I had placed 3 of the same items onto the counter at checkout and later as i was unloading my bags i had 2 items missing, as im reading the receipt carefully turns out the cashier had taken those 2 items away. She must of done it on purpose because all 3 items were together and on the receipt she had scanned only one and took away the other 2. If there was a limit she could have at least let me know but she didnt. Made me pretty upset but oh well. I just know i wont be going back.

The staff is friendly. The store has adult drinks so that's a plus. The only thing I don't like is at 9 pm you have to pay with credit or debit card. I can understand the reasoning but man sometimes I leave my cards at home.

Every time I go to family dollar store I have a blessed time , the workers they smile , talk very politely , and I don't get this attitude in some places I go to . It is very refreshing . Thank you.

Trash. Everything about it. Employees are rude. I purchased too many phone chargers and wanted to return the extras......the same day.....not even an hour after purchase and I was given the run around for three days. The employee ignored me when I asked her about my return during another purchased. She ignored my question and stated my total. I repeated the question and she repeated my total causing another employee to laugh and walk away. Trash

Very rude buck toothed girl with a stiff gold and black wrap ponytail. She was rude as hell, talked to us crazy, didn’t want to explain the cigars they had, slammed the case door behind her and basically through bags at us. Trash.

Shopping experience mixed emotions-saw clearance sign and entered. Clearance section did not have prices listed; store was not air conditioned properly and the alarm could not be turned off so I discontinued shopping.

Family Dollar is good. This family Dollar was not good. The people there are trashy. They play loud rap music. Don't take kids there at all.

Sad. The clerk on this day doesn't know ANYTHING about ANYTHING except how to scan. Whatever they're paying her is too much. Security high. Clutter EVERYWHERE. A red hot MESS!!!
