They did a great job! I just moved here and am always nervous about using a new groomer. My dog looked great and was happy as can be when I picked him up. The staff was very kind during drop off and pick up. The only complaint I might have is a need for earlier drop off, but it's definitely not a big deal.

Great groomers, they listen to what I ask for as the owner and are always working to make each cut better than the last.They've been very patient with my dog and worked with us to make him calmer and better behaved on the table rather than requiring that he be sedated.

I took my 6 month old miniature goldendoodle to Happy Days for his first adult haircut. Maverick often experiences separation anxiety, so it can be difficult to leave him with strangers. This was the first time that I was able to drop him off without him crying. The staff at Happy Days were wonderful and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, they began petting and loving on him. He did not even notice when I left. On top of taking great care of him, they did a really good job grooming him as well!

We have an elderly Shitz Tzu and while she has been groomed her whole life, she was recovering from an eye injury and was, is, very cautious when someone gets near her face, but the groomer at Happy Days did a wonderful job! When I dropped her off I was asked whay I wanted and other than her ears cut in a bob and her face cleaned up I didn't know. Chewie was my husband's and they came as a pair bitbmy husband alway delt with the groomer. Anyhoo, she suggested to take her fur down to half for the heat. I agreed and when I picked our baby up she looked so stinking CUTE! Chewie came home and danced like she always does after a grooming. She smelled good and the little bow was icing on the cake. Our lil girl was soft, fluffy and wide eyes again! The goomer also has a Shitz Tzu. We are very pleased and Chewie will be a regular there!

Extremely disappointed in their service the last few times we have gone. Most recently our interaction was the last straw. They offer a reminder call, but never called. Then on the day of the appt. they called my wife to say we missed the drop off window but she could still bring her in if needed. She left work and drove over since their next appointment was more than one and a half months away. But, when she got there (not more than 30 minutes after they first called) they told her they had given the spot away and couldn't get the dog in today. So all of that effort on her part for nothing. Frustrating and we won't be going back.

I just got my dog Bella, groomed on Monday. It was my first time going to Happy Days, but she has never looked better! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like my dog was in great hands that day

My husband made a reservation for our dogs and before leaving them there I planned to see it myself. I walked in at 8:15 am and asked if I could see the place before leaving my dogs and the man who met me told me that they were “really busy” and it “wasn’t a good time”. He told his mom that I wanted to see it and she said “it’s literally the worst time”. Wow. Way to make a new customer feel welcome. Her other son, who was remarkably kind, showed me around and I wasn’t comfortable leaving my dogs there. It was clean but the dogs are inside kennels with concrete floors and there’s a wooden pallet to sleep on. Not up to our standards at all. Even if it were, I still wouldn’t leave my dogs there because I was made to feel so unwelcome. What’s the big deal about looking around if you have nothing to hide?

They do a great job with my dog, very attentive. They are busy so book early or you will have to wait a couple weeks to get your pet in, but they also have a waiting list which has worked out well for us too.
