At the end of this embarrassing display of loss prevention, it was found that I had in fact rang up EVERY item of my PURCHASE. And I still have no idea why I was profiled in this manner.

This Kroger has a good selection but employees ignore you and the only thing open after 8p is the self checkouts. Saw a disabled guy who couldn't get help because five of the checkers were talking and "the registers are closed". Seafood dept guys are awesome though. Someone give those boys a raise! They are constantly sold out of basics like ramen, flour, or hotdog buns. Looking for better options for groceries other than Kroger lately.

I will not shop here ever again even though it is close to home. Terrible service, store is not very clean and the atmosphere is negative. Another bad experience with digital coupons and from now on it will be worth the 15 minutes it takes to get to the Maumelle store. Cleaner, people smile more and the employees are pleasant and helpful. Camp Robinson take note.
