Jamie was fantastic today in store! She went through my account and helped me figure out what item I was thinking of. When we found out it’s discontinued for dogs, she recommended getting the same thing from the cat section just in a smaller bag. AND it was on sale!

Seriously such a great store. Staff has always been friendly when we come in. Recently had to change our dog’s food due to a big recall and staff took time to listen to our concerns, discuss recalls and ingredients, and made sure we felt good with our choice instead of just pushing a brand they may get a larger kick back on.Also have used their delivery service a few times now. Fast delivery and they take care of your product from start to finish. Even throw in little surprises from time to time for your dog. You don’t beat a store that cares for their customers.

My 3 month old puppy loves nutri source from Hollywood feed. Store looks very organized and staff are v helpful. It’s my first time trying this feed and my pup loves it. No issues with change from earlier dry food.

We took our foster dog to Chenal Hollywood Feed to give him a bath. The staff was friendly and attentive, even giving the pupper some snacks to help relax him. During the bath our dog was extremely distressed and screamed (not barked) like we were killing him. Because of this, the staff walked by the room, without intruding, to check on us and him.

Well stocked with multiple brands of pet food & a wide assortment of treats & gifts for pet lovers; will special order for customers. Store seems a bit cramped due to the large inventory available. Employees are knowledgeable & very helpful. Store will deliver food to customers for a reasonable price. I bring my dogs here to be groomed; book your appointments 5-6 weeks in advance; Kelly stays very busy.

This is the best shop in Little Rock for your pet! We had lots of questions revolving around our new Australian shepherd and Sarah was very helpful. The rest of the staff is friendly too.

the reason for only two stars is for two reasons. the first thing I dislike was I was asked if I needed any help and when my response was no the store associate just kept walking and never returned to help me. the second reason or should I say the second star is the items are overpriced. please understand I love to spend money on my fur children but some of the simple items are overpriced. now I must say, I do like the food and treat selections.

SARA H. OMG!!!! this young lady was able to find my very allergic dog some high quality food that he loves!!! I'm so excited I could...I don't even know. If you have an allergic and/ or picky dog. You know what I'm talking about if you have either a picky or allergic dog (or both). There isn't another store you can walk in and feel like you're getting a personal consultation when you walk in. AND if you've spent as much as I have on foods that he doesn't like... you MUST shop at hollywood feed. Their return policy is second to none. AND, never have I asked a question that wasn't met with a smile and thoughtful answers. AND, staff is always so very helpful!!! I LOVE THIS STORE!!! Nicest ppl ever. Feels like family here.

Every time I have been to the Chenal location the workers have been absolutely amazing, they are always ready to help or discuss any questions I have. I used to only order my dogs food online till I went into Hollywood feed, they are so helpful and the options there are great especially if you have needy pups like I do!

I had to share my experience with others. Initially I went to this store because they advertised products made in the USA and we needed a dog bed. When you enter the store you can't miss the wall of toys for all types of pets. They also have a large selection of treats and bedding. As someone who sees our dogs as a family member we love the store. Jordyn was a huge help in explaining food ingredients, portions, and manufacturing processes to help us decide which food to go with. She took extra time which is the kind of service you look for in a smaller store like this. We will definitely continue to buy and shop here. Also as a bonus they have a food buying program that rewards you with a free bag after so many bags purchased.

I was greeted by a friendly lady who asked how can I help you. I said I'm here to pick up an order for Suki (which is my dog) and she went directly to a bag with our order in it and a big thank you on the receipt. All of the staff were friendly and so helpful. It is always nice to go to this store.

We love shopping here. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They always give us free samples for our pets and toys often when we pick up curbside which our animals love. It’s going to be pricier than big box stores but the quality is better and it’s American made products. Our pets overall health has improved vastly since switching their food/treats. Also, it smells so great in here. What is that smell?! Every time we bring HF bags home our pets know we have some goodies for them.

I don’t have the time to make homemade dog food as much as I used to so I wanted to find a better alternative. There is one employee there, I forgot her name but you will know her when you see her. She is a dog lover and very knowledgeable about good food mixes with zero of the bad stuff but still taste great to your fur-babies.
