Great help for new dogs. New dietary needs and the lady really helped without being pushy. Also directed me to a sale I was unaware of and it really helped a lot. I love these type of pet stores they really know their stuff and that's all they do so they don't get distracted with other things.

Katie in grooming is the best! She is accommodating, so helpful, she listens, and probably the most important thing to me - she is so kind. You can tell she loves dogs. I trust my little bichon, Daisy with her. And I don’t trust just anyone. She makes her look and smell amazing. The store is great too. Always clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Hollywood Feed is by far the best pet supply store in the area. They carry the highest quality products and their friendly staff always make great recommendations. My dog has enjoyed all the food and treats I've purchased, but I appreciate that Hollywood Feed will replace anything your pet won't eat. It makes it much easier to try new treats without worrying that I'm wasting money. I love that if I suddenly realize I've run out of dog food, I can usually get it delivered the same day for free.

The person working the front counter at about 4:30 9/10 did not smile or speak when I walked in. I heard another customer come in who greeted him with enthusiasm but I did now hear him respond at all. This is not the norm for this location. Usually they are quick to help look up our phone number, find what we usually buy, and even go get it for me. He may have been having a bad day but it was very atypical for this store.

I love the Hollywood Feed on Cantrell! They always have what my animals need and or to meet their needs. I love the dog treats at the counter, I’m a sucker for them everytime! The staff is always very helpful and I appreciate them

Fritz got him a 3 pound bag of chicken and black bean jerky treats. Makes more sense price wise. I will definitely recommend visiting the HF on JFK vs Cantrell. Wayyy better customer service at JFK HF. But same good healthy real ingredients chow for your pet.

Love Hollywood Feed stores in general, but this location in Little Rock was excellent. I was visiting from out of town to see my brother and introduced him to this specialty store. The employees were all very friendly, willing to help, and extremely knowledgeable. I had Dom help me specifically and he answered every single one of my questions and gave great recommendations for all 3 of my different dogs! And is it just me, or do all Hollywood Feed stores smell so good! 😄

I love this store! The employees are always friendly and helpful. They know their products and I believe truly care about ALL the furry friends that come in the door. They go out of their way to get you what you need. They were out of an item I use, so they went to another store and picked it up for me. Talk about customer service! Great job guys and gals...They have an awesome groomer there, too. My golden doodle loves going in and visiting, as well as getting groomed.I don't go anywhere else for my pets needs.

The staff here is super nice and helpful! I have a super puller Lab and they easily helped me find a perfect harness and leash that worked for him when no one else could for months! They usually have deals and sales on good quality treats and bones which we love too. Also, as someone with a habitual leash breaker- their brand leash is the only one my pup hasn't killed yet and even if he did it has a lifetime warranty!

Very knowledgeable staff and high quality products. I got dog seatbelts and jackets for my dogs and they have all the sizes you would need. I have worked in the Veterinary industry for over 20 years and the advice they give is good and the staff is friendly and you can bring your dog in which is great to assure you are getting the correct size for your pet

This is a great store, with the best selection of food and other items that are actually good for your dog or cat. The best products no matter what you need for your pets. The staff is very helpful, and always friendly. Love this place!

I have dealt with Shannon and Sean and they were great. This complaint is about an associate named David. He ignored me for quite some time and then had the audacity to have an attitude with me when he finally came to do his job.The two stars I'm giving are for Shannon and Sean. Maybe they should train David 🤷‍♀️

This was my first visit to a Hollywood Feed store. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was about all the different brands of foods they carried. I am having a hard time finding a food that my cat can eat. After talking to Hollywood Feed, l feel like they can help me.

Great pet store with a large selection of dog food, treats, and toys. The staff is always helpful and always offers to help carry out large food bags. I was suprised that their prices were comparable to chain stores on Blue Buffalo and Kong toys. I am also happy that they are open after I am off work and on Sundays.

Previously hated this location but the location on Chenal has a product pusher who insulted me when I declined the product which made me uncomfortable so I decided to give this location a try again and I loved it! Much bigger location with plenty of space for your pet to walk through, unlike the Chenal location. Felt so much more ease being at this location. I hate PRODUCT PUSHERS. I research what is the best and when I ask for suggestions that’s exactly what I want, suggestions, not product pushing. I want the choice to decline buying without being judged or anything else. I was pleased with the amount of staff and services at this location. Simple, flat metal, name tag engraving for $10. Very friendly staff encounter with a female with blue hair and two men. Female was very kind and attentive without being annoying and pushy. Any questions I asked any of the staff was answered with ease and friendly tone. Definitely coming back when in the area.

The people who work here are amazing. Our pug is often wary of people but she gets so excited when we go to Hollywood feed and she comes out of her shell wanting to meet everyone. Also their products are high quality.

They are the best. I was apprehensive thinking small store, going to hound me... Then I went inside and the staff was knowledgable, laid back, but helpful when asked. The store was way bigger than I thought and the prices were way more than reasonable. Huge array of different products for my fur-babies, even the kitty.

The Best in Little Rock for food advise! I was amazed to hear that they will refund unused food if your doggo won't eat it. They also have a large variety of toys and accessories, and the staff are all dog lovers who will go above and beyond to help you find the right fit for your furry friend!

Love, love, love these guys. Carry the food I need for our canine crew, plus many more accessories (martingale collars, leashes, etc.). Our only stop for our dogs.
