I first took my 3 dogs for the New Year’s Eve Pawty and they also had an exit bath. The communication is excellent and fast. Victoria, the owner send pictures of my fur baby’s- it was great to see what they were doing and if seeing that they enjoyed it. Needless to say my dogs were happy to see me but were exhausted when i picked them up. They slept the rest of the day. They had a blast. I will have to start doing daycare. Very warm and caring facility. It was clean as well. The prices are so reasonable!

Victoria was so understanding and able to accommodate us with little advance notice. It is crystal clear how much she loves animals and they respond well to her.My pup came out super clean and relaxed, which is not typical of several other places. We have found our forever spot!!!

I was so nervous to board my dog for the holidays. She hasn't spent alot of time with other dogs and had never been boarded before. Victoria updated me and sent pictures and according to her, my sweet baby had a great time playing with all other dogs and handled it like a champ. I would highly recommend Hillcrest Dog Spot to everyone! You really feel safe leaving your fur baby and it feels more like family. I will definitely be boarding my dog here when needed again.

I have boarded my dog at Hillcrest Dog Spot many times and it never disappoints. During my dog's stay, I received regular updates and photos, which reassured us that she was happy and comfortable. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared for our dog's well-being, and their attention to detail was impressive. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I absolutely LOVE Hillcrest Dog Spot! Anytime we have to leave our sweet Gus, he is ALWAYS excited to right in and see Victoria and all his friends! The facility is clean and welcoming! I feel so at peace when I leave him there and I am so grateful for a place we can leave our fur baby that is safe and know he will be loved while we are away!

This is a more intimate place than the larger boarding facilities, which is best for my dog. He gets anxious with chaos. Victoria is very accommodating to special requests and I always know he is well taken care of here.

Victoria has been so awesome since I started bringing my pups to hillcrest dog spot a couple months ago. It’s so nice to see the same friendly face taking care of the pups and get to know them better. My younger pup has had some anxiety/adjusting to do since starting daycare, thanks to victoria’s feedback and patience as well as creating a consistent schedule he is adjusting so much better! She’s always helpful, pays attention to all the details. I know I can put my mind at ease on daycare days here.

I brought my 13 year old baby in for a bath and she stayed in the doggy daycare all day. My girl doesn’t get boarded ever and I work from home, so we are normally together all day - I was very anxious about leaving her somewhere for the entire day. I even cried on the drive home after dropping her off - ha! Victoria was so kind and welcoming, and helped ease my nerves. She ensured that I would be able to get in touch with her if needed (didn’t end up needing to). I got the cutest report card that told me a bit about what my dog did all day and some friends she made. I am so grateful for the care that Victoria and her team took of my dog, and I could tell my girl was a happy pup when I picked her up! We will definitely be back!

After having a really bad experience with one of the bigger doggy daycares in the area and almost losing my dog I was very weary of trying to find another daycare for my best boy. Victoria was so wonderful from the beginning and I could see her love for all of the dogs in her care. That has just become even more apparent over time. My dog was in the tornado in March and has had some anxiety problems since then, but I have never worried about him while he is at Hillcrest Dog Spot. Victoria takes the time to ask about how Murphy is doing when I drop him off and is attentive to his needs throughout the day. We will never go to another daycare! I am so thankful that I found Hillcrest Dog Spot. If you are considering sending your dog here, stop thinking about it and just do it!!

Great first experience, and my son was happy when we picked him up...which tells me he was treated well ! My sweet baby was in desperate need of a groom...he went in looking like a homeless pup, but came out looking like a ROCKSTAR!
